Randall Henley Randal Henley deposited our large check and never did the work atlanta/birmingham Al/Ga

I met with Randal Henley on Dec 5, 2014 to explain that we needed house plans drawn up for a remodel and addition done to our home. I was very clear that we needed the plans finished by the beginning of January to submit to the city and get bids from contractors. I asked if this would be possible and he said "No problem"

I wrote a large check and handed it to him, he cashed the check that same day and 2 weeks later I still had not heard anything from him.  I called him to see if I needed to answer any questions for him, He still had not even taken a measurement of the house!  I gave him one more week to get the plans to me, and still had not heard anything from him. So I contacted him. and he told me he wouldnt have anything to me until Feb. I told him that would not work, and asked for a refund.  He told me he does not give refunds so I told him to send me what he had completed and he told me he "NO"!

When I asked for my money back again he told me to "stop".  Unfortantley the only thing he did was cash my check.  Do not use Randal Henley!
