RANDY STEVENS Sloppy driveway sealing job Manassas Virginia

He came to my front door unsolicated and said i needed my driveway sealed. It had just been done last year very professionally and probably didnt need to be done but I am in my late 70's and thought he would know best. He did a really poor job and didn't even fully coat the driveway and charged me $1000 for the job! I paid him in full and thought i was done with him. However, he came back in two weeks and said i owed him another $1000 to finish paying for the job. I felt intimidated and threatened so i gave him another check for $1000. Low and behold, he came back to my house 4 weeks later and demanded $3000 for the payment for the driveway and again, like a fool, i was scared and intimidated and gave him the check. He is a con artist and a thief and i have contacted the police. Beware!!
