Hats off Rebecca, your just like a spoiled kid. Had to make a come back even though you know your in the wrong.

As for my negative feedback on Ebay, most of it is from people whom I left a negative for first. If you noticed it is all stuff I bought. Everything I have sold is positive feedback. You can't say that can you? Oh but I forgot, you no longer have an Ebay account do you? Wonder why? You are so innocent! As for my other negative feedback, I was bidding, became very ill with my heart, and was not here when the auctions ended to pay or much less reply. All those matters were settled but, I wasn't going to pay Ebay a fee to get them removed. Thats how it works. If both parties agree it was a mistake, Ebay charges a fee to remove them. I feel like I have been on Ebay (since 2000) long enough, with enough positive to speak for itself.

I think it is rediculous that Rip Off Report even allowed you to post this. It has nothing to do with a rip off, everyone can tell it's just your way of getting back at me for filing the report against you, Rebecca Haught, alias cherishedmomentsbaskets. Who has an Ebay account and whos has been suspended indefinately? YOURS! Why? Because you took peoples money and didn't deliver. I wasn't alone. If you remember at the time I rallied everyone you done this to. If you like, I still have all their contact information and we could get together and file a civil suit. I will get notorized statements from all of them, come up and get it filed in your local court. There is a legal name for what you done, it is called "RECEIVING MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES".

Further more the amount of money involved, along with it being in different states, makes it a felony, with punishement being a fine, or imprisonment, or both. Would you like a copy of the Pennsylvania state code on this? How do you know I am not an attorney? Just apoligize, admit your mistake, and STOP LYING! That's all I ask and you will hear no more from me. I will just pray for you!

One last statement. When I read all these comments I see you keep bringing your ex-husband and his new wife into it. I know nothing about this and it's none of my business, but if I were your ex, with the way you are, I would sue for my name back, as you sure are staining it. This is for him: you can sue for your name back in the PA. court, you don't really need an attn. as there is nothing to it. Just print all this off of here and take it with you as your reason. A Judge will not hesitate to give it back. Then Rebecca you can spend some money either fighting it (you don't stand a chance) or spend it wisely getting your drivers license, SS card, and any other necessary papers back in your own maiden name!

Piece of advice Rebecca, try honesty. It may not seem to work when you first do it, but in the long run it will serve you well. May God have mercy on you.

Your effort to turn the tables here falls very short. Randy may very well have paid for those seller's listing fees because of his failure to complete transaction. He may also have worked something else out with those sellers but we have no way of knowing the answer because none of them are here making a report but you sure are.

Now, for you to say that you didn't write this report for the reason that Randy gave you negative-Anyone with a reasonable amount of intellect would not believe. You state that you are simply reporting fraud. One would have to ask that out of all of the fraud that could be reported, you just so happen to pick Randy to report. I strongly urge you to stop trying to pass the buck and take responsibility for "your own actions," however, I find it something you are not use to doing. The net pretty much says it all. Also, a year of not making good on your sales says it all. Last but not least, if I got myself into the same mess as you, I'd feel like dirt and even more so if I made no effort to pay Randy and the rest back. I don't care how poor I was, I would have picked cans off the street even it meant sending a couple of bucks at a time to the person(s) I owed. I can't understand how you could feel good about coming back to this website time and again when you have made zero eforts at paying everyone back the FULL amount, including what was sent to you for shipping, etc.

First, I believe you are Courtney-Brooke Haught BECAUSE you have already admitted to me that you did lie about your name and address and YOU told me and my ex you are the one who wrote it. THAT IS FRAUD. This is just something YOU would do. You are very vindictive.

Just because I disagreed with you, you claim I am someone else? No, I am simply a person who reads these reports daily to both keep myself educated on scams, etc as well as try to help others with their problems if I can.

However, when I see something like your report it infuriates me. I cannot believe that you are upset that he left you a negative feedback for stealing his money and not delivering a product. Your gall is amazing.

Just to recap:

1.) You sold something for $271 to Randy.

2.) You didn't deliver the item (Somebody else's fault, of course).

3.) You haven't refunded his money after over a year.

4.) YOU made a ripoff report because Randy left you negative feedback.

Perhaps you don't know how this site works. No one has to "key" on anyone's name. All that has to be done is read the complaints in thread form and you see ALL the recent complaints.

As for wishing Mike was your Mike was your personal stalker-get over yourself. No one is stalking you-you are clearly stalking this Randy as the jilted lover.

It's not hard to do some simple research since you gave all the info needed to look everything up.

I don't know if this is really Mike from New Jersey. How would you even know to look on here or WHY would you key in Randy's name is you THINK he is so innocent.

But to humor you "Mike". I was on Ebay trying to find Randy's address and to my surprise I saw all those negatives. Yes he has been on Ebay a while, But the negatives are still there and are TRUE. Look up his feedback. Sorry this surprises you. I didnt think to look up his feedback before. But I am glad I did. I now know the truth.

Now my ONLY negatives where right in a row. The same dropshipper. Other than that, I had 100% feed back. Randy did not. So if you are saying Randy only had a few and I should not let the public know about this, why are you so set on keeping this up with me, since I have LeSS negatives than Randy and since mine where all in a row, that occured ONE time.. Hmmm, I wonder?

"Mike" to humor you, get a life and stop spending so much time investigating me. What do you do? Eat, Breathe and sleep thinking about me? You know who you are.

I looked into this. Randy has been on Ebay for 6 years and has 3 negatives in 6 years and ONE in the last 12 months.

YOU however are no longer an Ebay memeber and had THREE clients in a row give you negative claiming not to receive (3 positives and 3 negative in the last 12 months a total 87.9% feedback which is horrendous). However, this was back in Feb 2006, amost a year ago. You claim to be waiting for the 'dropshipper' (this must be the latest key word for scammers) to refund money to YOU so you can refund to THEM. I hate to break it to you, but that's not the way it works. You refund YOUR clients regardless of what the 'dropshipper' does and then YOU go after THEM.

I still don't know why you are posting this almost a year later when you aren't even an Ebay member anymore.
