Rapid Advance was part of a misleading scheme to provide working capital for my company with Pacific Capital. I was told I would be funded and wasn't. They acquired bank statements and other confidential information. Then, after this was all submitted, the representative Ryan Fargo would not answer or return any of my calls or emails. This is a concern that these companies are gathering this information to use it fraudulently. It is unethical business practices to promise assistance to small business owners struggling. The repayment process is a ridiculous daily withdrawl. This appears that these "fast" lending companies are trying to put people out of business NOT help them. Do not apply with this or any other "fast" lending company.
