I Melissa Turner is sending you this INTENT TO SUE LETTER WITH SETTLEMENT DEMAND to inform you that I am about to commence a legal proceeding against you and your company for:
1. BREACH OF CONTRACT. 2. FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION 3. BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY 4. INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS 5. NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS 6. CONSPIRACY 7. UNJUST ENRICHMENT 8. PUNITIVE DAMAGES
That on the dates of 4/ 1/2013 , 4/2/2013 , and 4/6/2013 deposits were giving to Albert Bell for the subject premises ,103-23 169street Jamaica NY 11433 Apt #1. I submitted $4500.00 on the dates that was above mentioned for the signing of the lease on 5/1/2013. That on 5/1/2013 no lease or keys was giving to the undersigned. A copy of the Broker fee agreement and move in date is annexed hereto.
