RAS LARVAR LLC Kia collector for law firm Garnished wages from bank account on 22 year old debt 04/27/2018. Plantation Florida

This account is 22 years old and with out any notification as of Friday they went into by bank acccount and took over 3000.00 from my account. I was the head of the household and unfortunaltey for me am also unemployed as of 03/29/2018.  I spoke with a collector on 04/28/2018 @ 9:23 am in regards to the issue at hand and she was very rude. This account is 22 years old and with out any notification as of Friday they went into by bank acccount and took over 3000.00 from my account. I have no correspondence nor calls from this agancy/court notification and was completely unaware of any court documents or garnishments. Does Floida have a Statue of Limitations  for something like this and also being the previous head of Household and unemployed. I have proof of all my statements.
