Won DVD in Ebay! Offered this Seller (#1) Bank Cashier's Check, (#2) US.Postal Money, Or (#3) Wal-Mart Money Order. Seller Refused all methods listed. Then Seller Complained to Ebay, As NonPaying Bidder. When I Emailed seller that I was sending him his payment, Which was in the form of a Standard Money Order. Seller Emailed me informing me that he Recieved the Money Order. Seller refused to ship!
