ALEX QUAZI is a fraud and a scam.  I called him for realestatestudy.ca for real estate course preparation.  He charged me $1000 for two courses, with no receipt provided.  It is $500 per course.  He sounds very promising with guarantee results, even have students transcripts to prove.  Be warned that after you pay that money, you will probably see him a total of 3 times. if you were scheduled to meet him at 10am, he will arrive late at around 10:15am, and then speak to his receptionist, be on the phone speaking to other clients or even seeing other clients, and he will finally meet with you at 10:30am and then class will end at 10:53am.
i am so specific with timings because this was my experience with the FIRST CLASS I HAD WITH HIM and it was appalling to me that this first impression was so horrifying and unprofessional.
I didn't want to believe that this was a scam so i disregarded the first class as being a bad first impression, and it honestly took me the third class to know that I had honestly been scammed and suckered in by horrible marketing.  All three classes he was late arriving. He claims that he has many mock exams available for practise, but there is only 2 mock exams total and they are not "mock exams".  The first "mock exam" consisted of around 15 word questions and the second "mock exam" had a few math questions with no word questions... a mock exam would literally combine both math and theory questions together, not split them up and pretend that they are two different quizzes....

Alex Quazi is a bullsh*er and a piece of s* and he is taking advantage of the fact that small claims court cases can take up to years to close him down which is why he promotes himself everywhere including kijiji etc.

The website realestatestudy.ca is presented very well but it is 100% scam.
