Real Estate Systems they sued me for something I did not do, landlord ripoff liars Gillette Wyoming

my name is jorge lagunes, me and my wife moved in when she was pregnant and she was only 17 so she couldnt put the apartment in her name because she was under age thank god for that.

we had no credit so a mexican restaraunt Las Margaritas co-signed for us to get the 2 bedroom apartment. we lived there about a year long enoough until the baby was born. right after the baby was born there was damage in the apartment that was not our fault it was nobodys fault it just happened.

the damage was the extra bedroom starting flooding because we lived in a basement apartment and a pipe broke underneath the groung from it getting too cold outside during the winter so we called real estate and told them. finally about 1 week later somebody finally comes over and pulls up the carpet and just puts high powerded fans on in and would leave for about another 4-6 days. while they were gone and they had high pwered fans on the floor in the flooded room the whole house smelled like a room full of dog breath. we had our new born baby that was just a COUPLE OF DAYS Old and mold growing in the apartment in the middle of winter middle of the winter apartment wich could be deadly to a person and they just kept comeing back and puting high powered fans on for like over a month so we finally huried up and just moved out. later my wife went back to get an application for an apartment they asked her, her name and my name and they rudely told her they will not rent to us again she asked why and they told her, we owe them over $600.00 they told her to contact colection profesionals in gillete for payment arangements. collection profesionals is a collection agency in Gillette. I asked why we owed them that they said because that we didnt give them a month notice.

I told them we didnt give them a notice because they werent getting anything done about the mold growning in the apartment with a new born baby. they said we left the apartment a huge mess I said they were lying we cleaned the apartment spic and span when we moved out. they chared us for pictures they supposely took of the apartment i had never seen.i think they just wanted to find a reason to sue us so they could fix that flooded room. but we did not cause that room to flood.
they took advantage of us becuase we were young
I have also heard that we are not the only tenants they have sued or tried to sue
