Contacted some time ago, offered land, friend sent money, no land of any value... no refund, no development, no licenses.

Coconut Grove based in the town near flexeiras in Brazil was supposed to be a development with 200% or so return on investment, the company has spanked cash and now changed names.

over past many reports and rebuttals which i will list here. Very manipulative people.

David Mahoney main thief, guillermo estevez ran the company from posts i have seen also, and emails people have received.

Based out of a business centre in marbella.. a 300 euro per month office.

David and Guillermo now joined Davids brother, James Scurrah, to form Freedom Properties, Freedom Properties Brazil.

James Scurrah and David Mahoney both have criminal records.

Car theft, and also for Drug dealing. Convicted. And people buy land and investments off of these conmen criminals.

What a bunch of fools. I hope, really hope, they get exactly what they deserve for ruining and trying to ruin so many lives, from other companies, to individuals, to the elderley who can now no longer afford to heat their homes.

The only satisfaction is that I understand they are broke, living one day to the next, with rented houses... and these pranksters are in real estate (real estate scams)

There is an interesting post that is not here from one woman that invested 300,000 euros to help these guys buy the land, never paid her back.

Also, no environmental license on the land so you can never build, horrible site apparently, and i heard on one post it is worth 2000 000 BRL. About 1 200 000 USD.

This is funny, because most projects are substantially more... and also they are paying on a payment plan for the land... which they no longer can afford... using investors money to pay... how will they ever finance infrastructures... they CANT!!!

Coconut Grove in Brazil is one SAD scam. My friend has covered his losses but will be in touch with mr mahoney and pals. Anyone who wants to know what we can do, get in touch, these wannnabe gangsters have nobody to turn to, people dont associate with broke morons, losers only attract losers.
