I was intending to purchase some property and wanted to assertain the property owners information and Title information.

I utilized a web site that contained GovRecords and completed a registration form. After completing the form and giving out personal and financial information, only then did the web site claim (in small red letters) that the internet company was not affliated with an official government business.

The web site's were bogus. www.recordsarea.com Gov.Resources.com and ClickBank.com
