I won't bore you with tirades. But I will warn you, the franchise in Virginia Beach, Virginia, does not live up to the warranty promised on their hot tubs. If service is important to you, and be assured if you buy one of their hot tubs - it will be, you will be sorry you ever heard of Recreational Factory Warehouse.

My salesman, Tony Simmons was charming, until issues of service came up. He was almost nonexistent and quite rude at that point. I have just learned that if you are dissatisfied, you're out of luck, you can only buy replacement parts from one of the Recreational Factory Warehouse franchises. This is a very nifty monoply that no one lets you know when you're purchasing. Be ware.
