Red Paramour is the name of an adult publishing website. I initially paid for 3 months. I DID NOT authorize them to keep my banking card info or to auto renew. After 3 months with zero success with them, I didn't want to renew. Looking at my card records, they auto debited the amout for another 3 months. Unlike most reputable adult publishing companies, they do not have any email address or telephone number (even in the fine print). The only way to reach them is by the contact form. I sent 2 messages that were ignored. The charge came from EXELIA MEDIA PTY LTD SYDNEY AU, their parent company. I have since started a fraud investigation with my bank, the Australian Attorney General, and am now working my way through social media and other governmental agencies. Fraudsters should be brought to light and put out of business.
I am using an alias for this report.

The above report posted by an escort named Michelle Edery (working name michellegfe/nycgfe) is inaccurate and slanderous. While her credit card was been charged because she signed up for an advertising subscription package (this was highlighted in the terms of use when she first registered), we cancelled the re-billing component immediately upon her request.
She received her money back. No additional charges were ever made.
However, this did not seem to satisfy her. Whilst every step has been taken to be courteous and helpful to Michelle, she has been unceasingly vitrolic and rude in her communications.
The support and feedback received by members of our community have always been positive. Unfortunately, there are people like Michelle who are truly unpleasant to deal with.
We will not bow and scrape to appease individuals such as Michelle Edery.
