Red Payments Liars, fraudulent, cheating customers, New York New York

Enough is enough! I just received word today from a loyal and previous customer in which they were warned about me no longer working with Red Payments AND that I would try to talk them into switching merchant services. On top of that they said I was being "fraudulent" in my business practices. Where they are getting this information is beyond me! But, at this point the public needs to know about Red Payments and their fraudulent practices. 

While working with them as an ISO, I would always run things by Jason Gianni, Sales Manager, who is located out of the New York office. He also promised to pay the cancellation fees. Once a customer had switched over, the cancellation fees were never paid. Consequently, leaving some very unhappy and disgruntled customers who regretted switching over. I also had two of my own machines in which I loaned to two of my customers on a temporary basis until Red Payments would ship their machines to them. Consequently, the machines were never shipped, my previous customers still have my machines, and Red Payments is saying those machines belong to them and are refusing to return them to me!

I left Red Payments due to lack of support from my sales manager, lies were continually surfacing, I was not getting paid the appropriate commission, and I became frustrated with how my customers as well as how I, were being treated. Now I heard that I am being fraudulent? This is the last straw! They will be hearing from my attorney!
