Red Roof Inn San Dimas Lisa assistant manager Cockroach invested ! San Dimas California

 Lisa who God knows how she became assistant manager is rude a liar and caters to only l*****n guests. She picks and chooses who can become residents and who can not. She speaks about the guests to anyone who will listen. The staff complain constantly about her. This hotel is run down and in need of Many repairs. However they do have weekly rooms But those weeklies are cockroach invested! The maids are told to put the stained sheets and towels in those rooms. The T.V is hung on the wall where they can NOT be seen from the bed. Lisa was told of cockroaches in room ,118 .She left while the people and their 8 month old were still waiting several hours later to be moved. Once moved Lisa told them they would have to pay extra to stay in that room! I'm wondering how much extra is it to have a room without roaches??? But that's not the worst of it.. THEY rented that room out with NOTHING being done about the roaches! When I told her about it she yelled she didn't rent the room the manager did.She knew about the problem and left it for another guest. Lisa has told many of the employees she can't wait for my 28 day check out so she can put me on the Do Not Rent list. I leave my room cleaner than when I get it. I never get house keeping . I change my own bedding. I wash my towels. Lisa has No business being in any job where the public has to deal with her!! Her face is hairy with a man's Beard and she dresses walks and carries herself like a man ...This is scary enough with out her horrible attitude!
