reefer madness llc trucking donnie cunningham bad check for 3000 dollars plus couple thousand more still owed melbourne Florida

leased my truck on to reefer madness in august 2017 i thought i knew the owner for 10 years,i was wrong.but anyways during the 2 months i pulled for him we had some issues 

i talked to him on the phone and text and set a meeting time up with him to have a sit down and discuss things when the time came he convienently text me he could not make it he had to go out on a boat and work that sunday .

anyway i had deliveris to do in riviera beach and punta gorda fl so i headed down that way the refrigeration unit needed fuel so i text him i needed 2oo dollars for fuel starting at 130 pm and continued texting him till 8 pm never replied.so i finally bought fuel on my credit card.i had to do that 2 times before because he would not reply

Now friday is usually payday but he did not send me my check authorization till saturday at 12,36 pm after the bank closed at noon

And monday was columbus day so the banks were closed.now i was supose to be empty on monday early afternoon and return the trailer to its parking spot in melbourne fl nd be home well it didnt work out that waymy drop in riviera beach fl lost my appointment time so they did not get me unloaded till late so my drop in punta gorda had to be moved to tuesday (when the banks opened back up )so i had my stepdad take my check to the bank ony to find out it was no good

when i text him the check was no good and i needed money to pay the lumper he finally called me only to lie and swear the checkwas good,how he just got off the phone with efs and its was good and if i wrote the money code down wrong so after we hung up i called efs and they told he had voided the check so i text him he would not be getting the bills of laden on the 2 loads i had just hauled,but i did not hold them hostage either he called me and asked me to send to brakebush chicken directly which i did them he goes off on a stupid rant in a text as to why i didnt send them to him,(dah my 3000 check is no good )then he ent me a text that he would pay me when he got the papers rated takes a few hours  well thats been a few weeks (im still waiting) so long story short now my attorney is dealing with it ill get my money sooner or later.
