Regis hairsalon is the biggest ripoff ever! They marvel in their own glory while they attempt to do your hair. However the only thing they are doing is making your hair look like a miss colored clown. I went to get a simple highlights what did i get? Everything but. First the new stylist which said she had been there for years put the highlight bleach not only in the hair that she was suppose to foil she put it all over the top of my hair! She said it will be better that way. BETTER FOR WHO? AFTER SHE LET THAT SIT AND TURN THE TOP HALF MY HEAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE BLONDE SHE THEN SAID SHE NEEDED TO PUT A LOWLIGHT IN MY HAIR TO GIVE IT SOME DEPTH? WHAT SHE THEN PUT FOILS OF WHAT LOOKED LIKED BROWN WHICH WHAT MY HAIR WAS AT FIRST AND THEN SHE RINSED BLOW DRIED AND MY POOR HAIR WAS PART BLONDE(WHERE MY HIGHLIGHTS BEFORE I CAME IN REGIS SALON WITH WERE)THE PART THE SO-CALLED STYLIST DID WAS PINKISH-ORANGE IT IS MESSED UP I WENT BACK AFTER I SAW IT UNDER NATURAL LIGHT JUST TO MAKE SURE IT MY HAIR AND NOT THEIR LIGHTING. HELL NO MY HAIR WAS PINKISH-ORANGE. SHE SAID WE CAN'T GIVE REFUNDS ON COLOR BUT OFFERED TO FIX IT? YEAH OKAY WHAT COLOR ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE IT NOW SHE SAID WE HAVE TO PUT GREEN ALL OVER IT AND BLEACH? I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I LIKE MY HAIR SOFT NOT CHEMICAL DECOMPOSING? I AM GOING TO THE SALON AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND DEMAND A REFUND! IF NOT I WILL JUST REVERSE THE CHARGE FOR THE COLOR ON MY CARD I BET THEY WILL TALK TO ME THEN! I HOPE YOU PEOPLE STOP MESSING UP PEOPLES HAIR. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN MOST OF THE STYLIST IN THE PLACE WERE ALMOST BALD-HEADED! IF YOU GO TO SOONER MALL STAY CLEAR OF REGIS SALON! YOU COULD DO BETTER WITH A BOTTLE OF HIGHLIGHTS FROM WAL-MART AND A DO IT YOURSELF KIT.

Ok Mel, you said that "everytime I go there" they mess up your hair? Why do you keep going there? If I had a bad experience once and went back, next time I would ask for a different stylist. If that time was bad too, I would have made them fix it and probably not have paid for it, let alone ever go back there again.

Sorry to hear about the bad color. Regis salons services are completely guaranteed. You should have talked to the manager when you realized your hair wasnt right. She obviously had no clue, and thats not your fault
However, I am a stylist at a regis salon, and I believe the salons with "bad" stylists are here because of bad management. Regis owns the most salons- I couldnt imagine how many employees they have. To generalize ALL OF REGIS' STYLISTS as being terrible, is not right. Thats like saying McDonalds is a horrible company because that same guy in the drive-through keeps forgetting your barbeque sauce. If all the stylists in that salon you went to are sooo bad, then dont go back! duh.

Regis hair salon is the WORST. I can't stress this enough --those stylists are incomptent moronic idiotic buffoons with no brain. Everytime I go there they mess my hair up--especially if it's a female-- don't let the women there cut your hair. The males there are usually better but still nothing great. Once an idiot stylist there cut my hair-- I showed her a picture of what I wanted.. I mean this incompetent moron had a d**n picture.. she completely screwed my hair up. Then when I went back to the idiot manager, the manager stuck up for this incompetent buffoon stylist and said "oh she just didn't finish it up" and the manager finished up the style. I'm like what?? didn't finish it up..what the fu*k did she think was going to happen-- I was going to come back a second time around to get the rest of my hair cut--IDIOTS. Not only can these morons not cut hair and screw people's hair up, but the idiot managers just stick up for them.. I HATE regis.. it's the WORST 20 something crappy mall salon out there...NO ONE THERE EVER KNOWS HOW THE HELL TO CUT PEOPLE'S HAIR. REGIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN..
