RegisterFly.com ripoff incompetent sabotaged my business destructive Boonton New Jersey

Registerfly is an internet domain registrar which means you can register, renew and maintain an internet domain name with them for which they charge a service fee depending upon the service options chosen.

I had renewed a domain that I own with them on 13 Dec 2006 before it was about to expire. They took my money and never renewed the domain. I have followed up with them 4 times already and every time the customer service calls land in India where the people say the problem will be fixed in 12 hours. The problem has not been fixed and my money has not been refunded.

My customers cannot access my website anymore since 15 Dec 2006 and this is resulting in lost revenue and goodwill.

I also tried registerfly's online support system and created tickets to get their attention. They close the tickets saying that the domain will be renewed in 12 hours and take no action.

They are also threatening to deny me access to my account where I have two other domains that I am hosting through them, if I continue to submit customer support tickets. In fact, they have already wiped out the configuration of my other existing domains and I cannot access the email forwarding setup for either domain. If my domain is not renewed within 7-15 days, it can be hijacked by cybersquatters who will demand thousands of dollars in ransom for giving the domain back to me.
