I have six domain names registered with registerfly.com. For two months I have been trying to renew one of my domains. I have given them the information that they requested, and have since canceled the domain I was trying to renew. I paid them 6 times for this renewal, they refunded me 5 of them.
I have lost great amounts of money during this time with my business. They claim that they will get back to someone within 48 hours after filing a claim. The last claim was filed 216 hours ago, and the first complain was filed on March 3, 2007. Now it's April 14.
