ON OR ABOUT 02/07/2017 WHITE SANDS CAPITAL MADE A INVESTMENT THROUGH A GROUP LED BY REILLY MANAGEMENT LTD, TORTOLA, BVI LED BY A Eduard E Samano Ricart AND SEVERAL ACCOMPLICES, Ien Chapman OF HARRISBURG, NC, CYNTHIA JEMISON, CHICAGO, IL, JIM PASQUINI, PHOENIX, AZ AND KELI KNIGHT, CHICAGO IL THE INVESTMENT WAS $120,000 AND WAS TO BE INVESTED FOR A SIGNIFICANT RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS. NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS OF THIS DATE NOR HAS THE ORIGINAL INVESTMENT BEEN RETURNED. EDUARD RICART HAS A GREEN CARD ISSUED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT WHICH NEEDS TO BE REVOKED. WHITE SANDS BELIEVES THIS WAS/IS A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION A THROUGH COLLUSION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PARTIES AS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANT REQUESTS FOR RETURNING THE FUNDS IN ADDITION, THE ONE TIME WE DID SPEAK WITH RICART, HE STATED THAT HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE TRANSACTIOn and did not sign the agreement
