Premier Premium Communications, PPC ripoff Fort Worth Texas
I received a bill for $30 for calls made on 1 Nov at 6:23 p.m. when nobody was even at home at that time on that date. I was also told that addtional fees for long distance calls would appear on my phone bill (not yet substantiated). I do not believe their explanation for these charges and I intend to pursue this matter further with my phone and ISP company. This whole thing sounds like one big ripoff to me. I just got a bill from this company, stating that I owed 30.00 dollars for a phone call my computer dial to the UK for 6 minutes on october 10/19/04, at 4:33pm for a live web cam. I was on Vacation at that time UP-Estate New York. I guess I must have ghost in my house cause no one was home. I did let them know that they can contact my lawyer and also, I have made copies and saved all my emails from them and send them to a family member at the FBI headquaters. I am going to make sure that this company goes out of business and that all their little con workers starve to death. Teresa New york, New YorkU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications - GEORGE ripoff, fraudulant, illegal Fort Worth Texas
We received a bill for $60.00 from this company for services at a pornographic webcam site. It is for services at 12:55 and 12:59 PM. The interesting thing about that is that my husband was at work, my two daughters were at school and I was at the dentist with my baby. That only leaves my cats and although I think they are smart, even I know they aren't that smart. I have yet to hear from George but I can promise you that he will not be receiving one penny of our money!!! Brian Lake Orion, MichiganU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent billing Fort Worth Texas
I recieved a bill for $60 from Premier Premium Communications, a company I've never heard of. It says I'm being billed for either online services or making long distance calls I'm not too sure about it, but either way I know it cant be right. First of all I dont have long distance and we had it blocked in case anyone tries to make long distance calls from our home phone. For out of state calls everyone in my family has cell phones. On top of the bill it writes Billing Solutions for Pay-Per-View Websites at first I thought it was pay per vew movies because we have a satallite dish, but it's not from the dish company, and the only way to order movies is to call it in. Even then, they wouldnt bill us for minutes. So, I kept looking over the bill wondering what it could be for, it says the LD call made to was UNTD KINGD, I'm assuming that means the United Kingdom, which completely shocked me because we dont know anyone from the UK. So, I told a friend of mine about it and he told me not to pay it that it could be a fraud, which I never thought would happen to me. He did some research and gave me the link to this site. Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent billing Fort Worth Texas - United kingdom
Just like all the others who complained about Premier Premium Communciations, I received a billing today in the amount of $50 for accessing a website in the United kingdom with phone number: +44 207-335-84. I did not go to this website and will NEVER agree to viewing any website with a fee! My computer was also infected with trojan dialer spyware and I think tthey caused this virus to legitimize their billing. I am sure they have victimized a lot of others who did not report to your website and will victimize more innocent people if they will not be stopped. Please count me in for any class action suit for this fraud and harassment. If there's any lawyer who is willing to take on this case, let's do it as soon as possible! Thank you. Premier Premium Communications - Telliss ripoff Bedford New Hampshire
Received a bill for $375 from Premier Premium for calls to the same foreign phone number that others have reported, and immediately sent them an e-mail to their e-mail address that you find from going to their website, which is listed on their bill. I indicated I never made any such calls and that I don't even have a long distance carrier, I use a pre-paid phone card to make occasional long distance calls. Someone named George responded and said that someone on my computer must have downloaded some certified download and agreed to use his service and that I must pay the bill or they will call in a collection service. I responded that nobody in my household ever agreed to use his service. Waiting to hear back. Planning to file complaint with FTC as well, although their complaint choices don't seem to include telephone fraud as a possible choice, so I guess I will use the Home option. Has anybody heard anything from any government sources on how officially to handle a situation like this? Gene Edison, New JerseyU.S.A.

I received a letter from the said company for a bill in the amount of $310.00. The bill is for connection fees to adult websites. The tipoff was that the account number is not even my phone number also I was not even home when these said calls were made. Appearently how they do this they hijack your dialer and somehow your computer dials this number in the UK +44 207 335 84 but I do not understand how they got me because of the phone numbers. I hope that my making a report along with the others helps to resolve this. I have also sent a report to the FBI. I received an email from these people yesterday and I just had to laugh! I have been reading through all the reports about this ripoff company named Premier Premium Communications and it makes me mad all over again cause I have been ripped off too! I was sent a bill from this company saying I visited a live web cam site in the United Kingdom 4 times to the tune of $120.00. I did not visit any such site and I will not pay any such charge!!! I encourage everyone who has been accused wrongly to fight this thing and not give in to their threats of ruined credit and being given over to a collection agency. We have to stand together and make them pay, not us!! Call your attorney general, report them to the FCC, but DON'T pay their stinkin bill!! Chris Oregon City, OregonU.S.A.

I just received a bill from PPC today totaled $270.00. There was a list of 9 calls at 6 mins each to UK. The # is +44 207 335 84. I have never heard of this company PPC before and never heard of the # to UK. Don't know anyone in UK. Yet I'm billed this silly amount. It's obviously a scam because a legit company won't be charging you for questions about your bill/statement. I will take advices given on the site to contact Federal agencies. Beware. I felt I got into this mess because I applied for long distance services through the internet. My information may have been obtained then. I would appreciate any advice. Premier Premium Communications ripoff scam Fort Worth Texas
I received a fraudulent bill (Invoice #318226) for $30.00 for a phone call to 44-207-335-84 to the UK which was never made. It was described as access to a pay-per-view website. I contacted Premier Premium Communications to inform them that I never accessed that website and do not owe them any money. I received a letter back from Tom (ticket #1575), and then later from George (ticket #5014), stating that in order for us to be billed we had to have taken various steps such as accept a download and agree to a disclaimer. I never did any of these things. These letters are just a standard form. They are exactly the same, and the people who signed them only gave their first names, if those are their real names, and nothing else. These letters could not possibly be considered as official replies to my complaints. I never installed any software on my computer to dial this call and no one in my household did, either. I later scanned my computer with Ad-Aware and found a Trojan Horse dialer program in my computer which was installed without my knowledge. This means that I, along with many others, have been the victim of a modem hijacking scheme. I ask that the company provide the appropriate credit, and remove my name and number from their database so that nothing like this happens again. If not, I will be forced to refer this complaint to the attorney general's office in Texas and New Hampshire, as well as the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center, the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the US Postal Inspection Service. Premier Premium Communications, USBI Ripoff, Fraudulent phone charges Bedford New Hampshire
Same story as the the many other reports on this site. I received a charge on my local phone bill from USBI, for long distance calls made to the UK in the amount of 26.21. I called them and they told me to pay or they would turn me over to collections. I also received a bill from Premier Premium Communication for 2 6 minute charges of $30.00 each. After numerous attempts to reach them by phone, I finally got through and was again threatened that if I didn't pay for these charges that were never authorized, they would charge me an additional 4.95 per month until they were paid. They also offered me a deal of a 5% discount if I paid by credit card. This company is nuts if they think I would give them access to that information. We have never made those calls to the UK. We never authorized any charges. After viewing the reports on this site, I found the virus on my machine that others have reported. I want all telephone and PPC charges removed. Premier Premium Communications rip-off! Fort Worth Texas
I rec'd the same invoice for charges of $30.00 for 6 minutes. I had called them and they told me that they would put a block on my account, but I was still responsible to pay them. So after thinking about it. I emailed by Better Business Bureau here in South Carolina. They were so helpful and responded back to me within 15 minutes. They had give me the address to the Better Business Bureau at Fort Worth Texas to file a complaint to them about PPC. Go on to www.bbb.org then click on the box file a compliant you will then fill out your info. After I had done that I called PPC one more time, I told them that I was disputing my account I wanted it zero out. Then I told her that I had sent a complaint on them to the BBB at Fort Worth, Texas. Then they said that my account is zero balance and closed. Wanda Elgin, South CarolinaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff billing for some web-sit located in the united kingdom
i received a bill for calling the united kingdom. i beleive their are using the latest software for modam highjacking, with this program they search out names, and phone numbers from web sites that you are visiting and your modam is re-directed to the overseas web site most often without you knowing it, sometimes you get a clue your modam is being highjacked you will loose all internet connections or your modam will slow down to a turtals crawl or a repeated ghost pop-up will appear in the left top if your screen. there was a lady of a talk show three months ago who had her modam highjacked by clicking on a pop-up, her phone bill for that month was for 11,000 dollars and she was stuck with the bill, because the phone co. claimed they had no idea and simply connected her modam thinking she was trying to log onto the web site. the best thing to do is log onto the government web site and locate the proper channel and file a complaint. Premier Premium Communications RIPOFF CONTACT FBI INTERNET FRAUD Fort Worth Texas
I was billed $185 from Premier Premium Communications for long distance calls made to the UK. I tried all day to contact them at 1.800.918.9057. The line was constantly busy. I followed all the directions on the back of their statement. I sent a certified letter to P.O. Box 10718 / Bedford NH 03110 stating that I did not, nor did anyone in my family incur these charges. The most interesting part of this is that we have a cable modem and do not access the internet via telephone line. I contacted the FBI Internet Fraud Dept www.ifccfbi.gov I was contacted in one day via email by St. Kalantzis. Here is a copy of the email sent to me: My name is Sgt Kalantzis of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in New Hampshire. I am reviewing your complaint that you filed against Premier Premium Communications. I have received numerous complaints from this company over the last few months but all of the other victims have had dial up and you have cable, so in my investigation I am trying to determine how you could be charged for this service if you do not use dial up because it states on there web site they bill the number that your dial up modem accesses. Could you please furnish me any and all the info you have? Ex. The websites they say you accessed etc. I can not find any info on this company. I have just received your complaint today and I will be looking into it. Thank you for your time. Sgt Kalantzis HCSO - Warrant Division Email: tkalantzis@hcsonh.us He also sent another email to me to access this website, which is very interesting: http://www.theunionleader.com/Articles_show.html?article=47255 I spoke to him on the phone and faxed a copy of my statement to him. He was very helpful. The good news is that after I contacted the FBI and the USPS, I sent Premier Premium Communications an email via their website and told them exactly who I contacted. I received an email back from them stating the following: Based on the investigation we have done, no billing errors have occurred. As a courtesy I have issued you credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. Regards, George Premier Premium Communications I emailed him back and asked for a bill stating a ZERO balance, but no response.... I checked with my long distance carrier and they claim there are no charges out there (I guess since I don't have a dial-up modem). Feel free to email me with any questions. I hope this nightmare is over with. Jackie Hagerstown, MarylandU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications Fraudulent Billing & Modem Hijacking Auto Dialer Fort Worth Texas
Our household was billed $135. According to Premier, it was for an entertainment fee for access to pay-per-view websites. The invoice shows a date & time when not one of the four people in the household were at home nor were they on the computer. I have reported this company to the USPS, BBB Ft. Worth, FTC, and IFCC (FBI). I urge others to do so, especially via USPS either via mail or their website. If enough legitimate complaints are made, their box will be seized. I have also contacted the company through their website and am awaiting a response. Should I not hear from them in the next week, I will contact my lawyer. Mary Dallas, TexasU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent billing Fort Worth Texas
I received a bill from this billing company called Premier Premium Communications. They claimed that I viewed a website by dialing a number in the United Kingdom. I first visited this PPC's website to get some information. There I found that they are billing company for websites. They never mention the fact that they bill for porn sites or adult content sites. They only list sports, games, chat, etc. So I contacted them by email, basically the only way you can contact them. I immediately received a response from them, within seconds, stating that I still have to pay the charges. I should note that this was on a Saturday afternoon and they are not open on Saturdays. That mean it was an automated response. I have figured out that this was done by a dialer that has been downloaded on my computer. I have been trying to remove this dialer from my computer ever since my virus protection discovered it. However, it will not allow itself to be disconnected. If you visit PPC's website it states that it is unlikely that this software downloaded on it's own. However I am the only person who uses this computer, a laptop, which I use for work. So I know for a fact that it has not been used by anyone else. I do not visit adult sites and that is what PPC told me was accessed. Not only do I have their charges, but now my phone company will be billing for the call. From reading some of the other reports, I can see that the same thing has happened to a lot of people recently. I hope that someone can find a way to put an end to this. This is obviously a fraudulent company who needs to be investigated. Stormy Tickfaw, LouisianaU.S.A.
