New employee leads are typically acquired through career websites such as Monster.com, CareerBuilders.com, etc. as well as social media and college job fairs. The weekly hiring process involves the potential employee submitting a resume, then three HR managers review all resumes and narrow them down by 50%, call back the 50% for a prequalifying session by asking 2-5 questions and proceeds by narrowing this number by another 50%. They then invite the narrowed down group in for a face-to-face/2nd round interview which lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.
