colombian match Colombian-match is a scam Internet
Yes, as with the other report; this site uses their staff to write the letters to you. I even received a msg from a staff member email address. I then went into my account and saw that the same message was written by another woman. Also scammers want you to pay quickly, so they have a 7 day trial, then they block all search results... Caught you!

10:45 PM did it, now I am married!!! Internet
I have read a few bad reports on here for the Colombian Dating Sites. I found that ColombianCupid had hired women working for them. I was in Colombia and tried to meet over 20 girls and not one of them panned out. Then I emailed the admin at Colombian Cupid and they told me they are not responsible for me meeting girls just for me to pay. What a joke. The girls all had the same IP ADDRESS TOO!!! After searching I found on here. So I tried it, the girls seemed nice I didn't see any type of scamming. I also stayed in there penthouse suite they offer for members to stay in at Cali Colombia and I actually went on dates with 4 of the 7 girls I wanted to meet. Well long story short folks im engaged. She is stellar women, everything I wanted . Ive seen allot of bad sites out there but these guys actually went out of there way to find me a girl and introduce me and take care of everything with out ripping me off. So stay away from COlombiaCupid its a waste of money and time.  Cheers, Tom

Amateur Match .com Mature Amateur Match, Asian Amateur Match, Ebony Amateur Match, Gay Amateur Match, Lesbon Amateur Match. Amateur Match is a computer scam with no women to date. What ever Zip code you enter they will also reply from. Internet
On 2/1/2010 I posted my free profile on Amateur Match. com an Internet Dating Sight.  On 3/1/10 I became a paid member of AM. I  had received over 200 responses to my profile. I answered every one on 3/1/10. I received no replies to my replies. On 3/3/10 I received another e-mail response to my profile with a difrent handle for the same woman with a difrent city. I changed my Zip code in my profile to 11223 a NY zip and all the prior replies also changet to NY zips. I again chanced my zip to 43545 OH and all the same replies also changed their zip to Ohio. There are no women on Amateur match to date. They are all computer generated.  When you ask any one of them a personal question you never receive a reply to your question.  You only receive some computer reply that does not match the question. One computer generated profile ask me to take her shopping in New York.  This sight is a total SCAM.  It is a total rip off.  You will not be able to date any of the Computer Women.

Amateur amateur match is a big scam stay away Internet
Amateur match .com is nothing but a big scam and a act of fraud. All they do is get you to sign up and take yr money . Before i signed up i was getting tons of messages about 30 or 40 or more. So i figured i would take a chance for a month they charged me $25 and after i became a paid member well im sure you can guess what happen next. All messages stopped and if i do get a message its a one liner. i called my credit card company and told them that i was scamed and this is nothing but fraud and amateur match does not deliver what they tell you. Anyway my credit card company re credited my money back so i was lucky this time but most of the adult sited are the same way they are nothing but out to get you to sign up and then yr stuck with no responces. So this is a waring dont go to amateur match or you will be scamed like i was stayaway and be careful about signing up on other adult sites. Anonymous lakecharles, LouisianaU.S.A.

Colombian Emeralds International Fraud! Misrepresentation! Fort Lauderdale Florida
I purchased a wedding band while we were vacationing in the Bahamas in September. The merchant verbally told me that I could buy it and go back to hotel to show my husband and then return it if he did not like it. I never was told they had a no-return policy and the paperwork they had showed me was initialed by the salesperson and not signed by me. I contested the charge with my credit card company and the merchant refused to return my money even after they accepted the item back as a return. Now they are only offering me a store credit? This merchant completely misrepresentd themselves and then forged my initials on a form so I had no recourse. I will NEVER come back to their shop and will not allow this charge with my American Express account. They lied, cheated and their employees are fraudulent as well. Be VERY careful as the items they are selling are also not valued at the prices they are selling them for. Kimberly Santa Monica, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Have to say that I don't know how these people who run these dating sites sleep at night when they are preying on lonely people who are searching for companionship away from the regular ways such as bars, lounges.ect ,but after being duked of not only my money ,but all my time they wasted as well,Those options are sounding appealing again! I started getting suspisous when I would recieve mail from one of thier (OA'S)which they call, online ambassadors should we just call them what they are... mate1 employees! The one liner mail messeges come & you learn fast that the women they hire don't want to type alot & sure they will send a few women in my case that actually are real & to you & you send a response & then nothing but a couple weeks go by & you get your response back,Yeah its about one sentence long. Then The controlled Instant Messenger & Mail system will not let you give your contact info even if you actually wanted to connect with someone because PEOPLE WOULD CANCEL THIER MEMBERSHIP! .The gawl these people have is amazing & sickening at the same time & to tell you the truth, Im not sure who I am mad at more, Mate1 for staging a site & ripping me off or at Me for not seeing it sooner! I've been a member of Match.Com on and off for 5 or 6 years..I have had problems even when I asked not to be automaticly renewed they did so,but called and always got the problem resolve or agreed apond one way or another....Previously I subcribed for the 6 months and if You didnt meet someone in 6 months You got 6 months free, well come to find out that I didnt meet requirements because one month I didnt send enough emails, so I renewed for another 6 months keep track of my requirements for my 6 months incase I didnt meet someone, which I didnt, but met all requirements according to what they had listed under the requirement section they provided... One month after my 6 months free should have started I get my credit card bill seeing I was charged for another 6 months , call customer service told them the issue customer service said we see You met all requirements and we will refund your money, so I called the next day to find out if my account was credited because they wouldnt send me an email stating whether it was or not ,  they did refund my account , but canceled my membership saying that I didnt inform them 7 days prior to the end of my 6 months that I hadnt met anyone and continued to say I was sent email asking just that (if I had met someone), therefore I wasnt entitled to my 6 months free, there was nothing said in the criteria for the 6 month guarantee that I had to notify them especially where You keep track of all the criteria needed to get your 6 months free , they never sent the email asking me if I had met someone.....PLEASE BEWARE MATCH.COM looks for every way not to HOLD their Side of THIS AGREEMENT!!!...THEY ARE A RIP-OFF.....DONT NOT USE THEM!!!..I WONT USE THEM EVER AGAIN !!!!

10:11 AM WMV*Match.Com - Unauthorized charges made to my visa check card Dallas Texas
I was online checking my bank account and found there were two unauthorized charges of $34.99 made to my account- 1/19 today. I did not authorize these charges and when I called customer service number listed on my bank account, they said they could not help me and I had to send an email to because they could not see anything on my account. This is very poor service and I am very upset that I could not talk to anyone in person and get this resolved immediately. I have not be an active member for over 2 years. I have placed a freeze on my bank account and cancelled my card which has caused a great deal of inconvenience because now I have to wait 10 business days before I get a new card or have access to my account. I can't report and these charges to my bank until tomorrow because it is a holiday. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau. I am very angry about this. I am very concerned that my bank account and visa card have been compromised. Kendra Orlando, FloridaU.S.A.

What everyone is saying is true. I think a class action lawsuit is in order. If anyone starts one, let me know, I'll join in. I paid for a profile a couple of weeks ago. I didn't use my full first name publicly and insead used my initials. They suspended my membership and won't allow me access at all to change or delete my profile. I'm an attractive woman and feel that Catholic Match will keep my profile up. Unsuspecting men may join to communicate with women like me, that will never respond to these paying men, due to the fact that we're no longer able to access the website to respond. I hope people read this before they loose their hard earned money on these douche bags (a term I never use, but applies perfectly)!!!!!

World Financial Network National Bank - Colombian Emerald Bill Poor accounts receivable practices, fraudulent delinquency charges, and foul phone harrassment Columbus Ohio
I purchased a small tanzanite ring in August 2007 at a Colombian Emerald jewelry store in the Bahamas. I signed up for a credit plan - like one of those low interest, bill me later plans with World Financial Network Bank. When I got home they sent me an introductory welcome package of materials. From that point on, I never heard from them again. I have no bills, no written correspondence, and no attempt was made to collect for the purchase. In December 2008 I started getting phone calls from Linda Biggs, account manager at WFNB but she didn't say what the nature of her calls were. Finally they sent me a written correspondence dated 12/08/08 saying they wanted to help me with my colombian emerald bill. They proceeded to offer me a special hardship plan. I responded by paying of the entire ring amount but lo and behold there was no return envelope for payment.Since then I have called WFNB and spoken to a fool who claims I was 3 months late with payment although the ring was purchased 16 months ago. His comment to me was that it was not their responsiblity to provide a payment envelope. I got angry and I hung up because I feel this is a low handed attempt to scam late fees and interest payments. I just went through this with another company and am pleased to say the matter was settled in my favor. Boy! Our economy must REALLY be in the crapper if the only way we can generate money is to keep trying to scam fees and interest. People - stay stong and continue to fight the power! Colombian Emeralds International;Franchise Services, Viram, ripoff;dishonest jewelers;ripped us off for our diamond engagement ring; sold cracked stone, switched return to smaller cracked stone Ft. Lauderdale Florida
We are currently in the Maryland Court (Upper Marlboro) attempting to address this issue of Colombian Emeralds International switching diamonds on us, sending us a cracked diamond, and then switching the cracked diamond for a smaller, also cracked diamond. This is fraud. However, Colombian Emeralds is only interested in protecting their company name and is now pointing fingers saying that the company that we purchased the diamond engagement ring from in St. Thomas was not their store. As a result of our issue, several years ago, Colombian Emeralds International severed their ties with their St. Thomas store and removed them from their website. As a customer, we entered the store Colombian Emeralds International in St. Thomas and there was nothing in the store showing that it was not Colombian Emeralds--it looked like all other Colombian Emeralds International stores and they answered the phone Colombian Emeralds International (I have unfortunately been their customer for 30 years). Now that we have a problem, Colombian Emeralds International wants us to believe that another company was using their name. If you have been to the Caribbean, you are well aware that there is at least one Colombian Emeralds International in every port and if you have been on a cruise ship, you are also aware that you are referred to them as a reputable jeweler--THEY ARE NOT! I have also raised this issue with the cruise lines in hopes that they will stop referring innocent customers to Colombian Emeralds International. I will continue to update as information becomes available. Updating to correct the spelling of their name and to inform you that I have received correspondence back and had a conversation with Carnival Cruise Lines. I have also filed a Consumer Complaint both domestic and international. Denise - Upper Marlboro, Maryland U.S.A. Denise Upper Marlboro, MarylandU.S.A.

Match. com is full of scammers in Africa posing as local, beautiful women who want to meet you. Nationwide
I met a special woman on, or so I thought. This was April 30 of this year and we corresponded for three weeks while she was visiting her dad who was having an operation in New Dehli, India. Her name was supposedly Michelle Harrison of New Canaan, CT. Of course, her father died and she sent me copies of her driver's liscence, credit report, and fathers death certificate so she could bury her father. I felt so stupid, falling for this scam which is why I didn't report it. I have saved all her emails and pictures and the Western Union receipt.    Unfortunately I have 7 current people in Africa or Europe with the same profile who are interested in me. And four of them show the same woman! Same person 4 names and profiles.

Amateur Match Ripoff, scam Internet
Amateur Match IS a ripoff!!! Please read other posts regarding this company!! Apparently this is a group of guys (5-8) who send out the e-mails with revealing pictures of various women. The site, at that point, is free. Once you click on the mail inbox, these people know that you are interested in buying to reply to the e-mails. Then you will get 6-7 e-mails per day to make you think there are many women on this site, when, in fact, there ARE NONE!! Once you pay for the site, you will then get ZERO e-mails and ZERO responses!! There is one other site I found that is like this, it's called: 2 sites are alike in every way. PLEASE BEWARE!! Just trying to help. Brokenow44 Roseville, MinnesotaU.S.A.
