I refuse to pay these bogus charges and I highly suggest anyone else recieving these bills do the same! bogus scam companies like this one need to be put out of business and be taught that the general public is smarter than they are!!!! This company sent me a bill that saying that someone in my household visited international sites on the internet and made phone calls internationally. The funny thing is that the hours they are saying this took place no one is at my home. I have more than one of these billings, I have about four actually and it is ridiculous. No one in my home went to the sites they are billing me for. And also I have been unsuccessful in contacting this company when I tried to dispute the bill. So not only are the billing me for something that I did not do, they also won't give me the time of day to settle the dispute and the bill is due very soon. And believe me I have made several attempts in many different ways to talk to this company. Steve seale, AlabamaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff Internet billing scam UK Fort Worth Texas
This is a follow up to my posting of yesterday. I confirmed with my ISP that my computer was not in use at the times on the PPC invoice. I confirmed with my LD provider that all international call capability on my line was blocked. Lastly, I emailed Tom Mike John George (forgot to include Paul and Ringo) in an email to PPC informing them that I had filed complaints with the USPS, FTC, the attorneys general of Texas and New Hampshire and would file with the FBI and FCC before the day was done. Lo and behold, within the hour I had received an email from Tom saying that although the charges were accurate, they would as a courtesy credit my bill and that no future collections actions would be taken. My advice to all who have been violated by PPC is to file complaints with the necessary government agencies and let them know what is going on. Next, notify the necessary credit bureaus of what has happened so that any backdoor attempts to damage your credit record can be flagged. Good luck and may these bastards burn in hell. Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulant billing Fort Worth Texas
Received a bill yesterday from these bozos. Says I owe $105.00 for calls to the UK on OCT 18. The first call was at 8:39 PM, then at 08:40 PM, then at 08:42 PM. That is less than a minute between the first and second calls. Tell me, How long does it take to dial, connect, authorize , hang up, dial again , connect again, authorize again. HMMM. They haven't explained through their e-mail reply. They said a rep would call within 24 hours. Hmmm, can you beleive they didn't? No one should give these guys a dime of their hard earned money. We received a bill in my husband's name stating we owed $60 for 2 six minute calls to the UK, same number as all the others. I checked my session activity for my ISP and no one was on the computer any time close to the time they state these calls were made from my computer. I emailed them to dispute the charges and they sent me their standard response. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB, and the FBI regarding the scam. Am waiting to hear from them, let them know I would be contacting my attorney regarding the matter. Juanita SPRING VALLEY, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Premium Premier Communications Ripoff FRAUDULENT modem hijackers Fort Worth Texas
This company fraudulently hijacks your computer modem to dial a phone number in the UK. You first receive a bill from your phone company for hundreds of dollars for the call, and then get billed by Premier Premium Communications for hundreds of dollars. They claim this is for pay-per-view services and give you a link to a pop-up ad that you supposedly had visited. No one in my gay household downloaded this straight porn webcam viewer. On top of that, for 5 days while no one was home, or even in the state, the calls persisted and we were billed while we were on vacation!! This is pure fraud, and they need to be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent. Kirk West Hollywood, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraud Fort Worth Texas
I received a bill for 225.00 from this company. Supposedly a web cam was downloaded on my computer at 8 am on a Monday. Both members in this household work a full time job and were not on the internet at this time. There is no possible way these charges are correct. I have e-mailed this company three times so far stating that I will not be paying these fraudulant charges, none have been answered so far. I am filing a complaint with the BBC, and would appreciate any information about a lawsuit involving this company. This is unbelievable and they need to pay for what they are doing. Premier Premium Communications Ripoff, Fraudulant bill at old apartment address. Nationwide
I received a call from one of my old roommates in Denver (I now live near DC) who says they received a bill with my name on it charging ~$180 for some sort of internet calls made to the UK recently. I have yet to see the bill, so I only have the company name right now--I'll repost once I obtain a mailing address. This bill is a complete fraud because: a) I haven't lived at that address for a year and a half, b) the phone line is not even in my name there, c) I do not have a landline phone in my current residence, and d) I use a cable modem for internet access. I see that there are quite a few others being faced with these fake bills--this sounds to me like a fishing scheme that hopefully will come back to bite this company in the end. A company called premier premium communications highjacked my modem apparently through spyware, obtained my phone number and apparently installed a rogue program onto my computer. Using a company called usbi ppc/usbi have been charging outrageous bills onto my phone bill, in the form of long distance calls to England, without my knowledge or consent. These perpetrators are using two post office box locations. They are p.o. box 10718, Bedford NH 03110 and p.o. box 155579, Fort Worth, Texas 76155-5579. I understand the New Hampshire attorney general, Fcc,Ftc,Fbi, among others are investigating these companies. The Usps definitly needs to get involved due to post office boxes being involved in this fraud. James HUNTSVILLE, AlabamaU.S.A.

This company is completely BOGUS! They send you a bill for telephone/pay-per-view services. They fradulently say the services were from your home hone or computer to the following UK # +44 207 335 84. I tired 18 times to contact the customer service number and each time I was conveniently disconnected. I finally found out via several websites that this so called ocmpany is a fraud and I immediatley contact the FCC, FBI, BBB and my local authorities. Send an e-mail via the website they provide WWW.PREMIERPREMIUM.COM and tell them you know the charges are bogus and you have contacted the local officials. They will promplty respond that there was an error and that you will be completely credited. I tried to get a copy of the credited bill to no avail. Premier Premium Communications ripoff Fort Worth Texas
I received a bill for three calls to the notorious (as I can see now) number +4420733584 in UK totaled in $125.50. Plus, Verizon took my $71.00 of long distance surcharges because of the autopayment option that I have (had) on my Verizon account. I have never agree to download, install or use any software that created these calls. I am certain that these calls were placed from my computer without my knowledge and even presence by autodailer created by one of PPC vendors to fraudulently generate calls to his server. I have wrote them email explaining that it's a fraud. They responded with long letter that basically expressed interest in how am I going to pay. I responded that I won't pay and requested either credit or details that they have on my agreement to use and actual use of their services, that could be as a proof. More to come.
