 Here to warn you bought this company. I worked for them for 1 1/2 year they were decent to me as long as I made them money but during my thin there I had some in accede nuts there some i was at fault some ibwere not. After I left the company they really did a number on my D.A.C. this kind of company should never be nowhere near a D.A.C.. after I left they put accendenta that never had and found me at fault and preventable for accede that the state troopers found me not at fault for and wrote the other party tickets. There claim to this reasoning is if I had not been involved in the accedent It would have never happened or had I paid more attention thsee accendent never would have happend. Leaving to the conclusion that there is not accedent that is non preventable including a vehicle that struck me and labels is as a preventable at fault when 1. He struck me and 2 he got the for cousin the accedent from the state trooper. Now I'm stuck looking for employment for months never knowing they said these things. They lie bought pay sing the will pay x per mile with bones ha there is no bones with this company I sent a year and a half with not even a penny for a bones they say fuel bounce and safety bonus don't count on it. They treat you like your nothing to them. Try bring in your truck to the shop good luck maybe they will fix it maybe not. And if you tho a big enough fuss it will take them a week to fix your truck for and air leak they don't wanna deal with. Dispatch don't wanna hear your trucks down ciuse they got loads that ate more important that your life. The choice is yours if you go there as long as you make them money they are happy and will leave you alone but don't think for a sec they care bought you. The moment you cost them money your out and the guy killing your D.A.C. don't know the first thing bought truck driving. Jim in recruiting said if he was to turn right onto a street and a truck hits him the truck driver is at fault because he should have paid more attention and yeld to him since we are held to a higher standards them him he is the one who writes tour reports on your D.A.C.

We were told lies, lies and more lies to go to this company, which cost us both time and money and of course lost revenue. I am so displeased with the way we were recruited into this company that I am actually doing this to warn others. We just came back home from attending orientation at Trans-Carriers in Memphis and I am writing this to warn all of you to stay away from them. Jim Mountjoy is one big fat liar, who did not back up one thing told to us when he recruited us. We asked a lot of questions before commiting to them, including pay, what kind of routing method they use, insurance, pet policy, home time policy and anything else you can possibly think of. The biggie for us is our dog, which is in the 40some pound range, which we tell anyone when looking for work. Why waste our or their time. We were told that with an extra pet deposit we would be able to do that without a problem. I was listening to the conversation on a extension, so I know my hubby understood him right. We were told we would be able to go home every 10-14 days for about 3-4 days. The pay would be based on practical miles, not any of these ripoff programs. They have great insurance, with 3 different plans available. Pay wasn't the best, 38 cents a mile split, with a 2 cent a month bonus. All in all they sounded good. So we went there on Sunday, spent all day yesterday doing things, like safety, peepee test and whatever else they threw at us. Today we came back to the usual mountain of paperwork, which told a completely different story than what Mr. Mountjoy told us Friday last week. Here it goes, no pets over 15 pounds, with a $500 nonrefundable deposit (he forgot to mention the deposit was nonrefundable). No exceptions to this, no matter what. I guess I could shoot my dog for the good of the company. 1 day off for every 7 out. NO ifs ands and buts on this either. They pay HHG miles and he never said different to us and the others in orientation who were told practical miles also. Mind you, there was 5 of us, who he told differently last week. While we settled for the pay offered, 3 of the other drivers with a ton of experience where told they would get better, and yes, you guessed it, they were told to sign a document saying it was significantly less then promised and that they could talk to Mr. Mountjoy later about that, of course, after they already signed off on it. After a quite unpleasant talk with the liar himself we walked out. We are back home now, looking again for a better company. One that is honest, gives you the good and the bad, doesn't lie, steal or cheat you. Accepts our dog (being without children, he is my child), pays fairly, gets you home for more than a few hours a week and has decent equipment. I guess that they don't exist, except in fairy tales.  First of all I was recruited to trans carriers and told they drop and hook 65% of their loads which is a total lie it's only around 20%drop and hook then I was told I'd get home for anything special like va doctors appointment and I may but it's looking more like ill have to take a rental car to make it home on time. My first couple of weeks started off great but my first home week I'll end with 1000miles combined with the fact I'm going to take a rental car home I'll be leaving this company now as my home week I got an 829mile trip that they gave 48hours to pu and deliver and I asked to deliver early but operations disappeared they did nothing to move up delivery for me as I sat on the load 24hours longer than I should have lmao then they put me on a 211mile trip that I've sat at the dock almost 8hours now waiting to get unloaded so let me say this if you love dealing with dumb incompetent people this is the company for you if you have a life outside of the truck this probably isn't what you want to try

i am 40 years old,a college grad,a vet and have been driving since 16 years of age.not a big deal however i have been driving tow trucks since 19years of age.thats for you talkers that say i have drove whatever for however long.maybe since the wheel was stone for all i know?that is how ome truckers talk.small mindedness. so i drove for just shy of 2 years for swift.i have never been disrespected or treated so much like a number or not a human being. for all the people that have tryed to defend this company i dont understand you?is this company that good to you yet not to these other people?do you drive or work in the office?there is a difference. this company is designed to weed out the solo company drivers after 1 year of experience.1 of the ways they do this is by a point system.not all the drivers have heard about this yet but this is just another crooked scheme that they will run into. the point system goes like this:for everything you do wrong you get a point.for example:an overwieght ticket,seatbelt ticket,no trailer registration ticket,overspeed,a critical event,and log violations.thats not all someone can call the 1-800 number on a trailer and report that you swerved and look tired or have parked someplace you should not have.these were all things that happened to me and resulted in a point.i was not tired nor swerving.the person that allows me to park at this place wasnt there when i parked and called the company.even though i imediatly moved the truck it was another point.the point from the accident was a small ding in a tractor from a trailer that happened while parking.i was in training for 2 weeks when the accident happened.still almost 2 years later still a point.this whole point system just started 2-3 months ago so swift desperatly needs to unload experienced drivers. on top of the whole point thing swift does not give you time or an opportunity to lose points and do good.thats not entirely accurate i lost points somehow, i was not told how?however i still had more then allowed and was let go. if you swift defenders are still reading let me inform you that this isnt a complaint this is the facts.really i call it a relief.i am so happy away from the lies.yes manipulation. ill tell you how here is an example:a load that on paper added up by distance and mph eqaul 26 hours.i was given 24 hours to do this load.the time for two ten hour breaks and fuel were not added in and this load took me thru washington,dc and new is this supposed to deliver on time please tell me defenders? then i see one person telling us drivers will not get the amount in the adds that swift portrays.that is false advertisement.2 years, you gotta wait 2 years ,you dont know what your talking about.i was 2 months shy of 2 years and had back to back loads.i never had a problem getting loads yet never made that money. the amount of money most drivers make doing this over the road driving is a joke.maybe in some areas where there is not an economy but for others this is a couldnt sell this job if you told the truth=never home,always broke and forever tired. and now that im lookin at cdl-a employment i find this over the road a get paid the least but should be the most.this was allowed by the small minded its not like smokey and the banded, or convoy.the average trucker is unintelligent, full mof my dog is bigger stories and cant back up the trash they talk.on the average, not saying all just the majority.and the experiences i have had with some of the people in the terminals are the same just employees in an office.i could go on longer but im too relieved haha.i am so relieved haha! Go Trans are known ripoff company that floats under different names and in different states. Ron Reiser and Jay and Maridth are co-partners in there scheme, know as the Ponza. I have visted with several people about there acts. I want to know why they are allowed get away with crime. They are in directly reponseable for the suffering of inocent people with legimently owned busineses. The penalties that we have accrued due to their non-payment of monies they collected from accounts, and the witholding of such has caused us directly a loss in the ability to generate resorces. The loss now is 48000$ in gross revenue. That is based on their projection of a 200,000$ contract year, that Jay had sold me on. Jeff moline, KansasU.S.A.

I leased 4 trucks on to Go Trans. I was with them for 9 weeks and only got 2 checks one for $511.00 and one for $824.00. They owe me $14047.02 and won't pay. I am taking them to court. If you are thinking about working for them DON'T. If you do work for them get out NOW or they will rip you off too! I know that all the people at TCT laugh at all of the ex-employees that post on this site. I used to do the same; we would email the newest postings to each other and comment about how all the former employees were pathetic losers and needed to get on with their life. The would tell the employees ho say the post that out of 80,000 models of course a few are going to be unhappy. And I am sure they are going to laugh at this post and send it around, but I dont care. I am devoting the rest of my life if I have to bringing the company down. An honest company should have no unhappy employees or customers. Trans-Global Moving ripoff Davie Florida
From June 2006 to September 27 2006, the following unfair acts occurred: I have contracted Tran-Global Moving and Global-Ocean Freight companies to move my household furniture to Lebanon. The contract was to ship already packed furniture (house-to-house) on specific date June 26, 2006 and service charges outlined as follows: X Booking: FCL 40 Foot Container: $7349.00 X Discount: $700.00 X Documentation fee: $75.00 X Your total moving Cost: $6724.00 X Deposit amount: $1137.25 X Balance amount: $5586.75 X Removal Date: June 26, 2006 But unfortunately this is what happened: The shipment was originally scheduled for Monday June 26. On June 12 I paid a deposit of $1137.25 to Trans-Global Moving. After I paid the deposit I told Lisa Setton (Manager of Trans-Global Moving) that I have two business trips after the June 26 she indicated no concerns at all and said no problem. A week before June 26 I received a call from Tom (Manager of Global-Ocean Freight) to tell me that the container was not ready. I explained to Tom my concern about changing the schedule due to my business trip to New York (Jun 27-29). He said that have no choice but to change it. So we agreed to reschedule it to Friday June 30 with assurance from Tom that it will not change and I told him that I have another business trip to London England on July 3 which I have to make and I need to be at the airport at 6:00pm. On Wed June 28 I received another call from Tom telling me that the container is ready but there is a slight problem. He said the crew and the container is ready but the vessel (boat) is not ready to accept the container. So if Global-Ocean brings the container and loads it on Friday as planned it will have to be stored at the shipping yard and that will cost me extra money. I have rejected this option immediately since this was not agreed on and the extra cost was too high and unreasonable. I have asked if it is ok to load the furniture on Friday and leave the container on my property till Monday July 3 and have the truck driver come back and pick it up. Again Tom said that it will also cost me extra money to pick up the truck. Finally, Tom suggested that the truck can be brought on Monday July 3rd early in the morning and load it and it will be done before 4:00pm. I asked if he can make sure that the truck is here with the loading crew at 8:00am. He said I assure you the truck and the crew will be there at 8:00am. I told him again about my business trip to London England and mentioned to him that I already made changes to my flight before and had to pay change fees $200 and I do not want to go thru this again. Again, Tom said to me I promise it will be there at 8:00 am. Monday July 3rd at 8:00am nobody showed up. I waited nervously until 9:00am for Global-Ocean Freight to open. I spoke to a representative and told her that I was expecting the container at 8:00am and nobody showed up. She said the loading crew is supposed to come at 10:00am to pack not 8:00am and the container will be at the house around 1:00pm I told the representative that the contract does not include packing and it was not requested at all because the furniture already packed. In addition, I told her that this is not what Tom promised and agreed on. She told me that she will look into it. I said again that the furniture is ready to be loaded. Also, I said to her that I faxed this information two weeks ago and talked to Neide (Global-Ocean Representative) that I did not want any packing. An hour later, I called Trans-Global and spoke to one of their representative about the problem and she told me she will find out what happened. Around 10:30am Trans-Global called me back to tell me that Global-Ocean has made a mistake and ordered the container to be at my house at 1:00pm and the loading crew at 10:00am to pack the furniture and she has told them again that no packing was ordered, Global-Ocean told her that the container and loading crew will show up around 1:00pm. At 12:00pm I called the airlines to change my flight again to July 4th missing the first day of a training class in London England, the airline again charged me $619.19 for changing my flight. Around 1:30pm the container showed up but no crew. Around 2:30pm the truck driver and I were nervously waiting. Again, I called Global-Ocean office and talked to Neide and explained to her the whole issue all over about the schedule and my flight changes and she said she will look into it again. Also, the truck driver called his dispatcher and told him that there is no loading crew, the dispatcher told him to wait. I asked the driver what time the container was ordered to be delivered to my house, he replied that the container was ordered to be at my house around 1:00pm not 8:00am. Around 3:45pm the loading crew showed up. When I asked why they did not show up early, the crew leader said that this loading service for my house was not part of their schedule and he was told about it at the last minute after completing two loading service orders. After the crew loaded and packed the furniture around 6:30pm I called Global-Ocean immediately asking for the invoice paperwork which I was expecting with the crew because I was concerned about the $500 LATE fees for every week which is specified in the contract. Neide asked me to fax the furniture manifest and I was told that the invoice will be emailed to me later. I told her immediately about my business trip and that I will make the payment immediately when I return home, she indicated no issue with this at all. 4 days later I received an invoice from Global-Ocean by email with the balance of $6724.00 due (no LATE fees was on the invoice and the deposit amount that I paid was not shown and was not deducted on the invoice) but there was a note stating that if the balance is not paid $500 LATE fees will be applied for every week. I called Global-Ocean immediately from London England and talked to customer service person and told her that the payment will be paid immediately when I return home and she said OK and again she indicated no issue with this at all. A week later I was surprised when I received an invoice with the initial balance added to it $500 LATE fees and $500 HOLD fees applied. Again, I called Global-Ocean customer service regarding the deposit I paid, she was surprised about it and she said she will look into it. Almost a week later, I received another invoice with the correct balance due after the deposit amount that I paid. When I returned home I wired $5586.75 immediately to Global-Ocean after talking to Tom who indicated that the fees may be waived if I made the payment, but LATE and HOLD fees were not waived. I called Global-Ocean and Trans-Global more than 20 times begging them and pleading with them but no avail. Finally, after warning Lisa that I will pursue legal actions against both companies she said to me that she will talk to Global-Ocean. A day later, she called telling me that she has talked to a manager at Global-Ocean and agreed to waive LATE fees only but HOLD fees will remain and it can be paid COD (Collect On Delivery). I said I will pay the $500 HOLD fees if I get an official receipt and explanation from the vessel for the HOLD fees then I thanked her and accepted the offer and I stopped consultation with my lawyer to pursue legal actions, this was last week of July 2006. When the container arrived to Beirut port in Lebanon Sep 27, 2006 I was told by email that I have to pay $1000 for both the LATE fees and HOLD fees in order to release the container. I told Global-Ocean verbally and by email several times that I will pay $1000 as requested COD in order to expedite the release and delivery of the container. However, Trans-Global and Global-Ocean did not respond to my request or the request of their agent in Lebanon for 5 days incurring more port charges. As matter of fact the delay was extended two extra weeks incurring more port charges and demanding more money from to resolve the issue of releasing the container for of GOF agent in Lebanon to process the container delivery which caused frustration and hardship to me and my family in addition to the amount of time wasted time and phone calls to resolve this issue (Full account of the three weeks will be submitted to the court). What happened tells me the following: 1. Tom promise was a lie. 2. Lisa Setton lied when she said $500 LATE fees will be waived. 3. Failed to deliver the service as specified in the contract. The removal date was changed twice. 4. Global-Ocean scheduled the crew to pack the the furniture even though I specified in the contract that it was not required. 5. The first invoice was issued incorrectly it did not show the deposit money that I paid to Trans-Global Moving. As a matter of fact, Global-Ocean was not even aware of the deposit it took them almost a week to investigate that I paid it to Trans-Global when it was requested. 6. Discrepancies in the invoices that were emailed. 7. Trans-Global and Global-Ocean did not have an honorable arrangement with loading crew, crew were told about the service last minute. 8. Collecting $500 LATE fees is unfair because I explained to both Neide and Global-Ocean customer service representative that I will pay when I return home. Both persons in both times indicated no issues and said it is ok. 9. No explanation and no receipt from vessel for the $500 HOLD fees. 10. Unfortunately Trans-Global Move office did not any follow-up with Global-Ocean Freight but the only thing that they made sure to do was to collect their fees. Sam Ashland, MassachusettsU.S.A. Trans Union Reporting False Information Chester Pennsylvania
I noticed that 1 day in the mail I received a letter from 1 of my Credit Card Companies ( Providian) stating that they were closing my account due to Non Usage and a negative item on my Transunion Credit Report. At first I paid it no attention because I do not use the credit card. And then a month later I received another notice from bank of America, the exact same thing and reason. So I said this is wierd. I ordered all 3 Credit Reoports from Transunion, Equifax and Experian and only Transunion contained the negative item. I said this is parculiar. I have contacted Transunion and asked for an investigation of the negative item reported on my Credit Report. i worked for swift from 2/04 to 5/04.i wanted to otr and signed with trainer was a trustworthy person.we drove from fontana ca. to dispatcher was debbie mack. you can tell by asking her a question that whatever happened she wasnt involved and woudnt take the blame,and blame the driver every time to save herself. she woudnt discuss any delivery, woudnt talk ,she would give you an assignment, give you an opp. to accept, if you didnt youd be the blame. i always accepted. this is a pro.job,your suppose to think of your work, one time i needed to ask about a kt.load, she hung up on me..then the mission in nyc from tx. i thought it would be easy with there directions knowing that they been there before,i was wrong.i needed comdata cheks befroe i went ,the person at the desk said they had none.thats strange.on the way out after a snapple delivery in manhatten which was very conjested at the time, iasked them for there specific maptuit directions,they led me to manhatten bridge.when i got there a cop pulled me over, gave the comp. 7 tickets,i got none.the worst was a length ticket and width. swift should of known that. i started to see how swift jonestown works.then they blame you.then i broke alum. hinges in temple tx walmart.when i took the saftey test in pa bob whitlatch was the trainer. he was very distracting telling me about his wifes skin disease, could of been contagious. then the wheels started smoking at the end.i noticed and told him i was going to pull over.hes was all hiterical,get the fire exting. itold him theres no fire,then a cop pulls over,he statrs talking about me .then he says hes taking charge,.im like yeah ok.when i got back to jonestown,asked to have them look at the wheels,they said its an old trailer,theres no more shes.its npt my fault.then he tells the saftey he told me to use an engine brake,thats a complete lie,if there were any brakes they woudnt of smoked.then i call phoenix,ask them about the wrong directions in manhatten,they dont know nothing about that.why dont they keep anthing else,then for 3 qweeks it was very hard to push a clutch,they said nothings wrong,then i told there was and they fixed it.all those pushes were too hard.then i ask debbie mack about the tickets,how to take care of them.then she has nothing to do no blame its the driver.i tell you she got me the tickets,shes the blame.then i call tammy koch,the supervisor.shes like you dont work here anymore,at least i have a job.then most important about a future job.i have 1 preventable hinges,1 nonpreventable incident,they write 2,first they say it was in lancaster tx,hinges happened in temple,tx.smoking wheeles at moutain top ,pa,i hope they see how they.d mess me up when they lied about the wrong stuff. i talked to them plennty of times,one time swift called me at night,i explained,he said yes he will take care of it.that never happened.i could see that the dispatcher only cares about her delivery,herself,no reguards to the driver.the lie about the trailer wheel on fire,there was no fire,just smoke,it had to cool down,then put new ones on,no reguards.the mistake about the incidents and preventable.thats a lie or a mistake.its on my report for life,not theres,they need to see hoping maybe someone will fess and fix. iworked for swift trans from 2/04 to 5/04 jonestown,pa.terminal. i have 15 months previous trainer was a good trustworthy person.we drove to fontant ,ca. and to jonestown, dispatcher was debbie can tell just by asking her a question she wasnt involved and would blame the driver all the time,because she was never wrong.shed give you an assign.,ask if you accept,meaning if you didnt you be the blame.i took anything.this is a pro. job.your suppose to think,discuss,ask questions,one timei needed to know after a ky delivery a question and she just hung up.,she was too busy.the mission in nyc,they never gave an ezpass .before i went to nyc i asked the dispatcher when you first go in for comdata,he said nobody had any.there suppose to supply.what they were doing is seeing how youd do without an ezpass instead of the delivery.after a snapple delivery in nyc manhatten i wanted maptuit directions to get out.they sent me street to street to manhatten bridge.a lady cop pulled me over right was very conjested.she gave the company 7 tickets.myself none.2 were ,1 for overwidth,1 for overlength.onlt a 50 ft bridge.why did they give me the wrong directiojmns.i trusted them,there wrong,they blamed me.didnt explain,why.later called phoenix asked them about that ,they said,they dont know who gave them,dont keep reports. debbie mack hurt me instead of help you.when the hinges broke in temple, itook the saftey test,bob whitlatch was the trainer.he was very distracting tellimg me about his military and his wifes skin disease which was probably contagious.which was nerve the end the trailer wheels smoked.i told bob pulled over .hes like get the fire exting.all histerically.theres no fire bob ,hes like get it anyway.waisting the fluid for a good cause.then a cop pulls over and bobs talking to the cop talking about me.then he says he has to take it from here. whats that ,inoticed the smoke and pulled over,there was no fire at which he said there was.when i got back to jonestown,asked the mechanic to look and they said it was a very old truck,the brakes were already worn.if bob knows it why did he want that trailer,it was his bob must of flunked me because of his faulty equipment.the whole time i had the tracter the clutch was 3 to 4 times as hard to push,they said theres nothing wrong,then the second time they looked at it they did notice the problem.the time i was driving i was waisting too much pressure.i asked debbie mack about the tickets she said its not her problem,shes the dispatcher,she gave the directions who led me to the bridge.i called tammy koch the supervisor,shes like you dont work here anymore.she said i dont have to talk to you,said at least i have a job,then hung up.notice how when you drive for a comp. need a med . cert, you do all the driving for there loads,all things go on your dac report and nothings said about them.make sure they are right because this is your dac, for life.i tried to get 1 thing off dac record and that was 1 incident that didnt happen.i had 1 hinges thats 1 preventable,1 incident the wheels.they put 2 st lancaster,tx.that never happened in tx,wheels were at mountaintop,pa.they might think there too good to look back and fix the problem.then you have the problem.they have lied on dac,lied about wheels,and gave wrong directions.this is my life story on dac, they see it as theres. Trans Union Credit Report Fraud Nationwide Internet
I started my career in consumer finance in 1996 as a Credit Manager for Norwest Financial (now Wells Financial) and have since held various positions in consumer finance ranging from Senior Underwriter, Director of Customer Service and Collections and Operations Manager for several smaller finance companies and brokers primarily in unsecured lending. I have over 12 years of experience reading credit reports and have analyzed thousands of credit reports for underwriting, collections and skip tracing during my career. Experian, Equifax and Trans Union, HEREINAFTER referred to as Credit Bureaus, sell consumers fake credit scores that are 50-100 points higher than any real score model used by any lender. As most consumers may not be aware, each of the Credit Bureaus have several score models each (FICO, Fair Isaac, etc) that they sell to different types of lenders designed specifically for their industries (credit card, auto loan, mortgage, etc.) for underwriting purposes. A few years ago I obtained my credit reports from the Credit Bureaus through when I was shopping for a new car and competitive financing options. All three Credit Bureaus offered to sell me my credit score for nominal fees ranging from $7-$10 each. Although I could pull my credit reports through my former employer at their cost of just over $3.00 each and reimburse the company, the inquiries a work would be hard inquiries which could negatively affect my scores. For those reasons and for privacy and security reasons (my co-workers might be able to access my credit reports) I opted to pay more for the soft inquiries that would not count against my credit scores. All three credit score I purchased were in the mid 800's which I immediately knew to be impossible since I was not a homeowner and had less than 15 years of credit history. It is very rare for anyone without any past or present mortgages or with less than 15 years credit history and nearly flawless pay history to have a score over 800 and in a decade of experience evaluating thousands of credit reports the highest score I have ever seen was close to 850. My real credit scores at the time were in the mid 700 range (the finance manager at the car dealership let me see all three credit reports shortly thereafter) I confronted our Trans Union account rep at my office and asked him which score model they are selling to consumers at first he tried to dodge the question before admitting that they are an arbitrary model not used by lenders that is 50-100 points higher that most score models purchased by lenders. I expressed concern that this was misleading and that there were no disclosures regarding this on the website and that in addition to my experience I have been getting numerous complaints from applicants that purchased their credit score online only to discover their real score used for underwriting are typically 50-100 points lower. I told I felt defrauded and that they along with the other two credit bureaus were taking advantage and defrauding consumers that have very little financial knowledge. He did not have any response to my concerns. It is my opinion that the credit scores sold by the Credit Bureaus lacks warranty of merchantability because they are useless and have not economic or intrinsic value and are being fraudulently misrepresented as credit scores used by actual lenders for underwriting purposes. I have report this to the Federal Trade Commission which has failed to respond or take any action whatsoever. This seems to be a pattern of the federal enforcement agencies (FTC, SEC, et al) that seem more concerned with protecting large corporations than vulnerable consumers and investors under the current administration. I only hope that someday an aggressive consumer rights advocacy law firm files a class action suit against the Credit Bureaus for the likely millions of dollars they have bilked out of unknowing consumers for useless credit score that mean nothing on the real financial world. I drove for Swift Trans from May 2010 to Oct 2010.I was out of the Atlanta Term.I got good miles during summer then freight fell off sharply in October which is normal they paid me poorly $0.28 cents per mile.I had to stay out a month and a half to make any desent money they almost never got me home on time.They have a good rider program only $30.00 per month my wife went with me.The truck they ishued me was a 2006 Volvo with 425,000 miles on it and was very nasty inside It took me the first 3 days I had it to clean it and i still could not get the carpet clean it was matted with nasty goo.My first DM was Falisha she is a developmental DM she was rude and never there for me when i had a problem like the volvo they gave me had an non working pre pass and I finaly after 3 weeks of paying out of pocket at tolls witch is very expensive in a 18 wheeler $160.00 in tolls in one day in the north east I called permits in phoenix my self which they said is the DM's resposibility.then 2 months later I got a reguler DM Sue Clips she was more help full but she to treated me like a little kid and yelled at me all the time.I always got very poor directions.none of this made me quit I finally desided to quit when they kept writing me up for over speeds first for going 64 MPH then they said I went 66 MPH for three hours straght the trucks are governed at 62 MPH and trust me thats all they got the only way to go faster is down hill but where in the USA can you find a down hill slop that is long enough to allow you to reach 66 MPh for 3 hours straght on the third right up for over speeds they fire you I would not give Swift the chance to fire me and trash my DAC so I turned in my truck and quit.The truth about Swift there A** holes they dont pay well they talk to you like your a teenager they dont respect there drivers they dont clean out there trucks most of there trucks are old Volvos they will run you to death the miles were good they are very nit picky and they will nit pick you to death dont ever drive for this company if you can avoid it Thanks for reading god bless truckers :)

wil trans unfair and deceptive trade practices springfield , Missouri
My husband worked for wil trans from july 2012 to sept 2012. During that time period, we lost 3000 dollars in savings and now supposedly owe them 3400. My husband left a company that he worked at for three years because he needed to make more money. At his previous job, he was their top driver but they were unable to give him enough miles. When my husband started for wil trans lots of promises were made but were not kept.  His first settlement was 1700 but his next settlement was -850. The following week his settlement was 240 dollars and it varied from there to at the most 670 dollars When he complained, they said that they were slow but the next settlement was never better. He was told he could pull for no one else although he knew someone who was looking for an owner operator that would have paid quite well. When he finally informed them that he was going to no longer work for them, they gave him a load that put him in the negative to get him back to mo. He had to rent a car to come home that cost us another 300.  After he came home, the setttlements started coming the 1st was -1100. the next week it was -1600 the next was -1900 and this week was -3300. When we tried to discuss this with darryl wilson we were told to waste our money and get a lawyer. The last couple settlements had invoice numbers we owed for but not the invoices themselves. We couldn't even see what we were being billed for. My husband is now working for a good trucking company and making between 900- 1300 a week. The wil trans settlements keep coming burying us deeper in debt. This is a very bad company to work for. All my husband wanted to do was provide for his family and now we're 6000+ in the hole. Anyone who has had problems with this called the mo attorney general and get in touch with the federal fair trade commission they are practicing unfair and deceptive trade practices STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE SMART

Trans Credit Financial ripoff Bellevue Washington
Trans Credit ripped us off last year(2005)too. They took us for about 900.00 its been a year almost and were still recovering from this and they have all our information too. Go Trans Never got last check or escrow Memphis Tennessee
I am a former employee of go trans. I quite back in august of 2006. I have never recieved my final check or my escrow. Now all us driver sign a contract that stated we would get our final check in 45days. I am no math wizz but I think thats longer than 45days I even email Meredith Ressor who is in charge of payroll and I never got a responds back of any kind. So I will most likely never see my last check. Not to mince my 1099 was almost a month late getting to me. By law it is suppose to be post maked by Jan 1 not sometime in late Feb. heavy pressure to sign up played on daughters desire to model ..... i to was scamed by tctalent.a friend invited us to an open call, she had us all take pictures. i had no interest for myself but was told by the friend that it would help her out, so i agreed. my kids however were interested,especially my daughter. they called us and talked to the kids, told use the cost. i told them i did not have that kind of money to spend. several people got on the phone to discuss different options, finally with the pressure from them and an excited 14 yr old in the background,i gave in. thinking back on the situation it was very similar to the car buying experience, with the exception of the excited 14 yr old. we agreed on $100 per month for 7 months and the $19.95 per month as well. typically i am not so easily persuaded but my child was so wanting this and i wanted this for her.they debited my account for $95 and then for $19.95 for january. they called us a week or so later and told us that someone had exciting news for us and to please hold for a few minutes.a few minutes went byand we were told that the person in charge would have to call us later. i have never heard from them again. they did debit my account for the $19.95 for feburary. this evening i was trying to get to the web site but found the rip off reports, read them in shock. they will not be getting any more money from me. thanks to those who sent out these reports. my eyes are now open but i have a very disappointed 14 yr old. i hope others are not taken in by these guys as we were. sandy wylie, TexasU.S.A.

Trans United Horrible Experience Hallandale Beach Florida
The agreed upon arrival was August 1, 2014 for a move from Texas to Pennsylvania. There is a 14 day period in which items can be delivered, according to the contract. The actual delivery date was August 16, 2014, 16 days after the contracted delivery date. When we had called to set the pickup and delivery dates, no one returned our phone calls. We found out that our original representative went on leave for some reason, but no one communicated this to us and our emails and calls were left unreturned. We finally got a hold of her supervisor, and with him we set the pickup and delivery dates, and when doing so he implied that we shouldn't have left it so late to set the dates (we had been calling the company for three weeks with no one returning our calls). At the same time, we wanted to adjust our price quote to reflect the actual inventory we had packed, rather than what we had estimated months previously. The supervisor told us the price the original representative had quoted would remain the same, even though our inventory had increased by quite a bit, but when the movers came to pick up our items the price was significantly higher than quoted. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. We were not contacted about the delay. The only communication occurred when we called to find out where our items were. Dispatch would call the driver to find an estimated delivery date and we were told they would call us back. We never received any calls either from the driver or from dispatch. After our items were delivered on August 16, we found that a large item, an armchair, was missing. We immediately called the driver and he said that the truck was empty, which must have meant the chair was delivered to another customer. The next day we called customer service to try to trace the chair. They would not try to find the chair without receiving a claims form from us. We sent in the claims form and photos of the missing chair (and other damaged items), and we were told that the claims department would contact us. After weeks of not hearing from anyone, we finally talked to the claims department (who were only available for calls on Fridays). They had lost our claims form. We immediately scanned and sent another claim form (as the claims agent had told us to do so she could start looking for the chair) and mailed another hard copy. When we called the agent the next week to see if she had any news of our chair, she said she couldn't pursue finding it until she received our claim form. When the claims department finally got around to looking for our chair, they of course couldn't locate it, so they sent us a settlement offer of...$29.40, which is ludicrously low to compensate for losing a large item of furniture. Our biggest issue with this company, besides losing a large item of furniture with monetary and sentimental value, was the utter lack of desire to help us, the customer. It occurs to us that there is no reason (from their point of view) for Trans United to try to make their customers happy since they most likely don't thrive on repeat business; most people don't make large cross-country moves more than once in their life. We got conflicting information from everyone we talked to. Our phone calls were NEVER returned (other than initially when they were trying to get us to sign a contract with them), and they offered NO helpful information that might have made this process easier or more pleasant.

Went to CORE trans after careful thought and the decision happened to be my worse this company has terrible equipment and promises pay that you will never see the dispatchers constantly give you loads that you must run. illegal to get there on time.I served 12 years in the US Army Airborn Infantry honorably and graduated Ranger school and was a Ssg/E6 at the end of enlistment.started this career in 2005 and have 3 years Over the road and I know what it takes to get the job done.The employees at Core transportation really carry guns when I was picked up at the bus station Anthony the person who handles orientation showed me 2 of them. I can see why they may need day if they continue to lie and verbally abuse drivers and constantly taken your hard earned pay away .Tracey a dispatcher who.also is a liar messed up my DAC and requires companies I apply with to call the can tell more lies this company should be put out of businesses asap I was there for entire week waiting for a driver to get terminated to give me his truck during orientation and they pay for nothing no.meals and no orientation pay and hold your first weeks pay that you will never see Idisputed the accuracy on my DAC report today and hope the recruiters will hire me according to my personality ,good driving record and the facts there are two side of every story .Core trans will cheat you out of everything and don't believe the $1000 guarantee pay they promise unless your a robot you must run illegally to get half of that and the charge you for everything including the stay in the hotel while in orientation and for late delivers up to $600 out including out of route miles including $20.00 for the matress cover this is modern day slavery. Really take head to the comments and STAY AWAY Core trans is the worse carrier I have ever had the privilege to drive for think before you sign the dotted line.

Wil-Trans aka Transportation Logistics Deceitful, dishonest Springfield Missouri
Wil-Trans, an American rip-off. I fell for the gimmick like most other drivers who have gone to Wil-Trans (aka Transportation Logistics). It is a very small company that is leased on to Prime Inc. Given a choice of a company driver or their lucrative (cough cough) lease program, I and 2 other friends chose to lease a new truck. Three of us went to orientation in August of 2013. We were the only three in orientation.  First of all, the cost of leasing through Wil-Trans is $1305/week. Yes you read that right. All three of us would never have even gone to this company had we known this information ahead of time but you won't find that out until you are in your first day of orientation.  Second, your dispatchers do all of your planning & routing. This is much like most company driving positions and most lease driving positions as well. However, herein lies the problem. They have total control of your truck. Which load you are sent, which direction you head, when you pick up & deliver and so on. Ok so you are thinking so what? This is just like every other company, why am I complaining right? What happens is that this company chooses to have your truck sit idle for a minimum of 2 days/week and with such an expensive lease, you will go in the hole. In other words, you will not get a paycheck at the end of the week and will in fact owe them money. Sometimes this obviously cannot be helped. Let's face it, this is trucking. It isn't called the freight is already there. But what this company does is use this as a tool to control you, control your pay and/or force you out of the company. I stayed at this company for one year because that was the committment that I made to them & I honored my committment.  Let's do some math. I believe that no matter how much a lease costs, you can make money if you manage a truck properly and the truck runs enough to cover the expenses. I am a former business owner of a very successful business and I assure you that I understand how this stuff works. As a company driver you should make roughly $800-$1000/week in most any company in America. If you're going to lease, it needs to be worthwhile since YOU pay the taxes as an independent which will be roughly 33-40%. So, you're lease is $1305 your fuel is roughly $1500 and you want a settlement of minimum $1800 (1800 - 38% (684 tax)= $1116). As you can see, $1116 is barely over what you'd make as a company driver. $2000 should be your target minimum but I used $1800 so you could see how this works. Let's add up these figures. $1305 + $1500 + $1800 =$4605. In order to reach an $1800 settlement you'll need to gross $4605/week. And if you do, after taxes you'll make $1116 and your fuel could go as high as $2000 so keep that in mind. That's $657.86 you'll need to make everyday in a 7 day work week. I have also worked as an independent booking my own freight and I can tell you, that is a tough number to meet regularly. Wil-Trans pays you 70% of the linehaul. So, if you get sent a load that pays $2000, your share is $1400. Rounding up the $657.86 to $700, you'll need to make each day, you can see that this load need to be done in 2 days. (1400/2=700). If you pickup this load on Sunday night & deliver on Thursday morning, you lost 1 full day & you lost $700 earning potential. If this happens twice in 1 week (and it will) you lose $1400. You are now in the hole. After you deliver, you most likely won't get another load until Friday, thus losing yet another day & another $700 earnings. This load should be delivered on Wednesday morning and you should have reloaded on Wednesday. Another way they cheat you is they have a Tuesday payday cutoff. So, this load wouldn't even be on this week's settlement. You'd lose Monday & Tuesday anyway toward this week.  Wil-Trans does these things intentionally. Darrell Flake watches your truck's gross income to regulate you so that you stay where they want you. Wil-Trans is a dishonest, deceitful company. Save yourself the hassle & look elsewhere.
