USA Credit ripoff Internet
I have read where this so-called company has ripped off lots of people. I, too, am one of those people. About 2 weeks ago, I got on-line to check my bank statement, and I seen where there was $149.95 withdrawn from my account by USA Credit. I never authorized it. So, I called them ,and talked to a Jacqualine and was told how I have to file a police report, and do all this other stuff , so they can review it,and decide if I should get my money back. Well, that same day I went to my bank and told them what happen. and lo, and behold, within 5 days my bank had my money back, and blocked USA Credit from taking money out of my account. I was thrilled. I guess there is justice in this world after all. Just had to tell my story. Thank You!! Cheryl Bloomington, MinnesotaU.S.A.

I don't where these people are at. I don't even know how they got hold of my information. All I know I was applying for a small payday loan on the web and was bombarded with offers but they all except this one gave me an opt out or confirmation. They welcomed me and announced they would hold out 149.00 from my account the next business day. I found a number in another consumer complaint list and called and told them to leave me and my account alone, that I did not want their stupid card. My God I needed a loan, not more money taken away from me. They persist that I chose this and I told them they were a scam and at least need to change their way of doing things so people would not be confused about their service. They left my account alone for that time being but yesterday my account was shorted 149.00 right on pay day and has definitely wrecked my budget for the next two weeks. The email I have is or but can't seem to find the website. Karen Tulsa, OklahomaU.S.A.

USA Credit Scam Internet Internet
Ok so just like everyone else on here, I also got ripped off by this company. I contacted my bank, filed a frad dispute, and then descovered a few phone numbers that I could call...for USA Credit. You can call 1-888-570-9823, but chances are you wont get through. Also you can call 1-800-634-6730...I got through with them. They told me that they would cancel my account and refund me all my money minus the 35 dollar applacation fee. I told them NO!!!! I want all of my money and If i dont get it I will contact my back and make a frad dispute, which I already had done. So I got put on hold and then she told me she would refund all my money, but asked if I was still going to make a claim with my bank? I told her have to lie!!! So she told me I would get my money back within 3-5 days after it clears. So I called my back back to get some input and they told me to keep my dispute open with the back and whoever gives me my money back first would cancel out the other one!!!I hope this helps out anyone else that got f***ed over!!!!Mirbrink Sacramento, CaliforniaU.S.A.

this company took $149.95 out of my account without permission Madashell Ridge Spring, South CarolinaUnited States Minor Outlying Islands According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the chargetruth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the

USA Credit Credit not requested ripoff Internet
I received a call last week stating that my credit card application has been approved in the amount of $7,000. When I explained I didn't know what they were talking about, that I had not applied for any credit, the person said I must have done it online, perhaps to repair my bad credit. I further explained that I have excellent credit and was certainly not in need of anymore credit cards. Fay Hastings, New YorkU.S.A.

USA Credit Superstore - USA Platinum USA Credit Superstore - USA Platinum I almost got ripped off Union Town Pennsylvania
First of all, I want to thank all of you that has reported these people. They are the lowest of the low and I cannot believe that they are allowed to conduct business in this manner. Luckily, I checked them out on this address and read all of the feedback that has been left for these people. I had given them all the information (even though I thought I was smarter than that) and they were going to be taking $99.99 out of my checking account tomorrow. Fortunately, because of all of you, I was able to get to the bank, close the account, and reopen another. I was able to stop these thieves in their tracks. There should not be anything else that they can do to me. The bank wants all of the information I have on these people (God knows, they did not give me much) and I am in the hopes that someone will permentantly take care of these people, if you know what I mean. Thanks so much for all of you taking the time out to file these reports so another hapless victim was warned before it was too late!!!!! Dorothy Leesburg, FloridaU.S.A.

USA Credit, USA Credit ruined my credit... $12,500 debt on credit report Tallahassee, Florida
I went online to view my credit report so I could begin paying off my debt & there was a debt I owed in the amount of $12,500. Of course I was shocked because I've never borrowed that much money or had a credit card with that limit. Anyway, I looked to see who the creditor was & it was USA Credit. And of course there was no contact information so I looked it up online. To my surprise, there was a web-site for USA Credit Scam & it linked me to Ripoff Reports. I read stories about people who were scammed by this so called company. Then it hit me. A few years ago, I used to go online line looking for payday loans. I've received them in the past but only for about $200 at the most & I paid them all back directly from my account. I have no idea where this debt came from & how I got caught up in it but I'm glad that I found out because that is a major debt on my report. Everything else is in the few hundreds & I really need someone to help me get this removed from my report. And to anybody who is reading this don't ever get caught up in those payday loans because they will sock it to you everytime. I heard about it on the news but never thought it would happen to me & it did right under my nose. Khai East Orange, New JerseyU.S.A.

USA Credit, USA Credit Scam, hinders Credit and fraud Uniontown Pennsylvania
Recently I pulled my credit report and I contacted USA Credit because I did not apply for this so called Credit card. This is actually not even a credit card. They are a card that charges you to be able to help your credit. I asked them to provide me with my applicationa and they stated to me that they could not do that until I paid 199.99 X 3 for the subscription fee. I stated to them that this was fraud. My lawyer sent them 2 seperate letters and we recieved no response. I had to contact the credit bureaus and inform them that this was fraud and it was finally taken off. USA Credit victimized many consumers Allentown Pennsylvania
Please be aware that receiving a call from USA Credit offering you a wonderful opportunity to establish or re-establish your credit is not a call you should respond to. I foolishly did, and after a 30 plus minute conversation with the nice telemarketer, divulged my social security number and my checking account information to her. But, luckliy, I happened across Rip-off and found many reports of people who had been mistreated and victimized by this company. I began to rethink my foolishness and decided not to allow myself to be another one of USA Credit's victims. I called them and after a 30 minute hold (I can't tell you how many times I heard the recording say, Your call will be answered in approximately 2 minutes [oh, well...their dime]) my call was finally answered by some smart-assed gentleman with whom I argued with for 15 minutes to get him to deactivated my account and stop the withdrawal of the $99.90 from my checking account. I will now probably have to pay a $30.00 stop-payment fee at my bank just to guarantee they cannot get their greedy hands on any of my hard earned money, but it will be well worth it!!!! Again...BE AWARE!!!! Jim Hillsboro, OhioU.S.A.

USA Credit Ripoff, False Pretenses, Bogus Info California
USA Credit is the worst mistake you may ever make, so all I can say is... DON'T MAKE IT! Not only do they get you with the $80.00 charge at the beginning for the Platinum Card you can only use it on a site where its good for 10% of the product. The other 90% must be paid for with something besides the card. Whatever you do, please do not sign up for this sham. I like others made the mistake of signing up for seomthing we hadn't properly researched. If your reading this after already signing up with them... I'm very sorry. If you haven't yet signed up with them. DON'T!! That's all I'll say on the matter. Brian Porterville, CaliforniaU.S.A.
