White Glove Movers ripoff business from hell Jersey City New Jersey
I was transferred from New York to Los Angeles for a job, and was looking for a mover that could move me out fast, and safe. The apparaiser came out and he was as nice as could be. He told me he had 30 years in the business, and White Glove was the best. He said I had $1200 worth of things and wrote that down as the estimate on my moving sheet. When the movers came they said I wasn't close to $1200, that it was $1600. My lease on the apartment was ending in 2 days so I really had no choice (couldn't find another movers). They proceeded to charge me exhobitant rates on things that they said I needed boxed ($60 on boxing my matress, $30 to box my TV, etc). After I got to LA and gave them my address, they gave me a date that my furniture was to be out here. So I moved a few things into my new apartment. Low and behold I call them the day my things were supposed to show up and they said their truck broke down in West Virginia and my things were going to be 2 weeks late. So I had to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks. It turned out to be another week after that as they were even later. The moving coordinator said he could give me $200 off because of the delay. When the movers started unloading my stuff, they said they didn't know anything about that. They called the HQ, and at first they said the coordinator was gone, and no discount. After we argued for 1 hour, and I threatened to have them take my stuff, and try to sue me, they agreed on $150 off. Overall a nightmare, and a template to the typical moving scam. DON'T USE WHITE GLOVE MOVERS ! Fred Los Angeles, California

White Glove Relocation Services Lee Williams, Tracey White Glove Of Naperville, Illinois Is Unreliable BEWARE Naperville, Illinois
I hired this moving company White Glove Relocation Services Lee Williams, Tracey White Glove Of Naperville, Illinoisto move me from romeoville to chicago on 4-2 between 8am and 10am. That morning at 7:55 I get a call from tracy telling me they made a mistake and that they could not move me untill the next day. No I'm sorry. No nothing. It was like screw you,too bad!!!! So the next day, they show up, and the truck is 3/4 of the way filled. I sk the driver if he's gonna be able to fit everything and he tells me he could. Well guess what? It does'nt all fit!!!! So I tell him I was promised a 26ft truck and he gets upset and calls this guy Lee Williams who set it all up (this guy lies and tells you anything you want to hear and then screens his calls so he does'nt have to deal with anyone). So after the driver hangs up, he threatens me by saying he's not moving e and he's taking all my stuff off the truck. I tell him go ahead. So they start taking everything off the truck and puting it back in my garage. I couldn't help but laugh at these bozo's. They spend two hours loading my stuff (washer,dryer fridge,sofa) on there truck and they spend another hour unloading it in 80 degree weather. While there unloading my stuff, I hire another mover for the next day and they won't have to carry anything up or down the stairs because White glove did it for them. I then try to call Lee Williams and Tracy to get back my deposit but they screen there calls and hav'nt called me back.  So beware and don't make the same mistake I did. I may not see my hundred bucks again but at least i got a good laugh!!!!

Ripoff They took my money up in front. Did not show up for the move. Jersey City New JerseyI was moving from PA to FL. After internet search I decided to go with white glove moving & storage. My contact person Ben Teller requested money deposit up in front. Because my location (middle of nowhere) I was asked to pay the minimum ($1600 despite actual load, so it is worth driving to distant location). I did agree to those conditions. We set up a pick up and delivery dates in 6 weeks advance. There was no problem. On the day of pick up nobody showed up. Nobody called me. I called to find out that they were not going to do my move. Reason being when we scheduled your move we were hoping to get something else in that area (until last minute) but it did't happen so we won't move you now, but we'll be glad to move you in 6 weeks. Althoug I was able to recover my deposit. I had to hire another moving company on one day notice (which was very difficult and expensive). After recieving several estimates from other movers, I decided on them because their storage facility where my belongings were to be stored was in the city where I was going to live, Knoxville.I told them that the move was for a full pack and that my things were to be taken to the storage facility in Knoxville. They gave me a contract to sign which I did and I sent in the deposit. On the day of the move, the movers were not only 8 hours late, but showed up with 7 wardrobe boxes for a FULL PACK! Needless to say, they could not complete the move so they left that evening, went to an office supply company and purchased the necessary moving supplies.Two days later, they finally finished the move (as the new owners of my home were trying to move in)and the driver presents me with the outrageous invoice which I refused to sign.He told me that if I didn't sign they would unload my things in the front yard. So I signed the form adding under duress under my signature. They left with $4600.00 and all my belongings. Then they took my things to someplace in Georgia.I called the company and told them that I was very displeased with the service and wanted a discount or to at least only pay the cost of the estimate. When they told me they would not release my furniture until I paid them cash in full, I consulted a lawyer who told me that it is illegal for them to hold my furniture. I contacted the company again and told them that I was going to go with the Sheriff in Georgia to pick up my things and he told me Well, try to find your things, then.So basically they held my things for ransom until i paid them a considerable amount over the estimate. When my things arrived, I had, among other damages, black mold growing on several items including my dining room table, scratched and dented appliances, and several missing items. I filed a claim with the claims department five weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. So I am out over 7,000.00 and have a lot of damaged stuff!!!Holly Knoxville, TN setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer

I hired them based on their insistance that their reputation was the most important thing to them. They provided information on how NOT to get ripped off by moving companies and I felt good that they were the reputable choice.The pickup went fairly well, they were on time and courteous--the drop off and ensuing weeks were a different story. The movers indicated that they weren't told that I lived in a walkup building--in fact I had made it explicitly clear to Brianna that I lived 2.5 flights up, she indicated no extra charge. The movers said they needed an additional $150 to deliver my things up te stairs, I said I did not happen to have an extra $150 on me and they indicated that they would lower it to $100 and wait to unload the items until I got back from the bank. When I resisted they said I could call the call company Monday morning (it was a Sat when they delivered) to reschedule delivery if I didn't want to give them the $100. They held my items hostage until I paid them an extra $100--which they wrote up on the contract as a long delivery charge.When my goods were delivered to my apartment in D.C. one box was completely destroyed (wet and soggy). The explanation was they had just come from Chicago and the weather was snowy there--why my things were subject to Chicago's weather was not explained. Of course it was a box of photos and frames which were ruined and irreplaceable. Their response--call the claims department. Items in EVERY box were broken, my suicases, lamps, glasses, plates, photo frames. Additionally, they dismantled a shelving unit because it took uo too much room this is something that I have no idea how to put back together and had to throw away.Their claims process is ridiculous too because they reimburse based on weight if you do not buy extra insurance--so my broken floor lamp will bring in a hefty $4 though to replace it will cost upwards of $100. You also have to have original receipts for all of the items you are claiming--as if when you are moving you keep receipts for wine glasses. The claims process was purposely ridiculous and time consuming to force you to give up.I may as well have not moved any of my items and just bought new because it seems that's what I am forced to do antways. My advice DON'T HIRE THEM!!!!Audrey Arlington, VirginiaU.S.A.Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}

Scam! Hidden costs! Jersey City New JerseyI wish I had discovered this site before I attempted to use White Glove Moving for our move last year. We had been scammed in the past by a moving company, and so I personally handled all the details with this company to prevent it from happening again. They were the only company we could get to move us on the particular day we needed, at short notice. I got a phone estimate which was rightin line with other quotes we had recieved, and we even had an okay review from someone who had used them before.I don't typically get taken in by scams - I am a pretty careful consumer. After recieving an estimate of $650, (and an oral guarantee that it would not exceed that by more than $100), I asked for a detailed description of any charges not included in that quote. I was told the only addtional charges would be for packing materials. I told them that I had packed everything myself with my own materials, so that would mean there should be no additional charges, and I was told that was correct. When the movers showed up, they verified the phone quote, and again said the only thing extra would be for packing materials. Having moved twice before, I know that it's much cheaper to use your own materials, and so I had done so.The movers then start taking out boxes and packaging to wrap our mattresses, and each individual piece of furniture (which would not even fit in a box). I asked them why they were doing this, no other mover would put mattresses and dressers in boxes. They told me that was there policy. Starting to get suspicious, I asked if there were extra charges for these boxes, and they admitted there were, but they wouldn't be too much, and they just wanted to get started moving the stuff, as we were wasting time.I refused to let them touch another item, until I walked through our aparment with them and had them point out all the things that had to be wrapped and how much it would cost. They finally admitted that the packaging would add an additional $850 to the bill. I tried calling their manager, but no one was available to speak to me on the phone. Furious, I kicked them out of our house.I ended up going over on our lease because we couldn't move that day, and that cost me several hundred dollars, but I refused to be cheated by these crooks. I hope no one else has to be subjected to their sleazy way of doing business. I apologize for the lengthy rant, but his occured almost a year ago, and my blood still boils every time I think about it.E. B. There is finding a good realtor, selling the house, buying, or renting, a place at the other end, turning off all the utilities here, turing them on there, changing addresses, changing banks, doctors, dentists, schools, mechanics, the list seems endless.Moving cross country is as stressful. Now you have to find a moving company willing to go clear across the continent. And you have to make sure you can actually move in once you reach your new town, and then go through all the settling in processes (getting things turned on, and so forth.)A couple of years ago I, along with some friends, thought it would be a great idea to moved from the retail sales and call-center world of Columbus, Ohio, to the opportunities that were waiting for us in Studio City, California. We started first by looking online for apartments, figuring out budgets, and deciding what to keep and what to sell or throw away.We contacted a couple of movers who were willing to move us, and willing to charge a lot for the move. The cheaper of the big-name movers, Bekins, wanted to charge us $7,000.00 for the move. We declined and wanted to go cheap. We checked U-Haul and figured that it would easier and cheaper. No, to both. Around $5,000 and if the stuff we took with us was not packed properly, we would be hauling junk.So, as luck would have it, we got a company that was willing to make the move for around $2,200. That worked for us. Boy were we wrong!The two movers got to our place with a truck that was 2/3 of the way full with stuff from two other families. We were told that like destinations would share the truck and the costs, thus keeping the costs down. Sounds good, in theory. But in practice..The men, a young model-type wannabe from somewhere in the Middle East, and his assistant, an even younger and much shorter high-school graduate from Egypt, packed out stuff and loaded it onto the truck. The process took six hours. (We had most of the little stuff in boxes and ready to go. The bigger stuff, like the furniture, had to be wrapped up.)Every two hours, we were told that the price would increases, but only slightly. You are good people and gave us lunch and water. We had ordered pizzas earlier and ordered one for them, and paid for it. Boy would we pay for it!They told us that the packing materials (cardboard cushions, boxes, and bubble-warp) would be charged to us. We were then told that we had used about $700 worth of stuff. No problem there.When 4 o'clock rolled around, the movers were done. To our surprise the price had grown from $2,200, plus the $700 in materials, to $6,000. How? We still don't know. When we threatened to cancel their services by demanding they take everything off their truck, they called their office and asked about reducing the price. After an hour, we were able to bring it down by $100.00. Then they offered us another way in which to get the price lowered. If we were to follow them to a weigh station and the weight of the truck was less than they had estimated, then we could get a lower rate for the move. The key word here is could. They threatened us by saying that if the weight was more, we would be charged the extra cost. We took Mr Middle Eastern Model at his word (mistake) and agreed to pay the cost. We also took them at there word when they, the office and the movers, said that they would be in Studio City in about a four days, a week at the most.What could we do? Everything was on the truck and locked up. We reluctantly said o.k. and left. They followed us west and the last time we saw them, they were turning off into a truck stop just outside of Columbus.Well, we finally arrived in Studio City, California, got the apartment, and settled in without our stuff, and waited. And waitied. And waited.We called the office and was told, get this, that they did not know where the truck was, exactly. Now folks, from Columbus, Ohio to California is pratically a straight shot on the same highway! We knew that they had other deliveries, but what we didn't know was that they were in New Jersey!White Glove Movers, Inc. out of New Jersey, kept our stuff for a full twenty-one days! They hid behind their statements of the fourteen business days as listed on the contract. They hid behind some crooked owner intent on doing nothing for us but keep our stuff. They lied, everytime we called. One time, we called and were told that the own was in a meeting. So what? Get him! we demanded. Nothing happened.When the stuff finally got to us, another Middle Eastern Model Wannabe and some frog-looking munchkin finally gave us our stuff, broken and otherwise. They tried to get us to sign papers saying that they delivered out stuff in a timely manner and that nothing was broken, and that we would not be filing a claim. We refused and a small argument, resulting in a call to their main office, in New Jersey. The man at White Glove Movers told us to mark out the statement about not signing for a claim, circle the word am, and sign it as we would be filing a claim.When we told this to the movers, Munchkin Man went into an outrage, screaming and cussing us out, resulting in our kicking him and the other guy out. They left. Fifteen mintues later, the taller guy came back, apologized (like that was going to help!), and obtained out signatures. We followed him outside and down to the truck where Munckin Man was complaining in tongues we hever heard before. I took photos of the truck, and never heard from them again, until we got a statement that we were getting an additional $250.00 off the bill. One item damaged was a glass chess set, costing $300.00, let alone the rips in the counch, broken chairs and scratches on everything.With Sincere Disrespect for White Glove Moving Company in New Jersey.Mack Studio City, CaliforniaU.S.A.Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}

Rip-off! Jersey City New JerseyThis is a complaint against White Glove Moving & Storage. 930 Newark Ave 5th Floor Jersey City, NJ 07306 (201) 222-8300On Feb. 29, 2004 I had spoke with a representative of White Glove about using their company. I needed a company that would pack and move for me. I was in a car wreck and was unable to do it myself. After searching several websites on moving companies, theirs was the lowest quote.I spoke with Allen Vega and told him what needed to be packed and how much I had. I did a walk thru of my 400 sq ft. studio apartment and named off each item and gave him a guessing amount on dishes, clothes, books and other misc. items. He said I would be under the 1500 lbs, he even said by a couple hundred pounds. I had some plastic tubs that I had used when I moved to VA so I packed as much as I could in those.I did sign a contract with Allen/White Glove and my fault, didn't read the fine print. Allen told me I was to pay $200.00 by phone and then an additional $200.00 when the movers arrive at my apartment. The remaining balance of $425.00 was to be paid when they drop off my belongings to the new residence in KY. Allen Vega told me the only additional expense would be for the boxes. Well here comes the surprise!When the mover (Eli) arrived at my apartment on 2/19/2004 he didn't even know that there was packing involved with this job, He was upset and told me I would be better off using U-Haul and doing the job myself. I told him I couldn't that I had a flight out the next day. He said that this job was going to be a lot more than the $825.00 I was quoted.I called the office to talk to someone about the additional expenses the mover was telling me about. The manager told me he wanted this to be a pleasant moving experience and that they would not charge me the packing charge. The packing charge is when they pack a box that cost you $15.00, you pay an additional $15.00 for the mover to pack it. This one box of items is now costing you $30.00.I had my hands tied at this point. I had a flight going out the next day and couldn't do this move alone. So I proceeded with the move. During this time, Eli talked to his boss Isaac Cohen and came back and told me Isaac laughed at the idea of me getting a discount. With all said, I still had to go on. Elis help wasn't on time, so I helped him pack my clothes. He taped the boxes and I packed them, thinking this would save time.The help finally arrives an hour late. This help of his is a man in his 60's. Eli decides that he will pack everything and have his help load the truck. As I waited and watched, Eli makes jokes at the expense this move is going to cost me. Kept saying cha-ching when he used tape. 33 rolls total was used on my move. I also asked why he was using USED boxes. The price they are charging me per box is for NEW ones. With Eli and his help they were there until 12:00am. I question how long it took. There was periods they both went to the truck and didn't come back up to the apartment for 40 minutes. Regardless the job was finally packed.Allen Vega told me that I would get an email or phone call to let me know when it should arrive. On Monday Feb. 23,2003 I called the office to find out when I was to receive my belongings. This is the schedule of calls it took to actually get an answer9:00am -Talked with Alan Vega, he told me to call 1-888 609-6333. Which I spoke with Isaac Cohen. Isaac Cohen said he would call me back at 9:30am. 11:30am Called Isaac- he told me to call 1-800-256-0139 and talk to Nick. Called and Rick said he would give Nick the message I called.11:45am- I called again and was told my call would be returned.1:15pm- I called again and once again I was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes.2:15pm- I called and talked to Nick, which Nick tells me that Isaac Cohen will be calling me back in a few minutes.2:31pm- I called and left a message with the owner Danny Akrish at 201-222-8300 ext. 3333:15pm- I called and got put on hold. No one ever came back to the phone so I hung up.3:19pm-Isaac FINALLY called me and gave me the quote of 3,640.00 .I was so stunned I hung up on him.On the next day, Feb 24,2003 I called to speak to someone to let them know what I went through. I figured I didn't do my homework on the company and got scammed now I just want my belongings. The first person I got in contact with was Karen. She put me through to Stephanie. I was told that was the general manager. I am assuming it is the owner's wife. While on the phone with her, I was trying to let her know of what happened and she kept interrupting me. I asked her several times to let me talk and she got louder and said they have done nothing wrong. I never said they did, I was just trying to tell her what I went through.Seeing as I was getting nowhere with this company, I wanted to find out when my belongings would get to KY. She said she would call me back. A few hours later I do get a call from her. She stated that I would get a 20% discount on the service for packing, which I was originally told that it wasn't going be charged at all.When I asked Stephanie to fax me the final bill, she sends over all the forms I already have with a bill that does not show the 20% discount. I send a fax back requesting a bill with the new total. She has Karen call and tell me on the phone what it would be. So I in turn send another fax with the new total and ask her to sign n return to me. A few hours later, I finally get the fax. I still never got a phone call when the movers were to arrive.On Tues. March 4, 2004 the movers arrive to unload my belongings. On his bill it still shows the full amount without the 20% discount. I showed him my copy of the fax, he called the office and verified. While I'm checking off items there are two boxes without stickers that I questioned. I haven't been able to go through my packages so if there is breakage I do not know of it as of yet. The boxes are banged up and some torn. On the items that were covered with the $6.00 rental blankets there was some chips in the wood. Then to top off the great moving experience, the movers threw their trash in the front yard of where my belongings came too.The problem I have with this company is that I feel its false advertising. I checked with a local mover in KY and told him what I had told Allen Vega in the beginning as what I have that needs to be moved and he said he would have quoted me at least 3,000 lbs, unlike the less than 1500 lbs Allen gave me. This is a lesson learned.Pamela Hopkinsville, KentuckyU.S.A.Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}

Read about Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program,..A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business..===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED =====================White Glove Moving & Storage mistreated and ripped off Brooklyn New YorkI don't usually complain unless I am very dissatisfied, but I feel I must warn others about White Glove Moving and Storage so that they may learn from my mistakes.I contracted White Glove to move the belongings of my one bedroom apartment from Houston, Texas to Miami, Florida. I received several quotes on-line (big mistake) and decided to use White Glove, as their price was in the middle of the road, and the customer service rep was very nice. Most importantly, the rep assured me that my things would arrive in Miami within six days of the pick-up in Houston. These are not great reasons for choosing a mover, I agree, but there you have it.After charging me $640 for packing materials (I had already packed nearly everything myself), they proceeded to take two weeks to deliver my things. Originally, they told me it would be six days at the most. When I received my belongings, at 8pm on a Friday night, I noticed that all of my glasses were broken, as well as my steel grill. You really have to work to break a steel grill! Luckily, none of my things were missing, but I did receive several things that were NOT mine, so somebody out there is missing a Christmas tree and some dishes. When I handed these things to the movers, they seemed to have no clue as to whom they belonged to!Also, the two drivers who showed up were about 4 feet tall (nothing against short people) and my boyfriend had to do half the lifting. The drivers were nice, but somewhat ineffective. When I tipped them, they seemed disappointed with what I had given them. What I should have done is used the money to tip my boyfriend, as he did half the work!It gets better. My boyfriend had contracted White Glove as well to move his things from California. It took them THREE weeks to get his things to Miami from Los Angeles. No wonder, his furniture sat in a warehouse for the first two weeks. They also managed to overcharge him by about $800, claiming that his things weighed more than anticipated. I doubt it, as he only had four pieces of furniture and two boxes.Amazingly, its not the price hike that we were most upset about. It was the total lack of customer care and the outright lies that angered us the most. The employees we spoke to seemed to delight in our plight, and did nothing to improve the situation. Also, the fact that the delivery date was repeatedly pushed back (for both of us) was unacceptable.In short, I wouldn't advise anyone to use a mover that they find on the internet, unless they come highly recommended. Also, don't assume, as we did, that you will get better service just because their quote is a little higher than the others.Alice Houston, TexasU.S.A.Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}

White Glove Moving and Storage Las Vegas Nevada Impersonating and fraudulently using the White Glove Moving name-Las Vegas white glove owner Erez Mizrahi AKA Eric scamming customers and fraudulently using the national white glove name Failed to Abide by Their Guaranteed and Binding Contract Las Vegas, Nevada *EDitors NOTE: this company is using the good name of the National White Glove Moving of New Jersey which has been reviewed, verified and endorsed by the Ripoff report and one of the finest moving companys in the United States this moving company reported here has nothing to do with the real White glove Moving company on the east coast!
On 07/06/2012 I signed into a Guarantted and binding contract rate with White Glove moving for a move from California to Arizona. My sales person was Jack. The contract stated specifically that on Monday 08/06/2012 at 8am I would be scheduled for a move from California to Arizona. The 1st available delivery would be from 08/07/2012 - 08/09/2012. The move included just to name a few of the items included in the rate No charge for: tolls, mileage and or taxes. Proper placement of each piece of furniture, appliances, box or items in your desired location at the premises of the delivery address at no additional cost, basic disassembly and reassembly of furniture.   On 08/06 at 9am. No movers. After several calls and being told that they would not be there on 08/06 as promised because they had no truck;even though my move was confirmed, I spoke with the manager Tom. Who told me this was the nature of the business and I if I was not happy they would refund the money to me and I could find another mover. I was told by Tom the so called manager that I would receive a discount and they would be there on 08/07 by 11:00am- Guarantted. 08/07 at 11:00am still no movers. I called back several times on 08/07 and was informed by Jessica that Tom was not in the office but would be in shortly. After about the third call to Jessica. I was then given the name and phone number of the driver Guy. Guy shows up at 3:00pm. As soon as he see's me he says ok Kristen, before we get down to business lets talk about money. I said money.. what money? I have a contract. He said no that is your contract with them. But, I also have a fee. He then attempted to tell me he charged for mileage on his own in addition to the contract I signed. I had to pull out my contract to show him I would not be charged for mileage. I knew this had to be a scam because he then asked me how much could I pay him.. can I give him something like $125.00, or $200.00?  I said I could not give him anything because it is not in my contract to pay for mileage. Guy then told me if I was not going to be in Arizona by Wednesday by 7:00am and if he had to wait for me he would just drop my stuff off in my garage because he had another job to do. In addition, I found out after they left that they broken the legs off my couch and my entertainment center. Instead of disassembling llike their contract says they BROKE the legs off. never did they tell me this is what they did.  08/08 I am in Arizona at 6:45am. Guy shows up at 9:00am. I had to beg them to put my furniture where it needed to go. All they did was place it in the room. I had to move it where it needed to go. They refused to place my boxes where I needed them to be. There reasoning was-my furniture was too heavy, and if I wanted full service then I could pay them for the mileage. So, they dropped off all my boxes in my garage. Guy repeately harrassed me about the mileage fee. However, I signed a contract that included this service which they never abided to their binding contract, to this and other parts of their contract

White Glove Movers ripoff - Classic Bait and Switch Swindle deceptive company should be put out of business -FAST. Jersey City New Jersey
We hired White Glove movers to move us from NJ to Florida. A sales person came to our home and gave us an estimate. We had also gotten estimates from several other moving companies. White Glove's estimate seemed reasonable compared with all the others we received. The cost for packing supplies was estimated, but were comparable to the other estimates. On our moving day, 3 movers showed up with 2 very old moving vans that would never make it to Florida. I asked the forman about it and he said these were the temporary trucks. The truck they were going to use to move us wasn't back from its prior run. They said our stuff would be unloaded at their site and loaded on the other truck that would actually take it to Florida. They proceeded to wrap, wrap, wrap all our furniture - to excess. They went through at least 24 rolls of masking tape. They taped over every box that we had already packed and taped very well ourselves. They took many of our boxes and put them inside their own boxes and charged us for additional packing material that was NOT NECESSARY. After all our stuff was loaded on their truck, the forman tells us that the sales person underestimated the cost of the packing supplies and it would be a little higher. Then he informed us that we needed to pay them an extra $700 and go with a flat rate rather than the actual weight of our furniture. In addition to that, he told his that we HAD to tip his workers a minimum of $100 each. We had no choice but to pay them if we ever wanted to see our furniture again. They arrived at our new home in Florida a day later than expected and demanded the balance be paid in full before they would unload the truck. Then they unloaded the furniture and boxes and just dumped everything in one room. Didn't matter if we told them to put a box in the kitchen or bedroom, they just brought the stuff in the front door and left it there. This company is a RIPOFF and should be put out of business - FAST. Chris East Brunswick, New JerseyU.S.A.

By working closely with the company or individual, Rip-off Report can track the footprints left behind when their promised level of customer service is actually followed by the solid ground of real behavior. Only then do we publish our findings.ALL COMPANIES GET COMPLAINTS, BUT HOW THE COMPANY HANDLES THOSE COMPLAINTS, SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM BAD BUSINESSES.Rip-off Report review on White Glove Moving & Storage:By Ed Magedson - Founder, Rip-off ReportWhite Glove Moving & Storage approached Rip-Off Report with the express purpose of resolving consumer concerns posted on Rip-off Report. After a recent mailing to everyone who filed a Rip-off Report, it became apparent that White Glove Moving is sincere in their commitment to remedy any and all customer concerns. Company executives Mark Johnson and Onsite Division Manager Arthur stated to Rip-off Report that White glove Moving & Storage has now dedicated a portion of their customer vision team to work exclusively on outstanding customer vision and service. These changes were implemented as a direct result of feedback they received from Rip-off Report.As a sign of their commitment, White Glove Moving & Storage http://whiteglovemovingcompany.us/index.html recently had every employee sign a Commitment to Excellence and customer vision contract. This document, between White Glove Moving and its employees, was designed to reiterate the fact that customer service is their primary concern. This contract states Without our clients White Glove Moving & Storage does not exist, therefore our clients are our #1 priority and I as an employee will go above and beyond our client's expectation in the pursuit of customer vision and excellence in every aspect of the business. An executive certified to Rip-off Report that every employee signed this contract from the CEO down to part time employees.WHITE GLOVE MOVING & STORAGE CONTINUES TO CLARIFY WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR CLIENTSRip-off Report investigation concluded and revealed some very interesting facts. Importantly we first discovered that over a 6 year period, White Glove Moving & Storage http://www.whiteglovemovingcompany.us/new-york-city-white-glove-moving-company conducted some 18,000.00 (Eighteen thousand moves). of those 18,000.00 moves over a 6 year period White Glove Moving suffered 10 complaints.Our investigation found that 2 complaints were launched by competitors that were very jealous of White Glove's success and were only concerned about losing business to them. Rip-off Report learned that of the 10 complaints filed over a 6 year period that only 6 were real customers, several never responded to our requests to contact us back so White Glove Moving could make things right with them. Sending out an email to anyone that complained on Rip-off Report is the very first step before a business can become part of Rip-off Report's Corporate Advocacy Program.. .This amount of complaints is an outstanding ratio only able to be sustained by a moving company that takes great pride in their employees and clients alike. Rip off report confirms our assessment that you can feel safe, confident and secure when you hire White glove Moving & Storage http://www.whiteglovemovingcompany.us/white-glove-moving-vero-beach for all of your moving needs.SPECIAL DISCOUNT: 1.800.667.6683 White Glove Moving is offering any new clients who mention the EDitor and the Rip off report will immediately receive a 2% discount on their moving and packing services Mark@whiteglovemoving.usANY BUSINESS THAT CAN ADMIT THEY MADE MISTAKES AND CORRECTS THOSE MISTAKES IS A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST AND WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH Because of our investigation and the sincere efforts put forth by White glove Moving & Storage, Rip-off Report is proud to give White Glove Moving & Storage positive rating. All in all, the company implemented strategic changes to its Customer Service Department and reached its goal of achieving total customer satisfaction through excellent service. This was made possible by a totally honest approach to corporate introspection and customer vision.WHITE GLOVE MOVING & STORAGE CONTINUES TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND BY IMPLEMENTING QUALITY CUSTOMER VISION PROGRAMS IN AN INDUSTRY THAT IS FRAUGHT WITH SCAMMERS AND BROKERS WITH FANCY NAMES. Rip-off Report understands how bad the moving industry is because the majority of companies today are simply moving brokers with no trucks or employees. They piggy back large companies' name brands and try to come up with a similar sounding name to confuse the consumer. Often these companies change names every few months in order to avoid authorities and racking up complaints on Rip-off Report. Many of these moving companies will usually be very low priced quotes in cubic feet or cubic feet and pounds or volume. It is illegal to quote an interstate move in cubic feet because there are no checks and balance system, thus you are at the mercy of the truck driver and how they pack the truck. Stay safe only accept quotes that are clearly stated in pounds and get a copy of the regulated weight certificate. (see the end of this Report, more on Moving Tips you need to know before you ever make any move.) White glove Moving & Storage is one of the only companies within the United States that transports your household goods on their units.. The majority of companies today sub contract your move to another company, which means that on the day of the move another company will show up with a new contract and new pricing. The original quote you thought was great will have nothing to do with the new company. The Rip off report investigation also revealed another little secret used by major Van Lines. It is this; the people that you deal with are agents that pay franchise fees. Your move is then subcontracted to an independent hauler and/or different agent than who you contracted with. You would not be dealing with the original agent who you signed with. If there is a problem your original agent is not accountable and you will be dealing with the independent truck driver for any problems or a destination agent for the delivery. This kind of situation should be avoided at all costs. The Rip off report investigation also revealed some other really interesting facts about White glove Moving which confirms our assessment and positive rating... According to some very proud employees, White Glove Moving & Storage has moved 2 former United States Vice Presidents, 9 Senators and congressmen, A Presidential family member, some of the most famous celebrities in the world, a large contingent of National Football League players and their families, Major league baseball players and their families, some of the wealthiest people in the United States, Embassy's and dignitaries, and some very high end paintings and antiques. According to Mark Johnson who handles the VIP accounts directly, all of the aforementioned or their aides contacted White Glove Moving directly based on our reputation and serviceRip off report concludes that the aforementioned is very impressive, but what about the everyday regular folks and families that need great service that is a great question responded White Glove Moving & Storage Executive Vice President of National operations Shawn Luevin It is true that White Glove Moving receives many requests to move high ranking people, however the overwhelming majority, in fact 99% of our clients are great people and families that just wanted a great move at a fair price and that is what we are most proud of. Rip off report concludes once again that consumers can feel safe, confident and secure in scheduling there move be it long distance or local with White Glove Moving...When the Rip off report started this investigation several months ago we quite frankly did not know what to expect. They request 20 or 25% deposit immediately when you wish to reserve (this is their commission, on the day of the move a new company would show up with new contract in hand and new pricing) Never pay in advance, only on the day of the move 50% and the balance upon delivery.2. They quote in cubic feet and pounds at the same time (it is illegal to quote in cubic feet, on the day of the move, the moving company that shows up will choose to use cubic feet thus allowing them to increase your price by spreading out your household goods in the truck)3. They give a too good to be true price, this great price is only good until the day of the move at which time the new company will have a new contract ( Once you hand over your 20 or 25% deposit, their job with you is complete, what happens afterwards is the company who shows up's problem)Essential Moving Tips:1.) Reputable Moving Companies - Versus - Moving brokers?Moving brokers are those that act as a middle man between customers and moving companies. They often front companies with bad records and many complaints that cannot solicit their services any more. Simply, brokers have a few trucks if any and they will usually quote a low price in order to suck you in.2.) Check all moving companies only at government operated web sites:Two easy steps to check a company: 1. Click the following link: www.safersys.org go to FMCSA Searches under Company Snapshot.2. Enter the Legal name, USDOT#, or MC# of a moving company and press 'Search'.The information you are most interested is the Number of 'power units' (trucks) and the number of drivers. A simple way to identify moving brokers! Typically they have one or two 'power units' (trucks) and few if any drivers. Also check to see whether they have any interstate mileage (MCS150)(a tell tale sign).3.) What are the official recommendations regarding charging a move?According to the American Motor Safety Association, (AMSA) of which we are long standing members, the only price a Long distance move is by weight. Local Moves on the other hand are charged by the time that it takes.Charging by cubic feet is illegal, and companies using this procedure are being investigated. Volume estimates are subjective. Some companies, typically moving brokers, will charge based on the volume of your goods and the driver will load the truck in order to maximize your volume (This is a scam Don't get caught!)According to FMCSA regulations For Long Distance Moves, our truck will be weighed twice (prior to and after loading) at a certified weigh station and you will receive a copy of both certificates. You will be charged according to the Actual Weight at an all inclusive flat per pound price. This is the only legal way to move interstate4.) What are hidden charges?Mileage, fuel, tolls, taxes, tools, flights of stairs, elevators, long walks, disassembly & reassembly of items, storage in transit, Shuttle services, a Setup of your new home, insurance. Those are just a few of the hidden charges not included in some estimates. Many estimates have a line that says additional services would apply additional charges this allows those companies to over charge you for necessary services on the day of your move or even worse, on the day of the delivery.Many companies also base their estimates on discounted tariff rates and offer major discounts (50% -65%). They fail to inform the customers that there are many reasons to cancel discounts. For example if on the move day you have a few more items or a different weight than the weight you were quoted the rate can suddenly double or even triple! The information on the extra charges is typically provided to the customers just before delivering. Be Careful!Because of our investigation, ..Rip off report is proud at this time to have White Glove Moving & Storage as the only Rip-off Report certified and verified moving company in the United States due to their past achievements, commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to understand that if something isn't right White Glove Moving is going to make it right.The Rip off report always likes to help the consumer save money. White Glove Moving & Storage Inc LasVegas Misrepresentation; Non-execution of services; non-communication of explanation. NOTICE: This Las Vegas moving company ripped off the name from a good company located on the east coast that has nothing to do with this moving company. Las Vegas, Nevada
There is a company with the same name located in the New your area, they are a good company and have nothing to do with this company in Las Vegas Nevada. After selling me to select their service over other carriers, providing credit card authorization for deposit and signing agreement, White Glove dispatcher did not call within 48 hours to provide a pick-up time window as promised; did not show at all  for the pick-up; did not call-me to explain, nor answer my questions when i called and would not return my calls. The background: I had several calls with Jack Tulane of White Glove whom explained their cost estimate  and how their transportation services worked to have furniture transported from Dallas to Nevada. He also claimed to have spoken to his dispatcher so he could give me a guaranteed June 2, 2012 delivery date so that i could book an airline reservation to Reno to meet the furniture at the delivery.  He said they would bring my furniture from Dallas to Las Vegas, and then they had trucks going from Las Vegas to Reno so could give me an exact date for delivery. He then provided me a pick-up date of May 23, 2012  and said that i would receive a call 48 hours in advance to alert me to a time that they would arrive to load the furniture. I then submitted the credit card charge authorization form for a deposit payment.  I also purchased a non-refundable RT airline ticket to meet the truck in Nevada. On Friday, May 18, i called to confirm my pick-up date and request an early morning time. I spoke to a woman that said they were closed but that calls were  forwarded to her and she would make note of my request and reconfirmed that i would get a call prior to the pickup. The day before the pick-up date i called several times to say i had not heard from them about a time that the truck would be coming to my home to pick-up the furniture. I was told they would look into it and call me back which they did not.  I called agian and explained the situation and  was told the manager was coming back to the office and was going to look into it and call me back. He did not. I called again, and Tom answered  and told me they could not contact the driver.  i called again, they were closed and left a message with their voicemal. The morning of the pickup i called and again got voicemail.  i finally reached Tom at 8 am and he told me that the truck had broken down and could not reach the driver. I continued to call and when Jack Tulane, my salesman answered, i told him the situation. He assured me i give you my honor that he would find out what was going on and call me back. He did not. I called again and was told someone would get back to me. I called again, and  Jack Tulane answered. I said Jack, it is Mark Dunbar!  He responds, How may i help you? i said, are you kidding, what the hell is going on?  He said someone would get back to me. No one did. The following morning i called  and spoke to  Tom again (who has told me he is the manager and dispatcher),. I explain to him that i was guaraneed a delivery date so that i could buy an airline ticket to meet the delivery. He said the truck had broken an axle and had no idea where it was. I said , are you saying you are a broker because if these are your trucks, how do you not have contact with your driver? He said that they were their trucks.  He had no solution , he simply said i could cancel.  I asked if there was another truck in the area that could pick-up to possibly still deliver by June 2nd. He said he would make calls and get back to me. I never heard from him.  I called back several hours later. I was told that Tom was on the phone and that he would get back to me.  That is the status!

White Glove Cleaners Wisconsin Professional Cleaners Majorly Screwed Over Employee West Bend, Wisconsin
I worked for Tim Ebert back in 1999-2000 when he ran his business out of a small commercial building in West Bend on Hwy D, I actually lived in the commercial building, with another employee.  He had an office on Capital Drive in Milwaukee also at the same time.  Things were great. Young, Tim promised us the world as long as we worked hard for him...  Long story short, worked for him for about 6 months.  Paid me about $300.00 - he owes me thousands. Confronted him several times at his house when he lived on Big Cedar Lake by West Bend, never would come out. Big sissy.  I am older now, I will never forget how bad he screwed me. He was such a scammer, terrible on the elderly. Duct cleaning, ha! He hired a crack head to do this.  Guy would go in the basement, bang on the ducts with a screw driver for 15 minutes and charge $1500.00.  I could not believe my eyes... Hated myself for staying that long, and continuing to believe his promises. CCAP him... Timothy M. Ebert DOB: 2-19-1968.  I really hope one day I run into his short little coward ass!

Salesman John Bielaga said owner wants cash because he is getting a divorace. Said we have to have the the services(carpet and air ducts) done within one week or special price is void. We schedule service to be done on Tuesday 9/19. We get the service techs here on tuesday but they can only do air ducts because their carpet equiptment is broken!! We had to pay balance now, minus $50.00 they say that is the cost of 3 rugs to be cleanned. They can't do rugs without equiptment. And I still have to find someone for the rug cleanning. White Glove Experience T2 Tech Inc. Unscrupulous, does not do what he is paid to do, does not keep his word Internet
The week of December 12, 2012 Vincent Tizio and his wife, Colleen, showed up at my mom and dad's house to take down a small glass half-wall in the shower area. My mom was surprised when Vincent showed up with his wife and not another worker as she thought she contacted a big company, White Glove Experience was the name it went by. They took the small piece of glass down, after shattering it all over the floor, but they did clean it up. My mom asked them to replace a couple of tiles that needed replaced where the glass had been attached to the half-wall. He glued the tiles on crooked, and they were so obviously done incorrectly that you would have thought a blind man did the job. My husband had to go over and re-do the job that this person was paid to do. Before he left, Vincent pried a tile off the shower wall, said he needed to take it to match it so he could come back and finish the job. Because my parents are elderly, they trusted him and paid him $700 cash for this 10-15 minute job. It is now April 2013 and Vincent has never come back, lied and said he would be back. Finally when my husband called him from a different phone number, Vincent answered his phone, not knowing who it was and swore he'd come back and finish the job--however, he said he wanted MORE money to put in the 2 tiles he should have originally put in! What a rip-off and a big liar! This is even worse--the entire time that Vincent and his wife were at my mom's house they were telling my parents all kinds of lies--for example, Vincent and his wife kept telling my parents that they thought they were so nice that they would like to be friends with them and come over for dinner, they would love it if my mom would conduct a Bible study with them, what a coincidence that they both liked the same hobbies, etc., etc.-- on and on these disgusting lies were told to my nave parents who trusted them. They really took advantage of the elderly and shame on them for acting this way--beware if you hire this person!

White Glove Maids . Their Name Should be Dusty Gloves! Jupiter, Florida
This business provides atrocious service. They cleaned our house and we were not satisfied with the quality of their work. We asked the owner to come to our house and see the poor job that was done. She never showed. After a few days of phone tag we asked for a refund. No response. Several months later we called again, spoke with the owner and she said she would look into it and call us back that day. She never did. We called every day for the rest of the week and she avoided our calls and never called us back. Avoid this business if you want your house cleaned well or want good customer service. This business provides neither.

Tristate Cleaners ,Tristate Duct Cleaners ,White Glove Cleaners Dislodged washing machine hose; Did not clean furnace; Charged tax Gurnee Illinois
Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale. Major points: They disloged our washing machine hose (while cleaning dryer duct) and so we flooded our laundry room next time we did laundry; they charged $50 extra to clean furnace and did not do so. I had a home inspector look to see if they did, and they definitely did not. Weird points: He went into a corner of my kitchen and found the check I had written to them (was clearly snooping), along with the receipt for my deposit and took the liberty of writing on my receipt and moving my check even before I told him I wrote a check; they asked for $29.75 in tax after I had written my final check. What service company asks for tax AFTER they've quoted a total price? Jen Lincolnshire, IllinoisU.S.A.

White Glove Relocation Tracie Terman White Glove Relocation is hands down the most terrible, unprofessional and incompetent companies on the planet Napierville Illinois
I have never been so compelled to write a report in all of my life.  In fact this is the very first one and I will continue to post about White Glove Relocation as I do not wish anyone else to go through this experience, nor do I wish this company to stay in business.  I know that is terrible to say, but they should not be obtaining future clients! I will try to make it short and to the point, but first flag was my quote of 2000K went up to 3100K upon the movers arriving to pick up my stuff.  Let me add I was scheduled to have my belongings picked up from 1-3, they showed up at 7 that evening and stayed until 11.  This was for a move of a 600 sq foot apartment, so as to put that into perspective for you.  Neighbors actually called the office for me, after I had moved out to my new place of residence to tell them that they saw the movers drop several pieces of furnature.  They also smoked inside of my building and were completely unprofessional.  This is just the beginning. I made it very clear the earliest date I could move in and provided them with that as I was moving out of the state, so had to stay in IL until I could actually move into my new apartment.  Low and behold, they showed up a day early and I had to book a flight out last min which was extremely costly and unexpected.  Once I arrived, the two men, began unloading my belongings.  The one man stayed in the truck the whole tiime while the other 20 year old who was strung out on something did the rest.  At one point about 3 hours in (again not moving that much stuff) my two friends went outside as they seemed to dissapear.  They were just out sitting in the truck doing nothing.  I actually ended up helping them move because it was getting late, and I was exhausted and was not sure why they were just not doing their job. My dresser was destroyed, so I decided to file a claim.  Insert Tracie Terman of White Glove and wow here is where absolutely nothing was accomplished.  Once they had the 3000 bucks from me, all correspondence went out the door.  According to the documents I signed they owe me money for the damage.  I waited the 90 days that they have to respond, and after emailing a dozen times to Tracie and getting no response I pulled in my Lawyer.  They again did not even respond to that.  I now am taking the matter up with the DOT as it is not a matter of the money anymore, but the sheer lack of respect and pricipal of this entire matter.  Please do NOT use this company, I wish I had read some of the reviews before selecting them.  Be warmed in the beginning they will seem like the best moving company ever, and once they have your signature all customer service is out the window.  I hope this helps someone out there.  Do your research and read people's reviews! Good luck!

Read about Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program,..A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business..===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED =====================White Glove Moving And Storage Bait and Switch deceptive moving company Jersey City New JerseyWe engaged White Glove Moving and Storage to pack and move our household goods into storage (we had rented our own self-store units). An estimator named Ben Brand gave us an estimate of $1985 and assured us that the goods could be both packed and moved into storage in one day. He included a cost of $785 for materials but wrote under Special Instructions on the form that *Material are estimated (sic). The materials estimate of $785 was similar to other bids we received so we expected there might be a slight variation but nothing dramatic.On January 29, 2003, White Glove's five movers and two trucks appeared as planned. They started to wrap everything, including large pieces of furniture, with reams of paper and lots of tape. When we asked why this had to be done, they told us it was a requirement to put it in storage. About two hours into the move, the foreman named Rafi told us that 1) they needed to use $1500 more of materials than estimated and 2) that the move could not be accomplished in a single day -- they would need to pack one day and move the next.We negotiated the price down to a total of $3200 and insisted that all work must be done in one day. In order to achieve this, we packed alongside the movers in order to ensure we would finish in a day. I personally packed 15-20 boxes. As it turned out, we were done with the packing by 3:30 pm and all of the goods were moved into storage by 5:15 pm. The movers insisted on receiving their certified checks and cash payment in full prior to unloading our goods into storage.I am writing to let you know about the practices of White Glove Moving and Storage, which stretch the bounds of ethical behavior. They engage in bait and switch tactics of lowball bidding and then changing the conditions and raising prices at a point at which the customer has little choice but to go along.Mimi Sayreville, New JerseyU.S.A.setTimeout( 'openPopWin();', 1000);function openPopWin(){window.open('/reports/ripoff340532.htm');}Click here to read other Rip Off Report list of other Moving CompaniesClick here to read other Rip Off Reports on National Moving Network and other various transport companies ripping off the consumer

Appliances Connection Failed to honor white glove delivery and removal of old appliance Internet
Appliances Connection failed to honor white glove delivery and removal of old appliance. They were offering a $25.00 unpack and bring appliance to kitchen offer. They also had a special price on removal of old appliance for $29.99. When the driver delivered the refrigerator he mentioned he would have to leave the boxed appliance on my front porch and no removal of old appliance. I called customer service and they offered to try and locate someone to perform services paid for, how long would that take? I declined. I asked that the fees paid for services not provided be refunded to me. The refund was processed quickly. I then asked for additional compensation for having to remove packing, move the appliance into my home and removing the old appliance, they apologized and declined. The reduced fees for delivery and removal were one of the reasons I chose to purchase from them. I now think this is a scam, they entice with low priced services with no intention of following through. Fortunately no issues with the appliance itself as sounds like others are having a difficult time with returns.

DiningRoomsOutlet.com, BedroomFurnitureDiscounts.com, DiningRoomsOutlet.com DiscountLivingRooms.com ,TVStandsOutlet.com EmmaMason.com, White Glove Service Ripoff New York New York
DO NOT BUY furniture from DiningRoomsOutlet.com, BedroomFurnitureDiscounts.com, DiscountLivingRooms.com, TVStandsOutlet.com or EmmaMason.com.  On December 11, 2017 we purchased a large and expensive dining room set, and our credit card was charged the 20th.  On December 25 we were notified the furniture had arrived at the warehouse, A&O Home Delivery, and were told repeatedly it would be scheduled for delivery on a “convenient day and time.”   We were also told repeatedly that “The delivery company will open every box ensure everything is in perfect condition.”  There were some delays due to weather which was unavoidable.  So far so good. On January 19 we received an email indicating the furniture would be delivered on January 29 between 7 am and 9 am.  When I called to say we were not going to be home that day, we were abruptly informed that we would have to wait another MONTH if that date was unacceptable.  To avoid further delay we changed our schedule since they refused to offer an alternative time.  On January 28, a Sunday, we received a call asking if the furniture could be delivered that afternoon.  Fortunately, we were home and much more accommodating that the delivery company.  However, much to our dismay and ensuing frustration, the furniture was still in its original packing! They did not “open every box to ensure everything is in perfect condition.”  Of course, 2 chairs were unacceptable and had to be returned! On February 22 we received another email from A&O saying the furniture will be delivered on SUNDAY March 4 between 12 am and 4 pm.  While it was a Sunday we were going to be home.  However, we were returning from a trip and were not going to be back until after 2 pm.  I called again to ask if we could move the delivery time back a couple of hours.  NO!! Take it or wait another month!!  Two chairs would take 15 minutes to deliver.  We now have to wait another month! Their White glove service is a total FRAUD!  Had they “open every box to ensure everything is in perfect condition”, I would not be complaining.  But they lied and did so repeatedly.  Avoid them like the plague!
