Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains wild west domains is a sister company of godaddy. they cheat off eachother Internet
I recently used godaddy to backorder a domain name that was about to be available. A couple weeks after i paid $18.99 for this service i recieved a email saying that another company wild west domains had recieved right to the domain. Wild West domains is a company afilliated with godaddy. Im sure these sneaky b******s are doing this leagally but it is definitly a rip off. Nowhere (reasonably visible) on godaddys site did it say i was paying 18.99 to compete for the domain name. It definitly didnt talk about competing directly with godaddy! i have used godaddy for a long time, and ive watched them turn into a very greedy, greedy company. I wont be using them ever again.

Voxdomains.com and Wild West Domains voxdomains, wildwestdomains Voxdomains - Wild West Domains - Scam - Blocked Access To My Account Internet
I have had an account with Voxdomains.com / Wild west domains for 5 years, last month I was no longer able to log in to my account. After calling Voxdomains.com and sending multiple emails, all they could tell me is that I am no longer the account owner and provided no reason why this is the case. Their support are hopeless. They sent so many replies which were unhelpful and just tried sending me around in circles. So I forwarded an email I had from them dating back 5 years to show clearly my account number and information which clearly states that it's my account.... and their reply..... you are no longer the account owner. This account I have around 30 domains which I can no longer access. This is a clear breach of contract between a customer and Voxdomains.com / Wild West Domains and further more, if someone else is in control of my account, this is illegal as I have never given anyone else permission or access to own, edit or access my account. Their support should be concerned with this issue as my account could potentially have been hacked which is a clear security rish not only to myself and my private information but also to their other customers. I am absolutely disappointed in Voxdomains.com / Wild West Domains with their lack of support, understanding and action. I will not be using their services ever again and once I finally get access to my account (which I hope I do as I've got all the information needed to clearly show that I am the account owner) I shall be removing all my domains registered with them. This was their last reply to me when I clearly showed that I am the owner of the account: Thank you for contacting us. You are no longer listed as the account owner, therefore we are not able to give you account access. It took around 10 emails for me to get this answer as they clearly didn't or did not want to, understand the problem that I can't access my account. I've asked for the reason why I am no longer registered as the account owner and still waiting for a reply. Having called their support, I was told there's nothing they can do and have to continue with emailing their customer support. This is a serious issue, not only is it affecting my work but it's putting my private and financial information ast risk. I've regsitered a compalint with Icann and another company, hoping they can provide support. Voxdomains.com and Wild West Domains have shocked me at how unsafe accounts are with them if they can shut you out so easily and not provide any reason for doing so. I've spent some good money with them and purchased a large amount of domains with them - all of which I am no longer able to access. This is crazy, their support is poor to terrible and I'm concerned about the safety of my private information for all I know someone else has taken control of my account and has access to my address, credit card information and more.

Domains Priced Right Wild West Domains Un-Authorized Credit Card Charge / Theft Scottsdale, Arizona
I have been purchasing my domains from Domains Priced Right for many years now. I owned at one time nearly 100 domains with them. There are some domains that are setup to auto-renew and some aren't. Keep in mind I have 5 different credit cards on file with this company, that I have used in the past. Particulary, I am talking about 5 domains. Attached to those 5 domains were an invalid card that had expired. I did not have these five domains set to auto-renew. I was looking at my credit card account this morning and found that they had went into my account, switched credit cards on file that were attached to these domains and used my good card to renew them. I did not give them permission to renew these domains. About 5 days before this, a customer service agent called me to advise these domains were expiring. I advised him, I really wasn't worried if they did expire, but if I got the funds soon enough I would renew them. Well ... they went ahead and took upon themselves to renew them and charge my account. I spoke to a manager shortly after I found the charge. He basically stated he wasn't sure how it happened. Then, while unsure, he stated it was an automated thing. So I am assuming that after trying one credit card and finding that it didn't work, they went through the rest of them, until they got it to go through. I am not sure, but that's what it sounds like. The manager told me he would refund the charge. In the end ... I appreciate the fast response on the refund, but this was completely rediculous. I find that I cannot trust this company with my credit card information and will transfer all my domains to another account. You can make your own choice with choosing them to purchase and hold domains. I won't any longer.

Wild West Domains Automatic billing of credit cards without authorization ripoff Internet *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!
This is a company that I purchased domain names from over 2 years ago. Today I recieved a $199.00 bill on my credit card for domain name renewals that are not active. I did not authorize it. Hugo Miami, FloridaU.S.A. EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form. CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action. And good luck Let us know how you do! Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains Rip Off with Domain Appraisals - very inaccurate Scottsdale, Arizona
I have a top dot com name that I wanted an appraisal on because I had multiple offers over the years in the $5,000 to up to $15,000 range, so I ordered a Certified Appraisal at GoDaddy.com for around $25.  They said a human being would personally review it over the phone and it would take two to three days.About 2 hours later I get an automated computer message, with a link to a page saying my domain was worth $88.What a joke, I have existing offer(s) for over $10,000 and wanted to see if it's worth more, and I get a computer generated worthless garbage of a report. So, I call customer service at GoDaddy and they said under no circumstances do they EVER REFUND MONEY FOR APPRAISALS, even if they are completely inaccurate and I should have read the legalize more accurately. So, in the end it's obvious that paying GoDaddy to perform a certified appraisal of your Domain Name is completely worthless and about as valuable as visiting a fortune teller. If you want to know what your domain is worth DON'T use a domain name appraisal service, just put it up for sale on a repitable Domain Reseller and use escrow.com for the final trasaction.  It's a shame that GoDaddy has to rip people off and steal money.  Now, I have to refute their charge with my credit card company.

Wild West Domains / GoDaddy.com Changes reseller and service agreements without notice to customers, Internet
For 8 years, we have had a Reseller account with GoDaddy.com's sister company Wild West domains. Like GoDaddy, the customer service there had deteriorated tremendously. Today, I called into the support center to inquire about our monthly payment for our reseller program. After a few minutes on hold, I was informed that our ACH payment was in a hold account because it didn't meet ther required minimum for sending us a payment (50.00). I asked what she was talking about, since we always received some sort of revenue, even if its 5 dollars. I was informed that a new agreement was put in place at the end of november affecting december payments and that I had agreed to it. Here is how the email messages break down: -- I have checked numerous communications from Wild West domains and Go Daddy looking for notification from you that ACH deposits on commissions are now being subjected to a $50 minimum requirement and have found NO NOTICE was sent. Please forward a copy of whatever notification you did send so I can forward it to our companys attorney for review. Our corporate accounting must be able to reconcile all funds held in all accounts with our tax id. I feel this is a serious breach of our business agreement by you not disclosing such a policy change without notice before implementing it. I expect your swift reply.-- Our support staff has responded to your request, details of which are described below:Discussion NotesSupport Staff ResponseThank you for contacting us. We made the following updates and notifications available to our resellers prior to initiating this change. Within the Reseller Control Center, https://www.resellercontrolcenter.com/Extranet/Account/Payee.aspxOn the Reseller Roundup Blog, http://blog.resellercontrolcenter.com/2009/11/10/commission-payment-options--an-overview.aspxWithin the Reseller Agreement, http://www.wildwestdomains.com/gdshop/legal_agreements/show_doc.asp?se=%2B&prog%5Fid=wildwestdomains&pageid=RESELLER%5FSAEmail sent on 11/20, content of email is below and it asks that you review the changes.-----------------------Dear (Your Name),We have made some changes to the Reseller Agreement, which are effective immediately. These updates include the following changes to the Payment section of the agreement: 1. We have separated the information for Domestic and International resellers into different sections. 2. We have added two new payment options, PayPal and GoodAsGold, for both Domestic and International plans. 3. Check processing fees for Domestic checks have changed to $25.00. This change applies for checks processed after December 1, 2009. 4. We have changed the payment frequency from quarterly to monthly for International resellers who choose PayPal or GoodAsGold for their payment option. Minimum payment requirements still apply. Please take a moment to review the changes in your Reseller Agreement by clicking the Legal Agreements link when you log into the Reseller Control Center. Regards, ------------------------Let us know if you have any other questions.-- I have reviewed the information you have sent over.  I find it very misleading that information regarding changes to the ACH policy ARE NOT highlighted as changed regarding checks. 1)      I would never have a reason to go to the reseller control panels payment screen unless Im changing the payee information.  So your first point of notification is shady.2)      The Blog also doesnt highlight a change to the ACH payment policy, it only highlights updates to the check policy, which we dont subscribe to so again another shady means to conceal a change.3)      The agreement was changed as you state, however I searched all references to the email you claimed to have sent telling me about that change and I never received it. Im sure if I address this to other resellers, they didnt receive it either. Therefore that is even more shady.Im sending my attorney rights to act as an agent on my behalf and she will be in touch. Dont think I'm arguing just a few dollars here. Im more taken by this ongoing change to the WildWest/GoDaddy direction of proper customer service and if I have to sink money into legally challenging the way you all keep acting, then so be it. If you want to change my mind, then get better with customer service. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains I'VE BEEN SCREWED BY AUTO RENEW ! Scottsdale, Arizona
This is the email I sent to Go Daddy after I was ripped off by their automatic renewal scam.  They automatically renewed 3 domain names 2 years after my initial purchase and caused my bank account to be overdrawn.  Then they wouldn't even refund my money when I told them to cancel my renewal !I am very unhappy with your company and it's sneaky, underhanded practices regarding domain renewals.   On Februrary 27, I was charged $68.10 for 3 domain renewals that I did not want or initiate.  Consequently, 4 checks bounced on my checking account attached to my credit card.  This caused me more than $200 in fees.    When I received the renewal notices you sent, I ignored them, because I assumed that if I did not want to renew these domains, they would not be renewed without my say so.  Little did I know, that due to a default auto renewal option on your website, THAT I HAD NO IDEA EVEN EXISTED, my credit card would be automatically charged 2 whole years later without my real time approval.   I called your company this evening and was informed of this deadly auto renewal setting.  I was also informed that I wouldn't even get my $68.10 back because I didn't inform you within 5 days after you charged me that I didn't want the domains.   I just went back and found the email you sent me on 2/27 so I could see what the hell was going on.  It says that the items have been renewed, but does not say in the email whether I would be billed, or if my credit card would be charged, which would have been nice to know since it had been 2 whole years since the initial order.  In addition, there is no note about a 5 day grace period for cancellation.   So now I am out even more money for something I don't need and don't want.  If you want to keep your company's good name, I would suggest that you make this automatic renewal policy a lot more transparent so that your customers know exactly what they are in for in the years to come.   I am feeling very burned by your company and would appreciate the refund of the $68.10 as a good will gesture.  I would hate to have to share my bad experience with everyone I know in the domain registry field.

Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains Go Daddy .com Godaddy.com Took my domain after typing it in Scottsdale, Arizona
Two weeks ago, I was looking at a domain name. I typed it in and nothing came up except a verizon notice that the page doesn't exist. I checked both google and yahoo and still nothing. I get the bright idea that maybe I check godaddy.com to check and see how much it is. Of course, the website domain is unlisted and it is available for a couple bucks. Whatever... I'll confirm we like the name and then do it later. Well..... NOW the stupid thing (the domain address) has a godaddy.com redirect on it and the website announces that its backordered and maybe we can get it for $18.99 for the year. WTH??? Do not type in your domain to even CHECK godaddy.com availability. They will register it out from under you.

Wild West Domains The Bermuda Triangle, Impossible to find user information, but they WILL charge you! Scottsdale Arizona
I have been repeatedly charged by Wild West Domains for a resale site that I cancelled more than 4 years ago. Each and every year, I don't receive an invoice from Wild West Domains, but a collection agency (Complete Payment Recovery Services, Inc.) that obviously can't tell me what's going on. I have called Wild West Domains, but I cannot get a response due to the fact that they don't know who I am and why I'm calling. When I tell them I'm being charged every year for a website that I cancelled over 4 years ago, I get the usual I'm sorry, if you don't have your log in information, we can't help you. If you can't find my information, then how am I being charged every year? Where do the invoices go BEFORE they get to the collection agency, or does the collection agency just keep that info for another year. hoping that I'll be stupid enough to keep paying for the rest of my life? I JUST WANT CLOSURE to this long, drawn out issue. Tell me what I'm paying for every year. Tell me why I'm getting threatening phone calls and letters from a collection agency. Tell me SOMETHING so I can either USE YOUR PRODUCT or cancel it again, like I did MORE THAN FOUR YEARS AGO. I look forward to any information you can give me.

Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains Godaddy rip off sell hosting but don't tell it expires if not used right away.backup scam policy, Internet
So I had used godaddy for awhile and have 25 domains with them. I recently had another bad expirence with them which will lead to me changing hosts for my own 25 sites and no longer using them for my clients hosting when I design thier sites. I had bought 2 3 month packs of deluxe shared hosting as the rep told me they dont start the time until you activate or attach the hosting to a domain and make it active. It was cheaper to buy more hosting at one time then buy some here and some there. I got an email 3 days ago saying it was time to renew hosting for one of my domains. I sign in and the domain says hosting expire on october 23 2009 which is still a week away but I go ahead and renew the hosting by attaching a 3 month prepaid plan I had sitting in my account. Well come to find out thats only good til october 23 as they activated it the day I bought it after I was told it would start until used. They also took down my page and wiped out all my files and when asked they said yes we keep backup for our customers but we would charge $150 to put the files back on the server for use. ...So they took my money. lied to me, wasted my hosting time, and then were ballsy enough to tell there customer pay the $150 or too bad. A customer for over 5 years 25 personal accounts and over 200 refereed client accounts and now all will be leaving over this greedy tactic... 3 days for renewal time notice they wipe your server files completely so they can charge $150 for 2 minutes of setting them back on.. Avoid godaddy.com as they are real scam artisist. i have let the over charges and domain theft sales go in the past but this is it...Bad company avoid and spread the word on these thieves..

Go Daddy - godaddy.com - Wild West Domains GoDaddy collects for Domain Registration, then uses your order to prompt owner to renew-- KEEPING YOUR MONEY, TOO!! Internet
When I registered my domain name, I purchased all domain tiers EXCEPT .com-- which I discovered was registered, but unused.  I have waited two years for the registration to expire-- and when it did, I contacted GoDaddy to purchase it. They charged me $18-- and then told me that the domain couldn't be transferred for another 20 days. Today they sent me a notice claiming that the ORIGINAL OWNER HAD DECIDED TO RENEW-- AFTER DOING NOTHING WITH IT FOR 2 YEARS!! Worse still, a WhoIs search quickly proved that it WASN'T the original owner (from the East Coast of the U.S.) who registered the domain name I had reserved-- BUT SOME COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA!! And now GODADDY REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK-- telling me that I had paid for nothing more than THE RIGHT TO BID ON IT-- instead, they advised me to pick ANOTHER address to apply it toward!!! I was among their FIRST HALF-MILLION customers, and now they have over 21 MILLION-- and GODADDY HAS BECOME LITTLE MORE THAN A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE IN THE DECADE SINCE I BEGAN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

GoDaddy Wild West Domains New gTLD Domain management and registration Failures Scottsdale Arizona
I registered a .Plumbing gTLD just 4 minutes after landrush.Godaddy failed at everything they are required to do, costing me thousands.Payment was recieved, processed and the domain was entered into my account. Name-servers, sub domains and email addresses were set-up and used. I called several times during the day for other domains and this was also Assured to me as registered with me as the legal owner. I took that check to the bank and cashed it. I got agreements with clients, print media, magnets. I called them and sealed deals. I posted and shared my domain and plans across the internet, even in the reseller forum. I've spent thousands with them and on this, with the assurance that the domain was mine and the clients I'd already attained would be making payment. Today the domain was removed from my account. I was told another person registered it at the exact moment I did. GoDaddy failed to update their records and accurately provide domains and take payments. There were multiple failures across the board. ICANN requirements were not followed. No explanation was given as to how the owner was determined. Not only has my business suffered financial loss, but a loss of consumer confidence. Already, several lost clients refer to this as a 'fraud' I attempted. They've spread the word that I try to get payment for domains I don't even own. This isn't just going to be OK. My family has suggested lawsuits and non-sense. It seems apparent that there is no way I can keep the domain. All advertising will be a loss to me and a gain to whoever got it. I requested what I think is reasonable considering the circumstances and the assurances I received: That they replace this with another gTLD of my choice that is in the landrush phase. But they refused! I was told- That's tough. Do whatever you need to do

BodyFitMart Wild West Domains, LLC, wildwestdomains.com/whois.wildwestdomains.com Garcinia Cambocia and Green Coffee New York City Internet
I took a survey on Facebook, and at the end of it there was a message telling me that I qualified for a free month of Garcinia Cambogia if I paid shipping.  That was $4.95.  When the order was processed, they added another product to it that i did not want, which was Green Coffee tablets.  I have used them faithfully since they arrived and I have had no benefit from them at all.  I just got a statement from my bank that they had debited my account almost $100.00.  I did not authorize another shipment, nor do I want one.  The stuff is worthless.  I thought I was getting the stuff from Dr. Oz, not some rip off artist.  I want my money back and to warn others not to order anything from them.  It is a major scam.

Godaddy Inc. & Wild West Domains Inc. Be careful signing up for Godaddy Services as can and will terminate them without refund for no reason provided! Scottsdale Arizona
I signed up for Godaddy's Cash Parking Services that were being offered as a way to generate revenue from your Parked Domain Names. I thought this service would be good for me as I have over 100 domain names registered through there company. When I signed up I paid for just a little over 5 years of the service expiring in 2011 at $30.00 per month. After about 5 months of using their services they cancelled my Cash Parking and advised me that I will never be able to use it again and I was not eligable for a refund becuase the credit card that I used at the time for the purchase expired and I no longer had another one through that company. They denied my request to refund the remaining years, to another card. I attempted to contact President@godaddy.com with no success of anyone willing to help me with my refund or a explanation why my services were cancelled. Now i was left with over 100 Domain names that were automatically being redirected to Godaddy.com. I signed up for the Reseller Account for godaddy as it offers the same service Cash Parking which is called DMP Domain Moneterizing Parking which also generates revenue for Parked Domain names registered through the store Reseller Account. 30 of my 115 domain names where resolving to Cash Parking Pages so i sent them a email to request they change it from advertisements to pages that generate revenue. After 10 responses telling me to contact google, and getting a run around why they cant do it they finally responded for me to send them a list with the names that are not resolving correctly. 1 Week after recieving that email again they cancelled that service in my reseller account. I did not fraudelantly click on any of these names there are 2-3 times a day someone would find one of my names. Generating maybe 3-4 dollars a MONTH. I responded and asked them why my service was suspended and they advised me to read the terms of agreement as before with no reason why. Once again I am left paying thousands of dollars for their services keeps being terminated for no reason; two times! Please Help Stop them from cancelling services for no legitmate apparent reason! Godaddy Inc. & Wild West Domains Inc. GoDaddy it's reselling their client's email to third party marketing companies! Internet
Tired of getting SPAM? Well, I might have a clue of who is behind this SCAM! Recently I purchased a domain to a friend of mine on GoDaddy that doesnt have knowledge on internet so I helped him. I registered his new domain under his name and used my email address. After a week a started receiving SPAM emails from marketing and internet companies on my inbox and they were addressing my friends name as contact. GoDaddy was the ONLY place I have used my email under my friends name. Therefore its clear that GoDaddy might be selling their clients emails to third party companies!   GoDaddy will do NOTHING to protect their clients personal information. BE AWARE!!!

So today, I received a letter from Domain Register of America, stating that my domain was about to expire (in 5 months) and that I need to renew and to save a lot of time and money in the future that I should pay them $30 USD to renew the domain for 1 year, when it will cost me $7.29 through Go-daddy.  At this time, they will more than likely hi-jack the domain and then make you pay hundreds of dollars just to get it back.  They also give you the option to secure .net or .org for 2 years for ONLY $50.... man.... what savings... I'm gonna sign up with them RIGHT NOW instead of paying $20 bucks for both..  If you receive this letter, call them immediately and demand that they remove your domain from their database, and that you are reporting them to the FTC for violating the WHOIS agreements, where you must agree that you are NOT using this for business purposes or solicitation of services.

Wild West Limo 5 Star Limo Wild west limo steals your money and fraudulently charges credit cards Denver, Colorado
I booked Wild West Limo via my cell, so unfortunately I didn't see the poor reviews on google's site warning me not to use this company. I paid cash in full up front for a 4 hour limo ride for my husband's birthday. They didn't bother to give me a receipt for the cash purchase. Then at the end of the night the driver, Jacob, asked me for my debit card because he needed an imprint as this is standard procedure. I knew it didn't feel right, but I expect that people are honest and legit. The next day there is a charge for $250 dollars on my card. That is a lot of money to just take without my knowledge or authorization especially during the holidays. I tried calling the company and the driver, Jacob numerous times over the past week and Jacob refuses to answer my calls. Just this morning I called Jacob's cell one last time and the man that answered the cell phone denied that he was Jacob. Come on... if the charge is legit, just talk to me about it! Don't hide your identity - that's childish. All I want is a phone call and I gave them well over a week to get in touch with me. So now I am in the process of disputing this with my bank, but they need a receipt for the cash payment which - they never gave me... go figure. It is looking unlikely that I will ever see this money again and I feel badly for other folks who might use these guys and get the same disservice. Please help in anyway that you can - even if it is only to protect other people from this sort of robbery.

Deleted Domains; INet Interactive You had better know what you are doing! West Chester Ohio
This company will provide lists of deleted domain names, that is, one's not renewed, and pending lists. There is no way to determine what the domain offered and unless there is a reason for wanting a particular name, beware of using this as a means of developing an internet business involving selling or auctioning off these domain names. Wild West Pawn Owner Dayna Sells known stolen items from local community Cave Creek, Arizona
This pawn shop is getting a reputation for buying anything especially stolen items from local known criminals.  They are even ripping off the criminals by purchashing $350.00 items for $12.00 and the thieves take the money because no other pawn shops will continue to buy their stuff.   This pawn shop is adding to the crime in this community by buying known stolen merchandise, or buying from criminals known to be stealing in the community.  Anyone who lives nearby in Cave Creek/Carefree with stolen merchandise should check at this store quick.  The owner does business under the guise of a previous law enforcement agent, so you trust them more quickly.  When all along, they are selling stolen stuff.  I would love to see this store audited by an agency that can investigate their dealings with the local MCSO as well, dealing with evidence and stolen property that is brought to this store.  I bet the findings would be very interesting.

Wild West Express Transport Rip-off report for a rip-off company Las Cruces New Mexico
This company will tell you everything you would like to hear. Example: We will GUARANTEE 3000 miles or more a week. they do not bring you into the terminal when you are having truck issues. They are not consistant with thier pay, meaning one time you will get paid one amount for a certian run and then turn around and pay you something totally different for the same exact run. Home time is never guaranteed. I had some damage to my truck that I reported the same day, even took photos of everything. Took them over a month to get me to the terminal to look at it. They took pictures themselves and then never heard anything else about it. Figured if they were gonna make me pay for the damage , something would of been said or money taken each week from my paycheck. 3 months later, when I decided I was tired of all thier BS and decided to quit, I was expecting a $1000+ paycheck. The promptly told me I would not be getting a paycheck because of the damage to the truck. It has been 2 weeks now, I have called several times and they still refuse to pay me. If they call themselves a christian family trucking company, then I consider them Christiam Crooks! Stay away as you will be sorry!
