RENAISSANCE FOR SINGLE RIPOFF BELLEVUE Washington

I was lured to see their saleman for dating service RENAISSANCE FOR SINGLE.

Before representation sale lady Jacky Voltz helped me filled out my personal information( by questioning me and she fill it out)that including my financial situation. Then she handed it to me to sign it. I said to her that I am not ready buying anything yet she said it's just to make sure I told her the truth, and she also ask me to see my ID and credit card to proof it.

Then the representations and sale pitch going; with whole bunch of questionaire papers to let me filled out, asking about what kind of woman I like, what kind of person i am.... After that she presented the 3 different level of prices to me. In those prices if I decided that day it will be $500 less than decided later after I left her office( at that instance I realized that sale tactic is not good). She suggested that I should take the medium price $2000.00, if decided later will be $2600.00. I told her I don't take any of those and left without any sheet of paper in my hand.

Ten days later I got the notice from their head quarter (in Bellevue) that I became their member. I tried to contact RENAISSANCE FOR SINGLE right the way, that's must be mistake. By talking in the phone with Mr. Tyrus Ezekil he told me that I had signed the contract. I denied that I have signed any of that contract, but only signed my personal information sheet. He told me that I have to pay some money to get out of the contract (I also tried to contact with Jacky the salelady, but she won't answer my call). When I asked for direction to go get the contract that Mr. Ezekil claimed he had, he told me if I showed up, he will call the police for threatening him(this is not make any sense to me all), so I told him to send it to me by mail. After that I tried so many time to contact Jacky, including I showed up in her office (in Tacoma, WA) by surprise and ask for contract. She didn't give it to me either.

I had report this to Tacoma Police, BBB, Attorney General office, and FTC. Later on with the help from Tacoma Police Department I got the Fax copy of the contract, and sale charged receipt from Jacky's office in Tacoma. Sure enough all those document was made out without my authorization and with my imitated signatures. I tried to proof the fraudulent to those authorities above, the only suggestion is to go to small claim court.

Right now Attorney General Office had settled this case with RFS and required RFS to contact me to settle the case. Four months now that I had tried to contact RFS, but still didn't get any answer.

Please help me, it's because my English so poor that this company think it can get away with my money, and who know many more people like me. And Please be patience with my report in broken English(even I had tried my best to tell you).
