I ordered "free trial" and paid for shipping only. Two weeks later they hit my credit card twice with a "subscription." I called immediately and canceled. I disputed charge with the credit card company. I received credit within a few days.

One month later I got charged again as the credit card company "decided in favor of the vendor," even though I never received any products beyond the free trial. $87.47 for nothing! The credit card company won't reverse the charge despite my having canceled the subscription and getting nothing. I can't get through to the company. This is a rip-off, plain and simple. Thieves!
