Renuvaderm total scam, unbelievably poor customer service, designed to rip you off Santa Ana California

Towards the end of november, i ordered a trial sample of the Renuvaderm products and authorized payment for shipping & handling only.  A few days later, the Monday before Thanksgiving,  my mother-in-law died very unexpectedly.   We were very close and it was a tremendously emotional time.  During the planning for the funeral & taking care of all the details following death, these products arrived and were set aside and forgotten.

There was a second delivery at Christmas and then i noticed several charges to my credit card.  Four charges of $94.00 each.  I called and asked to return the product as it had been unopened and unused & they refused to take it back and offered me 30% of my money back but only for the last shipment.  I explained that I never even opened the box, the product is untouched & they still refused.  I now have over $400.00 charges that they will not refund.

i am trying to work with my credit card company to get some resolution -but this is a real scam.  No compassion, no customer service.  This program was designed to rip you off.  I asked to speak to someone in charge that could help me at Renuvaderm & they wouldnt let me talk to anyone else.   Do not buy from this company!!!  Diane, Georgia
