Republic Partners Properties Accept Payment for Republic Partners Properties: Joseph Vann of RepublicPartnersProperties BLATANTLY took $1850 from me to do tile search on Timeshare Las Vegas, Nevada

I was called on telephone by Joseph Vann from 702-997-8945 saying he had a buyer for my Timeshare Condominium on Martha's Vineyard. He got more than my asking price from the Family! He always used the word Family! Says they make money on the financing and the more he sells it for the more they make!

They have an Independent Auditor due to FTC regulations to verify Credit Card or Debit Card and closing cost amount. They say just answer question with a Yes or a No! It is protocol! Do not ask any questions! They call from a phone with no caller ID on it! You do not know where the money goes until after the transaction occurs!
 
All phones are not ringing or temporarily out of order as of Feb.7,2011 at Republic Partners Properties,LLC I completed my transaction on Jan.14,2011 and had 30 days to get a refund. They told me it would take 60 to 90 days to close with prospective buyer. Now I am out in the cold with no one to speak with!

A report was already on this same site about Republic Partners Properties I found out today! Seller & Buyer Beware!
They have BBB Online Rating based in Washington,DC You can e-mail BBB on there site!  It probably goes to them! I e-mailed Online BBB 3 times without a reply!

If they are located in Orlando,FL as mentioned here will someone pass the information on to me???
