Resellerratings Extortion, Deceptive Trade Practices, Fraud Internet

I don't know how the people that own or run this "business" sleep at night. Here's my story: In 2012, my business started using resellerratings to collect reviews from our customers that opted in to receive a review email. Over the next 3 years my business grew steadily and eventually RR collected over 6K reviews with a 9/10 rating. They have no official pricing policy but we started out at $99 a month. As the number of reviews grew, the cost continued to rise with random notifications every few months of a price new increase.  Obviously they have a system where the more reviews you accumulate the more you will pay. We talked about cancelling then read about all the horror strories from other customer's like us that cancelled. There's even a website for resellerratings class action lawsuit.  If you cancel they will not allow you to respond to any reviews and THEY own YOUR reviews so what can you do?  We continued to pay until we finally bit the bullet and cancelled in late 2015.  Well everything was fine our RR of 9/10 rank didn't change and we only got 2 non-verified customer reviews since we cancelled 12 months before. Then in October our RR rating started to decline.  It dropped from a 9/10 in October 2016 to a 5/10 in December 2016 with 1 negative review!  And no coincidence right after it started dropping we got an email from a RR sales rep. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC and consulting with an attorney.  If you have a simlar story post it and save others from making a huge mistake.
