They couldn't even find my order after waiting over 40 minutes on the phone to have someone answer. Live Chat was no help at all. I was told that my order was too soon to find and I should check back in an hour or two.

This is another in the long scam of Negative Billing which I call practically Blind Billing although firms are now being more open about the recurring charges that will take effect.

The one thing they don't say is that there are two conflicting Terms and Conditions for refunds. The first says you have 30 days but within 15 of those days when you receive your order you must contact the company to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and your return of the unused portion must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order.

That means you do not have 30 days to try the product but as few as 10 days,
certainly not enough time to know if the product works for you or not (no product works for everyone).

In addition, they say that any refund could take up to 30 days. Well, if you cancel within the allotted time, you may still get charged the initial $83+ and not be able to get the refund unless you've used a Credit Card NOT a Debit Card.

VISA and MasterCard Debit cards do NOT have the same protection that those Credit Cards have. You are then at the mercy of your banking institution. Which means you have practically NO recourse.

We (me included) MUST STOP falling prey to celebrity endorsements since they are getting paid to promote these products which usually go the the heart of extending life or losing weight or making money from home.

We MUST realize that few if any products do what they are purported to do and live our lives as quietly and stress free as possible. Stop buying anything from the Internet or TV. Buy only things from local vendors, things that you can touch and examine, and take back in person.
