Ok I have had a time share at massenutten va since 2007 and I enjoyed going the one time i could go but havent really had time or anything to go so out of the blue this guy Tom dont really remember his last name called me. he said he was with besttimesharerentalandsale.com. He told me how he could sale my time share for 17k-20k or rent it out for 2k plus a week.

So this was first time I ever delt with time shares so I was interested he told me that my time share was in a great location and it should be an easy sale, and he explained to me how coke and pepsi executive like to buy time shares versus hotel rooms for there employers and how i would be speaking directly to the buyers. So i gave him all my info because it was eight hundred dollars up front but i could get a refund if he didnt have it sold in 90days so he charged my credit card and sent me paper work to sign so they could sale or rent my property.

So that 90 days goes buy and i have not heard a peep from them so I call about the refund and they say we have no guarantee like that are you a gold star member thats the only guarantee we have and there we rent out your property for a hundred dollars a night. So no refund but we can lower your asking price to 16k with negotiable beside it.

So it has now been 1yr and 2months and there has not been one interested person in the world I suppose. They did tell if I sale the time share myself for that price they will refund my money or if another company sales it.
