This company advised me that they would work to promote my timeshare property for rental through their attendance at numerous conventions and trade shows. They indicated that the property should be rented within 90 days and it was unusual for a property not to be rented within 180 days. I called their toll free number numerous times and was told that "I was only .....that far .....away from receiving the one important phone call offering to rent the property and that I should continue to wait". This company has done nothing to promote the property and the only phone calls or contact with this company are the ones where I call them to find out what is happening. They received my fee for rental money and have done nothing to earn it. Others beware.... what a rip-off. I thought their were legal processes in place to protect innocent people but..... appears there is not.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
If they want an upfront fee it is probably bogus

Any telemarketer on internet operation that wants an upfront fee is 99% a scam. Whether it is for timeshare selling or renting, whether it is for debt consolidation, or for a loan. An upfront fee is money lost. Sorry, I hope you can get your money back.
