Resort Equity Marketing IS A HUGE SCAM ripoff Altamonte Springs Florida

This company contacted me at my home to see about selling my timeshare. After quite some time and my not listening to my wife I gave them my credit card information and was charged $785.00. I was told that they would sell my timeshare with in 90 days or they would relist it for free on their site but they kept enphasizing guarantee. I was also told that if it did not sell with in 180 days we would receive to round trip airline tickets. Several times I went to their site trying to find the listing every time it proved unsuccessful. I had called them several times to find out why we couldnt find it and our call was never returned.

Today my wife called them to speak to a manager and was told again that someone would call her back. She gave the receptionist her name number and contract number as well as the reason for the call. A Mr. David Morgan returned her call and when my wife stated to him that she was calling becuase she has never been able to find our listing he stated to try searching by contract number. She stated to him that no one but us new our contract number so how would anyone ever find it listed. He then became very rude and started saying not to accuse him of lying about it being listed. My wife then stated to him that she wasn't but wanted to understand how it worked if no one would find us listed. He then said you know what ma'am, I have just deleted your listing from our site and cancelled your contract you are no longer a client of ours and never call here again.

I then tried calling and was told by the receptionist that we could not be passed to anyone becuase we were not clients and asked that we not call anymore. Then upon checking their company on the BBB site we find that this company has over 230 complaints filed against them.

I still can't believe this has happened but I really want them stopped. I might be filing a class action suit and would love to see more complaints.
