First spoke with Kimberly White who said I had 4 RCI weeks about to expire. Wanted to check RCI before continuing so got her number and called her back. What RCI has are "extra vacation getaways" that one can rent at low rates, but nothing like "bonus or getaway weeks" in my account that I could find.

Called her back to get more information - who wouldn't want $7600 for an $1899 investment? - was referred to James Barrow who gave me the spiel about the bonus weeks and guaranteed payment. Told him I would have to think about it. He gave me a confirmation number, RT450113.

Thinking about it afterwards, if this were legitimate, one could sign an agreement committing the weeks to them allowing them to renmt the weeks for a 25% commission.

Never pay in advance to rent "bonus weeks" is my advice. I was burned several years ago for $899 when I fell for this scam with another company.
