Resort To Us ripoff, un-honored guarantees,lies,faulty and dishonest telephone solicitation Las Vegas Nevada

This is a very dishonest company and does not have any integrity.

They had promised to sell out timeshare within 3 months and we cannot now locate them. We were contacted by them November, 2003 and they indicated they would sell very quickly and we would recieve a cashier's check for the amount of the sale we agreed to. They did not contact us once with any offers. They said their market was large companies coming to Las Vegas and buying up timeshare weeks to use for writeoffs. How can a company like this become a member of Dun and Bradstreet and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and not get caught for their criminal activities. I checked this out before we agreed to sign the contract. We did not get a copy of the signed contract as promised. Is there no control or protection from fradulant people like these, Mary Hamm and Gweneth Cheltenham.I checked with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce via email and they said Resort To Us is still listed with them. What additional action can we take? Where is the Better Business Bureau in all this? I'm with Ed and Andy from Canada on this.
