Resume Jane advertises on Craigslist and they have a nice website. I paid for a resume and LinkedIn package and it took a while to get the rough draft of the resume. I had some questions and made an appointment with "Jane". She did not call and when I called her number there was no answer....I tried several times and nothing.
I then sent her several emails and received no response. I thought I would try one last time and made a phone appointment online. Once again, I received confirmation of this appointment but when the time came there was no phone call....so I called the number provided on the website and it would ring and then hang up.
I did send Jane an email letting her know I wanted my money back and that if she did not respond to my email that I would file a complaint. I gave this business so many opportunities to correct the situation and they just have ignored me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Resume Jane LLC!
