"Get a job guaranteed with our resume service in 45 days or we will give you your money back and $100."

More than 100 complaints have been filed on these companies with the BBB, ripoff report and other consumer reporting organizations for not honoring delivery, quality or guarantees.  This company has a history of retiring websites once complaints reach a certain level.

The above websites either use the same telephone number or are using the azoos.com server to host their websites.

Azoos.com, LLC
9512 Oak Island Lane
Clermont, FL 34711

Beware of "employment or your money back guarantees".  Both resumewritinggroup.com and resumesguaranteed.com require the following to get your money back:

"A) You, the purchaser must provide reasonable proof that you submitted your resume to at least 30 prospective employers (in the form of certified mail receipts or verifiable fax transmission receipts)."

Nobody conducts a job search using certified letters and very few companies   accept faxes.  If you conduct a job search on line and do not find a job, you are not eligible for the guarantee.  The terms of the guarantee are very difficult to find on their websites and only after someone places a claim are they told that they did not follow the rules to file a claim and it is denied.

and

"At our company's sole discretion, you may be asked to provide proof of continued unemployment (i.e. in the form of a copy of a recent unemployment check or related/verifiable paperwork)."

You could be asked for a letter for the IRS stating you did not earn any money.

and

for the resumewritinggroup.com you have a 15 day window to file a request.  If file earlier or later than 15 days from the day you receive your resume you will be denied a refund.

In addition, the "resume writing group" website claims to have done resumes for years. From their website: "Not only have we been writing resumes FULL-TIME for years, we've also been performing client career coaching services since before our online "competitors" even existed!  We've written more than 100,000 resumes for 100,000 professionals in 62 countries worldwide!"

although their url registration from WHOIS appears as follows:
Creation date: 16 Nov 2011 13:54:02

That would mean they claim to have written 10,000 resumes a month or 300 day since their url was registered.

resumeshopping.com which indicates that it is an objective review site is hosted on azoos.com server states the following:

"NO resume service is permitted
to advertise here until they have
been thoroughly reviewed and tested by our analysts."

The seven companies listed are all run by azoos.com

Outstanding experience

AUTHOR: Donna - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 02, 2015

Upon searching for a resume service, I came across Resume Writing Groip and found favorable reviews on google as well as an unfavorable one on rip off report which initially caused some apprehension.  Because I was so impressed with their sample work, I reached out to the business owner whose phone number he had personally listed in his rebuttal comments on this website.  Much to my surprise I received an immediate response from the owner and he personally assisted me in the acquisition and construction of a new resume.  His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine caring in making sure my new resume put my best foot forward to prospective employers was quite impressive.  I received my resume in record time, actually two days sooner than expected.  And what a resume it is!  I could never have touted my accomplishments as effectively as they did and I feel very confident this resume will be an effective tool in opening doors with prospective employers and recruiters.   I feel my dollars were well invested and I have already recommended them to a friend.  With regard to a money back guarantee, in my humble opinion it's up to the individual to get the job.  They will make you look amazing on paper and get you in the door, but in reality you and you alone are responsible for closing the deal and landing the job.  So often people only tell about the negative experiences they have with businesses and never the good experiences.  Mine was over the top, above and beyond customer service with this company and that's why I am sharing my great experience so others can benefit from this service as well.  In closing, my recommendation is to get a great looking resume put together and both fax AND email those resumes.  Many thanks to Andrew and his outstanding writing team for my executive resume.

Here to Help/Company Has Integrity

AUTHOR: Resumes guaranteed - senior management - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 01, 2015

Posted By: Andrew Greenstein, President of The Resume Writing Group
Personal Contact :  (((Redacted)))

Although I am the President of The Resume Writing Group, I have successfully run a number of mid-size companies over the last 21 years...and I have serviced tens of thousands of clients worldwide while employing and contracting people to work for me from all over the United States. In that time, I've learned a great number of lessons and the age-old classic saying "The customer is always right..." certainly holds true today. However, when someone uses the Internet to anonymously and angrily attack my company and my name without any prior contact with me...without any prior communication with me...and without ever even giving either myself or my company an opportunity to make things right....clearly the individual making such an attack cannot be "right" or, simply isn't a "customer."

I invite anyone who questions the integrity of our company to call or text message me on my personal cell phone at (((Redacted))). You can call or text me in the morning, the afternoon, or the evening. You can contact me directly and personally to ask me about The Resume Writing Group while I'm working, while I'm with my family, while I'm eating, or while I'm sleeping.  You're welcome to research me, Andrew Greenstein, Clermont FL-- on the Internet-- I'm confident you will find that while I'm someone who certainly doesn't need to be posting my personal information or talking to people day and night about a resume writing company, I am clearly doing so anyway----- to help those in need of resumes who may otherwise "miss out" after reading postings like this...and.... to prove the value of my excellent company (of which I am very proud). Neither myself nor our company has anything to hide nor be anything less than truthful about. I believe in what we do and we service many thousands of happy customers each year.

REMEMBER: By its very name, the nature of RipOffReport.Com is to post complaints/gripes from angry customers of any business. This is generally NOT a forum that promotes the posting of happy, positive reviews. Search for ANY large company you LOVE on this website ---and sure enough, you'll find "ripoffreports" accusing them of everything from poor service to absolute fraud. Of course, you know those companies by name. You know they're enormous brands who do tons of business and leave most of their clients satisfied. The same goes for us. We write as many as 8,000 resumes per year. In a busy year, you might find TEN negative reviews -- out of 8,000 clients served...and MOST of those reviews are over our GUARANTEE--which NO other resume writing company will offer anyway. The terms of that guarantee are posted on our website--in both written form --and video. I stand behind our website, our writers, and our exceptional high quality work.

re: from the President of the company..

AUTHOR: Resumes guaranteed - senior management - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 30, 2015

I am extremely saddened that you feel that way.  My personal telephone # is 352-250-4220 and I invite anyone who has questions about our policies (after reading below) to call or text message me directly and I'd be glad to shed light.

I believe I have gone to all reasonable lengths to make our company's policies clear and it is my experience that most of our clients understand them. If you have any ideas re: how or where on the site we can explain it any more clearly, please don't hesitate to let me know.....Our home page clearly states in large print that to qualify for a free/refunded resume, you must be unemployed after 45 days and have **followed our advice** for advice for sending out the resume that we create on your behalf. Our FAQ page then adds details re: this advice and clearly states in standard font, page-center...the following:

"...(We) GUARANTEE that if you haven't worked within 45 days of sending our your new resume & following the resume distribution tips we provide at no additional charge, then we will refund its cost AND pay you $100 AND we'll revise the resume to help increase your chances of success. You must file your refund claim WITHIN 90 DAYS of original purchase and provide receipts showing that you did send out your resume to at least 40 companies. "

--The "resume distribution tips" link then goes on to describe our suggested methods for resume distribution. In a size 18 point font, it reads:

1) Rather than seeking out postings on Internet, in newspaper, etc., for a particular position, use both as a TOOL for researching the job market-see if you can find patterns in both companies and industries that may be exhibiting hiring trends and then SELL yourself to them with an unsolicited resume and sharp letter by FAX or better yet
CERTIFIED MAIL
2) Use every possible resource available to conduct thorough research of companies and markets to CREATE an opportunity. Check out some of corporate bio/info sites on the Internet-there are tons in there, just Google something like "corporate bios"–then RESEARCH THEM,determine who makes the hiring decisions and aggressively marketyourself to them by sending an unsolicited HARD COPY resume along with a customized cover letter that points out a few things about their company and where your
talents would uniquely add value as a member of their team.

This is just one valuable tip in an entire online tutorial/ e-book we provide about job hunting and gaining employment with a strong resume. It goes on to provide dozens of other pieces of advice and even a VIDEO of me personally explaining the rationale behind our methods/job-search strategies at:

youtube.com/watch?v=DQx6qWC4Rk8

All of this is IN ADDITION to the standard "small print" references to our refund policies in the copyright footer of every page of our website--which is commonly accepted as the area in which any Internet company places links to their Terms of Services. This is also IN ADDITION to the countless other mentions in the body of our website and on our order form as well. Furthermore, if clients interested in making a purchase have questions about our refund policies, our phone & email support representatives are happy to explain the terms in detail before anyone spends a penny.

All of that said, I, as the President of the company, truly do not see any "fraud." It is not possible (or at least not reasonable) for a home page to contain every word of every policy in detail--for the same reasons that your favorite online department stores do not use up their home/main pages with paragraphs about their terms of services, refund policies, and exchanges. Some of the largest, best known brands in the world have home pages citing their guarantees and then users clickthrough to read the details. It is my opinion that we make our policies easier to access and more clear than even most of those large, well-known companies. There is absolutely no attempt to "trick" anyone-- We make clear in large print on our home page that you must "follow our advice" to get a full refund if you aren't working after 45 days. That advice is plainly linked to and spelled out in more large print. There is no hunting/searching required to find it! Now, if you don't AGREE with our advice & strategies for marketing your resume, that's another story. There is some talk on here about the quality of that advice and how it applies in the age of Internet marketing. Some folks, with good intentions, have written that the jobs they want do not ALLOW hard copy submissions or even that in their experience as HR professionals, they would personally ignore any such submissions. What is interesting, however, is that none of these people have expressed any willingness to TRY our advice... to ATTEMPT our strategy---and yet, apparently, at the time of their online reviews, they still remained without the jobs they wanted.  Our advice may be "outside the box" but, consider this analogy: If I go to a doctor with cold-like symptoms and he prescribes Vitamin C and Chicken Soup and bed rest......but I insist on going somewhere else and getting an antibiotic...drinking coffee...and going to work... and then I do not heal fast... do I call the doctor a "fraud?"--- What if the doctor "guaranteed" his methods would get better and I didn't follow them? Is it the fault of the doctor and should I now even blast that doctor online for not having a more "modern" policy?

The fact of the matter is -- our advice is excellent and, in my opinion, it's even more relevant in the digital age as resume marketing becomes increasingly electronic. There are countless stories of people who think outside the box and go OFFLINE to succesfully get jobs. Consider this recent late 2015 example:

today.com/money/woman-who-handed-out-resumes-street-corner-lands-job-t40446

Numerous other sources have also suggested that methods similar to the ones we propose are a great way to STAND OUT in this competitive job market. Will some companies throw your paper resume in the garbage?. Of course....but will many companies also ignore your electronic submission in which you follow all of their rules? Of course! It's a numbers game: Find at least 40 targeted companies to approach in an "outside the box" way and follow up with email submissions to them as well. Continue to also use electronic submission in mass quantities but also continue the outside the box approach(es). As an experienced professional (who happens to be VERY verifiably successful in business outside of my resume writing company), I believe this advice to be VERY strong...

Even if you do not like our advice and you do not agree with our resume distribution methods and you do not feel that our "job guarantee" is a good one, the MAIN point in making a purchase from our company should be to obtain an excellent, STANDOUT resume. There is VERY little on the Internet to debate that we provide superior quality resumes. Since NO ONE ELSE offers ANY kind of job guarantee whatsoever, I reiterate that there is no reason NOT to choose our company for your new resume. If you feel that our terms aren't "fair" or "relevant," you will still receive an excellent resume from us and that is as much or more...than you will receive from any of our competitors.

Sincerely,

Andrew A. Greenstein, President

Obvious Rip Off and False Advertising

AUTHOR: Jacko - ()

POSTED: Friday, January 09, 2015

I was taken by this fraudulent company as many others have been.  It seems valid that if they write your resume, and you don't get hired within a couple months they will return your money!  Sounds like a great deal and that they stand behind their work.  But Andrew and his 2 other employees have small print and act like theives when you ask for any refund.  The BBB warns that any company offering a money back guarantee has to give money back at the customers request.  And this is why they have 30 complaints with the BBB.  Andrew claims they do so much business, that this is a small percentage.  But he has no proof and with 3 employees and poor marketing can only do 5 or 10 resumes a week, not the claimed over 10,000.

In the case of this rubuttal, Andy will respond and rebut everything as what an honest guy he is.  He will say everyone uses FAXes and his policy is in writing and that everyone has seen his video on youtube that explains he knows more about job seeking than the rest of us and that in 2015, FAXes are the way to impress HR directors.  This will give job seekers an edge that they have never considered.  In a digital world of iPhone/Android hiring apps and HR compliance, he will argue away the many advantages of FAXes.  He clams to know more than us becuase he has already "retired" and is the "CEO" of a company.

The bottom line is that most people get an OK resume and just write the $200 of as a mistake and move along as they do in many other instances.  He tries to do his damage control on sites like this and the BBB, Yelp and other consumer sites and many people seeing the word "Guarantee" figure they have nothing to lose and don't research this - so he has a business. But the business is obviously false advertising to anyone that understands what gurantee actually means.

Very Satisfied - Delivered on Resume

AUTHOR: MattinglyMD - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 24, 2013

On January 14, 2013, I contracted Azoos.com to reformulate an impressive resume of a business partner of mine.  I am a tenured Associate Professor.  And I was totally satisfied with the communication, the eventual presentation style - most impressive - the university dean, a chief operating officer, a chancellor and department chairs were impressed with the resume.
It was on the higher end of cost as compared to other companies on the internet but was well worth it.
In fact, I'm contracting them again tonite to reformulate another resume of another business partner of mine.

If you are a legitimate client who feels I did not respond, prove my dishonesty to the world and post a snapshot of your phone's text window here on RipOffReport.
Our terms which again--are now so clear that I have added additional PDF And video versions and linked to them from all over the site do not say faxes are required at this time. Please review that point which has been posted numerous times here and let me know if you need further clarification.
Of course, since I have personally answered every single message received, I'm confident you are not a client of ours and certainly will not dare post any "evidence" demonstrating my lack of response which could be so easily done if you had actually ever attempted to contact me.
Right here, right now: Prove me a "liar."

These reports are probably NOT from your "competitor" as you write.  I am a customer and have attempted to resolve this issue several times, requesting a phone call and all I got were threats via email to my request, and, NO refund.

Andrew, it is APPARENT that you are NOT an honest company, you give your name and cell number, which I called and texted, and I have NOT had a response from you either.

Additionally, your "requirements" are NOT CLEARLY posted on your web page, and when placing the order for the resume, you click on the link and it does not open.  At this point MOST people, like myself, TRUST your website, place the order, because your WEB PAGE clearly states that you offer a 60 guarantee!  And then, the problem ensues when you try to request a legitimate refund!  If you had NOTHING to HIDE, you would clearly post the requirements ON YOUR WEB PAGE INSTEAD of having people click on a link that does NOT open, then, NOT make good on your guarantee.

Additionally, MOST COMPANIES, and I am SURE you KNOW this -- DO NOT accept faxes! IT is for that reason that you make the requirements DIFFICULT to follow, and then OFFER to SELL fax numbers from your other company (I do not recall the name, but I did get an email from this company) which offers them for a price of $200 or more!  It is OBVIOUS that you are SIMPLY trying to sell MORE services, on top of the resumes writing services and have NO intent on making good on your guarantee!

I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to -- hopefully people will read this report, and others posted on here by other customers who have been deceived by your false guarantee, and will use another service, or simply, NOT expect a refund!

You and your company, and your management staff, are DISHONEST!  I do NOT and WILL NOT recommend your services to anyone!

I ordered my resume in good faith and was very eager to receive it, and thought it would help me secure a position, which I would prefer over your back offer -- however, I requested a refund because I have not had any offers much less interviews -- and now I am denied one based on your FALSE advertising!

POSTED: Thursday, December 13, 2012

I used the phone # posted and spoke to Mr. Greenstein and --having done so-- He convinced me that the number of complaints the company receives is tiny compared with the number of orders they take on....and he explained the guarantee/refund in terms I could easily understand. He seemed calm, easy-to-talk-to and competent... I took a leap of faith and ordered a resume. (He also gave me a 20% off coupon--though I don't know if he'll do that for everyone who calls)...

The resume I received today was EXCELLENT-- It appears free of errors, beautifully formatted, and presents my background in a way that really highlights those things most relevant to my experience...

I will post another update if..I mean..when . .. I start getting interviews..

re: these complaints are not from actual clients

AUTHOR: Resumes guaranteed - senior management - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 01, 2012

Thank you for your response. There are some grave errors that must be addressed. However, first and foremost-- the following points must be reiterated for consumers reading this artificially-created complaint loop....

*The complaint/follow-up does not come from anyone who has ever made a purchase from our company. Rather, it comes from a competitor who uses this tactic to de-market our site and promote their own. No one matching the posted names or even resume descriptions has ever placed an order w/ our firm anywhere near the times posted in any of these 'complaints.'

*I have posted and re-posted my personal telephone # for questions, clarification, verification, etc; None of these posters have ever called to fact-check any items about which they are writing. A simple call or text message could easily avoid so much misunderstanding.

*Note that so many inconsistencies and remarkable fallacies I presented in previous rebuttal are conveniently skipped/not addressed by the follow-up author (i.e. the erroneous notions that we have over 100 BBB complaints or "a history of retiring websites..")

Now-- to address the points made...

1) Our current policy is posted and overrides the old ones. We created the revised version, the PDF, and the video to help further clarify what some had claimed was not clear on our website.. That said, we could easily read these complaints and amend our policy to allow... or even encourage email submission of resumes...just to avoid controversy from those who believe that e-mailing is the best option for new resumes... The FACT is-- We recommend snail mail --- yes, "even in this day and age"---and we stand behind it and will not change our opinion just to make things easier for ourselves. We service over 8,000 clients per year at minimum and have EXTREMELY high job acquisition and satisfaction rates. Our methodologies are "outside the box" and they are PROVEN to work. Of course, different people have different perspectives and different opinions. However, there is plenty to support our belief... our KNOWING...that 40+ snail mailed resumes are FAR more effective than hundreds of e-mailed resumes...Period! A noted career coach and published author even has a video online about the effectiveness of snail mail (among other issues..)... Several relevant sources are:

http://www.ehow.com/video_12223485_comparison-sending-resume-via-email-mail.html
http://www.ehow.com/how_7293869_mail-cover-letter-resume-jobs.html
http://www.citytowninfo.com/career-and-education-news/articles/e-mail-or-snail-mail-experts-advise-best-way-to-submit-resumes-10031002
http://ezinearticles.com/?Sending-Resumes-by-Email,-Snail-Mail-Or-Carrier-Pigeon&id=4924172

2) Our site design was created and copywritten in 2005. The site address at which we most recently posted it was 2011. Ou URLs are not copywritten but our intellectual property is. Again, a simple phone call or text to my personal cell phone at 352-250-4220 can clarify all of this without spending so much time sleuthing and blogging! This is also another example of something that would hardly be a serious concern to a prospective client but a great point for an undercover competitor to spend so much time writing about online.

RE: Phone #--We offer multiple versions of our guarantee at different price points and use each phone # to track which calls are coming from which ads/offers. This is standard procedure for many companies and, again-- a phone call to my personal cell # would help clarify any of this without having to spend so much time researching, writing, and hypothesizing about our company. I am not hiding anything-- I am posting right here-- in great detail --precisely what we do and why! re: AZOOS -- The ENTIRE ORDERING PROCESS FOR THE SITE YOU MENTIONED IS ON THE AZOOS SERVER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT TO CONCEAL THIS WHATSOEVER. The ADDRESS POSTED ON OUR ORDER FORM IS FOR AZOOS.COM

Every email and receipt to clients notes AZOOS.COM and the charge on their credit card posts as AZOOS.COM - RESUME WRITING.  I will certainly have it added to the about page-- but it's clearly ALL OVER THE ENTIRE ORDERING PROCESS!!! If we wanted to "scam" people, we would spend $128 for a separate SSL certificate and give it a unique ordering process-- but, instead, we keep it part of the AZOOS NETWORK -- because we are NOT HIDING ANYTHING ! [and if it's so "impossible" to determine that Azoos owns ResumeWritingGroup -- how did the original poster figure out this great mystery to complain about it in the first place?)
AGAIN-- TO CONSUMERS -- I urge caution. We are a VERY successful company w/ an EXCELLENT client track record.

There will always be a small percentage of complaints for ANY business BUT this specific complaint/follow-up was NOT CREATED BY AN ACTUAL CLIENT OF OURS. Any* company can use RipOffReport to demarket another-- and it's simple a malicious tactic-- but, as you can see, the claims are without basis, trivial--and largely false! Why hire any other resume writing company who spends their time posting false reviews about their competition ?!? ALSO: Below section D, the writer claims again that "a call to Andrew Greenstein will..." but yet NO ONE HAS CALLED ME !!!! Additionally, we have indeed given MANY people a full refund PLUS the bonus reward promised because MOST people follow our simple instructions and policy... I'll gladly provide copies of cancelled refund/bonus checks on request [with client names edited out for privacy]....

As stated, the BBB is an independent agency and does not have a "refund request form" for us. They simply take complaints and forward them to us---requesting our opinion/response. We try to help where we can but if a client clearly isn't following the policy for a refund, it is not issued. Similarly, if you go into a department store attempting to return something w/out tags, receipts, or outside of the allotted timeframe, you will not receive a refund. If you follow the policy as so many of our clients do, you will receive a refund. If you are unclear about our policy after reading the site, PDF, video, these postings, etc then call me personally at 352-250-4220.

As always, I am here to answer and help ---and deeply regret that people stoop so low as to post false information and fake reports --- acting as our clients...

There were just a couple of things that seemed odd.

1. The complaint states that the guarantee is bogus because it requires certified letter or fax receipts. Neither are standard forms of job search and certified letters would cost a job seeker more than the cost of the resume.  In 20 years as a hiring manager and former executive recruiter, I have never received a resume by certified mail (out of many thousands).  Most companies no longer use faxes and very few HR departments take resumes by fax.  A majority of the Fortune 500 companies recruit online.  The advice that Resumes Guaranteed is giving is 20 years old and in my opinion would keep one from getting a job.

In the complaint response on Sept 27th, Andrew Greenstein, President of Azoos.com, LLC (owner of resumesguaranteed.com and resumewritinggroup.com states,

"Many stores require proof of purchase for certain things, receipts for others, etc; We do allow email receipts as well."

It is nice that the Ripoffreport does not delete information because on Oct 29th, Andrew Greenstein, who is president of one of the greatest, most accurate resumes services, posts an "addenum" (It should have been spelled addendum.).

Now in order to fulfill the guarantee, "for the reasons outlined in the PDF, the video, and elsewhere--and thus, email receipts are not acceptable.." (Notice two periods.)

So first you could use email receipts, now you can't.

2. Andrew Greenstein also posts in response to the complaint.
"Again, the newer site (resumewritinggroup.com) you refer to is an AD campaign of Azoos.Com Inc Resume Writing Services-- and we make no attempt to hide this."  Mmm?

a. The copyright on the site: Resume Writing Group, 2005-2011
Notice he said it was a new site and in the complaint it said the name was registered in 2011, but
the copyright is dated 2005-2011, not to Azoos.com, LLC but to the Resume Writing Group.

b. Phone number on the site is unique to this site.

c. About Us page says nothing about Azoos.com, LLC and as far as I could find, the word Azoos.com does not appear anywhere on the site.

d. Contact Us page does not have an address or identification of Azoos.com, LLC

To tell you the truth, if Andrew Greenstein hadn't said here that Azoos.com, LLC created and ran this site, there would be next to no way to tell that he was the owner from the site itself.  Until that changes one can assume that ownership of resumewritinggroup is being hidden to avoid a means for filing complaints. Thank heavens for ripoffreport.com

If you bought a resume from resumesguaranteed or resumewritinggroup with the understanding that if you did not get work in 45 days and you would get your money back and a $50 or $100 in addition, then any loophole is smoke and mirrors.  A call to this company or Andrew will tell you that you did not follow the rules and do not qualify for any money back.

Submit your refund request and your request for the extra $50 or $100 to the BBB. They won't confront you, lie to you, or tell you that you are stupid.  It seems every legitimate complaint to the BBB has resulted in a full refund.  So it's up to you, if you want double talk call the phone number, or if you want results, submit your request to the BBB.  Email receipts should be acceptable as proof of your job search and you can cite the president of Azoos.com, LLC as saying it on Sept. 27 on the Ripoffreport.com

You can find the refund request form here:

As an addenum, our company has now gone further with assistance on this matter and created a free online career marketing & resume distribution guide at:

http://www.resumesguaranteed.com/resume distribution guide.pdf

AND an 8-9 minute VIDEO supplement from me personally at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQx6qWC4Rk8

<<Together, these express our policy even more clearly. We write professional resumes and provide specific tactics for our clients to distribute them.

Our guarantee remains as follows:
If we write a resume for you AND you follow our resume distribution guide AND you are not working after the set number of days, we will refund your money PLUS the "reward" amount advertised. The only "proof" required-- which we believe is 100% reasonable--- is receipts from either certified mail or fax--as described. We do NOT encourage mass emailing of resumes as anyone's sole method of distribution....for the reasons outlined in the PDF, the video, and elsewhere--and thus, email receipts are not acceptable..

As always, any questions can be directed to me personally on my cell via text or voice: 352-250-4220

Sincerely,

Andrew Greenstein
President

I am extremely sorry...upset...and embarrassed to read this complaint. I, Andrew Greenstein, am the owner of the sites to which you refer. I am an established writer, businessman, family man/father--and there is certainly plenty of stuff about me online [Google Andrew Greenstein, Clermont-- or see andrewgreenstein.com etc;]-- I offer that first--so that yourself--and other readers can get to "know me"-- I'm certainly not hiding behind any veil or attempting to mislead ANYONE in ANY way.

I am, again, very sorry that you clearly had a less than satisfactory experience with my professional resume writing company. I attempted to issue you a full refund but none of the information I found links up to any client/customer we've ever had. To be honest, in the past, we caught one of our competitors posting fraudulent reviews of us in an attempt at de-marketing--- I would hope/trust that you are an actual client of ours and urge you to email me directly at andrew@andrewgreenstein.com or call or text my personal cell phone at 352-250-4220 so that I can refund you.

There are some things I must address regarding your complaint:

*We do not have "more than 100 BBB complaints"-- Please understand we service approximately 8,000 clients per year-- MANY of whom are repeat business/referrals, etc; While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction...a small percentage are, like you, occassionally less than satisfied. The Better Business Bureau logs thousands of complaints for companies as well-reputed as Disney Theme Parks [there's even a CNBC "undercover sting" program--available in video format all over the 'net exposing the BBB as giving "F" ratings to major companies like WolfGang Puck's simply for not paying their annual fee to be "accredited"-- Clearly, the organization is not what it once was-- but, rather, is a commercial enterprise with plenty of its own complaints ironically!]... That said, there is NO EXCUSE for poor business habits... but on sites like RipOffReport-- I see plenty of great companies-- even Kohl's Department Store-- mentioned repeatedly.  I write this to URGE anyone considering our GREAT company to give us a try [you can even email ResumesGuaranteed for a FREE SAMPLE/critique of your current resume prior to making any purchase --Thus, you can SEE if you like us BEFORE you spend ANY money at all!!!]--- Over the last 5 years, we have serviced 40,000 clients--- Our complaint ratio is TINY--and yes, we are absolutely striving to make it even smaller...I have posted my personal cell # here so ANYONE with ANY questions or concerns can call or text me DIRECTLY any time !

*You write that my company has a "history of retiring websites.." --but you do not provide any documentation of this--and I, as the owner, can tell you that is ABSOLUTELY not true. We have NEVER retired a single site.

*You imply that by having more than one site we are attempting to conceal something--- There is nothing concealed. As you pointed out, all of our sites have the same company name and phone number information.  It is my belief that Internet websites are like traditional offline media advertising. Coca-Cola does not make just one ad campaign in any given magazine; They create multiple ad campaigns to appeal to different markets. If we wanted to "conceal" anything our company name, phone #s etc; wouldn't be on the sites--and especially would not be identical! I'm honestly -- not sure I understand why this is the primary/initial nature /concern in your complaint-- This is not deceptive-- and frankly, would be the concern of a COMPETITOR more than a CLIENT-- So again-- You have my name, phone #--and every way to contact me-- Please contact me for a refund-- because I do not see any client ever matching your description/Rip Off Report info...

*"Beware of employment/money back guarantees"--- There is nothing about our guarantee that we want to be deceptive or mis-read.  We advertise that if you're not working, we will revise your resume, refund your money, AND give you a $50-$100 extra reward. As you can IMAGINE, this one-of-a-kind offer leaves open room for quite a bit of potential scam THUS, as with any corporation, there must be a system of checks and balances in place. Many stores require proof of purchase for certain things, receipts for others, etc; We do allow email receipts as well. We have never asked a single person for a "letter from the IRS"-- EVER --nor do we claim we will!!?!

*Having done "resumes for years"-- We have been writing resumes since 1996--[and have key memebers of management who have worked for and written for other resume writing firms since the early 1980s]-- Again, the newer site you refer to is an AD campaign of Azoos.Com Inc Resume Writing Services-- and we make no attempt to hide this-- [If we did, we wouldn't even say "for years" on a site that's not that old --Anyone could "find that out"--as you have!]-- There's no great secret and no conspiracy here!  Our company has written resumes as an incorporated entity for many years!

*ResumeShopping was acquired and needs updating--Again, though, this shouldn't be very relevant to a consumer of our resume services directly---as much as it would be a concern to say, someone attempting to compete with and de-market us ?

*The Internet Crime Complaint Center ? Your complaint mentions nothing about the resume we provided. If you were our client, you ordered a resume, paid for one, and received one. There's no crime, no ripoff, no scam. We are happy to help you further. Please call me -- Again, my HOME PERSONAL CELL is 352-250-4220

Thank you for your honest, candid review--and I regret that there seems to be some misunderstanding over a guarantee policy---but I trust you were satisfied with the actual resume my professional team created for you ?!!?
