Rewards 660 ripped me off and I just found out. I submitted an online payment and I was notified weeks later that the payment did not go through. I checked my bank statements and found out they were paid in fact they were paid multiple times in fact they were paid so many times that they over drew my account. When I contacted the customer service center I was told that they were putting a restriction on my account untill I faxed over proof of the payment. I stopped using the card the month I got it because they charge ridiculous interest rates and a monthly partcipation fee and they have the nerve to tell me they are restricting the account. I had my bank as well as my attorney contact them and they are stil giving me the run around. One cuomer service rep told me if I could pay for an attorney I should pay for my bill and hung up on me. Rewards 660 will rip you off and careless.
