RHL Linens I was told I would be 100% guaranteed satisfaction and not be out any money for trying these dorm items! This was not true as I was required to pay $$$$ to return ship shoddy items. I called and was told I should have read the fine print closer! I can't believe that they would do this to me. I thought I would have 100% guaranteed satisfaction. Free shipping means free shipping, there and back if not satisfied! Don't do business with this company. Chambersburg PA

We ordered dorm items and had a guaranteed satisfaction with them or it would cost us nothing. Well, that was wrong. The items are shoddy and I had to pay $$$$ to ship back. Don't buy from this company!! It is a rip-off. They were very rude on the phone as well and never replied to my email. I can't believe I was stupid enough to believe the lies they said in the paperwork that was sent to out house. 

 

Shame on them.

We apologize for the experience you had with our company. It is stated on our website that customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in the case of a defective item. However, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction our customer service agents should have offered you a prepaid return label if you were dissatisfied with your entire package. We apologize for this and our agents have been retrained since this incident.

I would like to say that the fine print on the website does indeed state that you must pay to return ship items to them. However, the paperwork I received in the mail stated that I would get free shipping and that there was a guarantee. I assumed this meant that I would have the ability to return items that were sent to us if we were not happy with them, however, there really is no way to do that without paying a lot of money for shipping them back. It seems that I should have realized this, but I didn't. Therefore, I just want to make people aware that free shipping means that they will ship to you but you have to ship to return if you are not satisfied with the items. They were not high quality items as we believed. However, the webiste does indicate you must pay return shipping if you closely take a look.
