Richard Rawlings - Rickrraw ripoff fraudulent dishonest seller on eBay Pasadena Maryland

I bid on a Dell laptop computer auction offered by this seller on eBay. I won the high bid and paid the day of auction via PayPal - 9/2/04 $375.30. As of this date, 10/20/04 I have not received the laptop or a refund.

I have sent numerous emails and left a number of phone messages to this seller no response. I requested seller to please be sure and ship within his own auctions stated time frame ("7-10 working days") as I needed the laptop for my vacation. This would have been by 9/17/04 - giving him over two weeks or 10 "working days", long enough for anyone!!

When it was not shipped by that date, I requested a full refund via 2 emails and 1 phone message. Seller ignored my requests and said he shipped it on 9/21/04 - 19 days after the end of the auction and on 12th "working day", according to an email he sent me on that date.

It is now 10/20/04 seven weeks later and 30 days since he said he mailed it. Still no refund or laptop or emails or phone calls from him. Since I was NICE and believed him when he said he mailed it, I have waited too long to get PayPal's Buyer's Protection (within 30 days).

I want and deserve a FULL refund.
