I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them a little over a week ago.
The vehicle cost $5500.00 and didn't even make it the 5 miles to my house before the transmission went out. I took the vehicle back to them the following business day.
They initially said they would refund my money, so the Jeep stayed at Richhart's Auto Sales Mooresville Indiana for the next week, while they continually put me off from day to day still claiming that I would get my money back.
After a week "Buck" Richhart of Richhart's Auto Sales Mooresville Indiana, finally told me to come pick the Jeep up. Stating that he has a"Process" in place to handle people that purchase vehicles from him that aren't drivable and the "process" has come to an end so it is time to pick the vehicle up.
BEWARE of Richhart's Auto Sales Mooresville Indiana. These people are complete slimeballs! To have a "process" in place with which to allow time to pass for pymnts to clear when they sell vehicles that are not drivable is unconscionable!
To effectively have a company policy of selling problem vehicles, followed by a policy of complete deceit and deception is the most despicable example of operating a business I have ever seen.
The last thing that I was told was that if I didn't pick the vehicle up, he would have it towed to an impound. If I then didn't pick it up he would have a mechanics lien placed on it and get it back to sell again

WOW What a bunch of crack head sleazeballs! Went to pick up the Jeep since Richhart's Auto Sales Mooresville In went back on their word of giving me my money back...
Was THREATENED with violence for simply asking to talk to the main SlimeBall "Buck"
Asked to speak to him and was told "I'll knock your F%$#&^% A$$ out"
