I wanted to point out how big of a scum, scam artist Mr. Barbata is. Rick Barbata is no business man, the way he gets his point across is by cursing. Every other word that comes out of his mouth is a cuss word. Do yourselves a favor and never do business with this man. He will curse you out, PERIOD.

I have been in a relationship with Rick for the past 3 years and this Rip Off Report is a cruel joke by some heartless person who doesn't care about anyone but themselves.
We suspect whoever wrote this ridiculous accusation is someone he had terse words with that worked for a company that seriously scams people. We sold one of our vehicles in Florida and were given this "travel voucher" type thing from the company who bought the car and he checked it out.
He thought he was signing up for a legitimate travel service but it was a scam and all of a sudden there were charges being drafted from his account.
He called them out on their scam (and of course he was angry - HE was being ripped off) and I expect one of their young and heartless employees decided to "show him". The company said their employees would never do such a thing - but, come on? You know some 18 year old kid doesn't really care...

I have not had any dealings with this author. I'm a prostitute? Really? Obviously someone has a grudge and is out to slander my character... Not very nice or professional.
