I am reporting Ridley Telephone Company for being a frauduland company that is just a scam. This company claims to be a clearinghouse for phone services. I never permitted, requested, or agreed to these charges and how they obtained my information and jumped on to my phone bill is unknown to me.
I have tried to call this company at the 800 number provided on the page of the bill the charges are on and it is a recording and never a live person. No calls are returned and no way to speak to anyone. I can't remove them off of my bill or stop the service because it is not my phone companies charges.
My phone bill is over a $1000.00 now and it grows every month. I have to call every 3 months to dispute the charges or my service gets shut off. If it is shut off I won't be able to get it back on without paying the entire amount. This has been going on for a year now.
My phone company can not remove them from my bill and it is not illegal in the state of California for charges to be added to your phone bill without your knowledge or consent. There is no way to stop them. I was not even aware that this was on my bill until after 3 months had gone by and I was inquiring about why my bill was so high and asked for a breakdown.
I was advised to call them and tell them to reverse the charges or I would contact the FCC and PUC. At that time I had two of these fraudulent charges on my bill and I was able to reach one and they removed and reversed the charges. That charge was for Group Lottery and my information was obtained by me playing the Lottery online one time.
I am in a position that I can do nothing about. There is no one that can help get them off of my bill. They have to be stopped and something done about it.

apparently is into several questionable operations another is this company called freespark.com

I too was ripped off by Tralee/Ridley I ended up having to take a day off of work to research this and sort it out. I found that Tralee and Ridley are the same, and the operator of Tralee is a person named Mark W Kelly, he lives in PA near Ripley Park and Near Blue Bell PA, He lives in Springfield PA I believe.
He apparently is into several questionable operations another is this company called freespark.com Mark has an email address : mkelly@freespark.com, I ended up contacting him through his personal email address (I sent him a copy of a map with his house in the middle and asked if he would like me to come by we could then figure how to close my account) and within 4 hours I was contacted by TelcoValue customer care via email and phone, my account has been closed (time will tell if it is really closed).
USBI bills for them and I also went up the ladder in their group to Billing concepts parent company and then further to Arby which owns Billing concepts. I reported this to the Texas AG as well. Good luck. Jon

I received a bill from USBI. The number I called was 1-800-460-0556. I got through, the rep said he would adjust my bill. I guess I will have to wait and see. What puzzles me is I never requested their service to begin with.
Why do phone companies like Verizon permit this?

I was also screwed by the Ridley Telephone Company L.L.C. I contacted the third party billing company and they gave me this phone number. It's for a web page called www.telcovalue.com. 1 800 876 3511.
Another number is for USBI, Ridley's billing service 1 888 481 8724. They are only Ridley's billing service but they will connect you to a representative.
Ridley has a lot of names including Tralee Telephone.
I was given Ridley's corporate address as P.O. box 1566 Blue Bell PA 19422
We who have been screwed need to contact the FTC, the FCC, and your State Attorney General's Office.
I wish I could tell you my problem was resolved, but it hasn't, I'm in limbo.
Good Luck
