Ordered charms from online. Received items in a small First Class mail envelope. Was charged TWELVE DOLLARS postage. This envelope should have cost under $2.00 to send.

When company was contacted they emailed that they were "mystified about these shipping charges" and offered me a six dollar credit to my account there. This is unsatisfactory and in my opinion a rip off and just plain theft.
