The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Ryan Hibbert during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Riot Hospitality Group.

Riot hospitality is a restaurant development and management company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Their focus as a company is to reinvent the typical restaurant experience for their customers. This is achieved by creating restaurants that specialize in various areas to provide their customers with a tailored and unique experience.

Leads for Riot Hospitality Group are obtained primarily through customer referral and word of mouth. Ryan Hibbert expressed that his drive to provide the best environment possible is what generates and maintains customers, "we consider ourselves a very highly integrative restaurant concept management company that really strives to serve the best food and provide the best service possible for every customer. In an environment that makes people feel safe and part of a culture. So that is kind of our big deal is we provide an environment that really lends to a culture. Whether it is a Mexican restaurant feel or a country music western feel or an American Gastropub you know we really try to strive to bring that environment to every customer. To make it as authentic as possible and kind of make it kind of a family environment."

Mr. Hibbert was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Hibbert expressed that there can be various levels of dissatisfaction within the restaurant business. He views this as an opportunity for his customer services staff to shine, "there are recovery situations all the time within the businesses that are handled by management whether it be slow customer service or food not to their liking. And we take a lot of steps to make sure that every issue is covered and every customer leaves happy." He additionally stated, "we do offer an opportunity for full 100% compensation if somebody just really isn’t happy with what they receive…. which I can honestly say I don’t think happens hardly ever so that is a pretty good thing."

I worked at an RHG bar for a short period of time. I was new and in the first week of my training I met Ryan Hibbert. He was friendly. I was cautious. Every manager said to pay extra attention to your job since he was there. I was trying to focus on a menu that I was not even familiar with yet. (((REDACTED)))

This is so obviously a SCAM REPORT .. Who ever wrote this should be ashamed for trying to use womens rights to file a fake post about Hibbert.. This is exactly what is wrong with today's society.  If you actually read this it doesn't say he did anything wrong and is beyond fake..
