I have been denied a loan due to insufficient income by the company Rise Credit of Fort Worth Texas. I had applied for an emergency loan on the 2/23/2014.  I had this company my bank account and routing numbers and other personal information to process my application for an personal loan. On the next day which is the 2/24/2015, I had sent in a scanned photo copy of my Columbia Carolina State Identification and State Social Security card and email these documents to the firm on the 2/24/2015/.

After I had successfully done all this, I then had recieved an email from the Rise Credit company to log in Loan Center information to review my loan processing results which came back denied due to insufficient income.

I then had called the company to have my bank account information and other personal information deleted from the company,s data-base. They have violated my privacy rights by refusing to honor my request as a potential customer.

I also, need assistence in getting a internet pro-bono to help my file a class action law suit against this firm.
